Perry Saturn, WOO & the Payment Records: Our One Statement
Wrestling Organization Online was created largely because I, Ian, wanted to build a way for Perry Saturn to make a little money without having to put his body on the line. And on Perry's new YouTube channel, he recently made a public statement indicating that he and the other wrestlers involved did not make any money through Wu or the game, and that is just factually not true.
Our records indicate, and we'll show you in this video, that Perry received more than $18,818.19, and that's through Cash App alone. Sonny Ono, who was referenced in that same video, received $12,144.15. That is through Cash App alone.
Raven, also referenced in that video, made $9,647.05 through Cash App alone. And across all participating talent, which we had 10, wrestling organization online transferred $61,406.66 through Cash App and PayPal. That is not including any crypto payments. That is not including any cash payments.
And every one of those payments existed solely and only because Wrestling Organization Online and the WU game existed. Not every single payment was direct distribution of game sale revenue, but every payment, the advances, the appearance fees, the conventions, content opportunity, and any form of support arose through the WU game relationship.
And I want to make this very clear. This video is not an attack on Perry, my friend. No. I still care deeply about him and I sincerely want his new channel to succeed. Please go to it, subscribe and watch his videos. But this specific public claim needs to be corrected. And rather than trade insults, I'm just going to show the records and show the facts.
We are not going to reproduce any of Perry's footage or audio from his channel. You can go ahead and see his complete video. It is linked in the description with the relevant timestamp so viewers can hear his statement in its full context. It's only roughly over three minutes long. It's not very long at all. I'm going to ask you to please do not threaten, harass, or contact Perry or anyone else mentioned in this video. That is not the purpose of this. This is a factual response
to a public claim. There is a very important difference between saying, "I did not make as much money as I wanted," or "I didn't make as much money as I hoped." That's different than saying, "I never made any money," or "I or anyone involved never made any money." The first portion of that is an opinion about whether the amount was enough or the compensation was enough.
The second is a factual claim about money was ever received. The records show that payment occurred repeatedly, over and over. Our Cash App records show that Perry received $18,818.19. That is not zero. And that is just through Cash App alone. On December 19th, Perry received $18,818.19.
And the corresponding records identify the purpose of that $200 as travel. We sent him $200 for his travel fees. And on January 21st of 2025, Perry received $4,000.
Separate payments, one for $44, one for $367.60, one for $192.73, and one for $50. The documentation connects that payment to an emergency we posted about in our Discord where Perry didn't have heat during a very, very cold month in Minnesota.
On December 14th, 22nd, and 27th of 2024, Perry received $300, $500, and $100. And also, June 24th, 2024, Perry was paid $1,000.
Also, if we look back to February 19th and March 10th of 2026, Perry was paid $350 and $300, one for trans and one for electricity bill that he didn't have the money for. These were completed transfers.
These were not projections or they were not promises of money that might come later. No, these were completed payments made to him. They were funds Perry actually received. In many cases, I prepaid Perry for future Wu-related work. He would call me on the phone and he would ask for a prepayment and I would give that to him.
That happened because he frequently told me he was dealing with some sort of immediate financial need or some sort of emergency. And I believed him. He's my friend. I'm there for him. Instead of waiting until every future appearance, filming session, promotion, obligation, anything of those natures have completed, I often advance Perry money early.
And those prepayments still existed because of his participation in the Woo game project. They only existed because of the company. Perry may believe the total was not enough. He has every right to believe that. He may believe his name, his likeness, work, appearances, and content were worth more. He has every right to express that opinion. But...
More than $18,000 through Cash App alone is not zero. That's not nothing.
Cash App records also show that Sonny Ono received $12,144.15. Cash App records show that Scotty, professionally known as Raven, received $9,647.05. These are not made-up numbers. The records are on the screen.
Across participating talent, Woo transferred $61,406.66 through Cash App and PayPal. And again,
These numbers don't include any crypto or any cash payments. That number does not include every supported payment, like I said, through cash or crypto. It also does not include company paid flights or hotels, meals, travel, convention expenses, production costs, and other forms of financial support. That is not an entire all-encompassing number.
I want to explain the relationship between those payments and the game, the company, clearly. Every single payment and opportunity shown in this video existed solely and only because Wu and the game existed. Perry, Sonny, Raven, and the other participating wrestlers were involved with us through the game project.
We attended conventions because we were promoting and building the WU brand, the Wrestling Organization Online identity. We arranged appearances because of Wrestling Organization Online. We produced wrestling content because of Wrestling Organization Online. We created Shooting with Saturn as part of the wider Wrestling Organization Online project.
We were able to provide advances and personal financial assistance because of the Wrestling Organization Online business relationship existed. There were signed contracts. This was all plainly fleshed out. So,
Those payments were not unrelated side transaction that happened to involve the same people. No, that's not what it was. They were all part of the financial ecosystem created around Wrestling Organization Online and the game. However, I also want to be accurate about the immediate purpose of each and every single payment.
Not every dollar was a direct distribution of profit from game sales. And I'm saying that outright to you. Some payments came from revenue generated through the project. That is true. Some payments did come through game sales. Some were advances or prepayments of future wrestling organization online participation or work or sales.
Some of those payments related to conventions, appearances, promotion, or even YouTube content. Some were reimbursements to them for various things. Some were personal assistance provided through the Woo relationship. Every single dollar is accounted for. And some expenses also included travel, hotel, meals, and the overall convention costs. Those were paid directly
by the company. They didn't just appear out of thin air. Those categories explain the immediate purpose of the money that was paid, but they do not change the fact, the underlying reason that the money existed. The money only existed because Wrestling Organization Online existed, because the company existed. The underlying reason was because the game existed.
A plane ticket is not the same as cash income. I understand that. A hotel room is not the same as compensation. I understand that. Personal assistance is not the same as a distribution of game sale profits. That is all true.
But Wrestling Organization Online would not have paid those expenses or even provided any assistance if the game project and the wrestlers participation in it had not existed. Wrestling Organization Online again was created largely because I wanted to build a sustainable financial opportunity for Perry Saturn who had none at the time. I've known him for nearly 10 years.
Perry was not simply one of the wrestlers added to an existing company. He was the sole reason I created it. He was the center of why the project even began. And that vision of the project included a game that people could play online, digital collectibles that fans could own and trade, merchandise, both physical and online, signings and appearances,
going to conventions, and also interviews, whether it be on our YouTube channel or others. Also YouTube content. Those all were part of the ecosystem we were building. And there was other ways for wrestling fans to support participating talent also. Like I said, through our Discord.
This was us creating opportunities for other wrestlers and that became part of the vision is to bring other wrestlers in. But Perry was the original focus. Wrestling organization online did not ultimately become as profitable as everyone hoped, myself included. Every single person in the company has made more than I have personally. The company lost substantial amounts of money.
That is 100% true. But a company losing money does not mean the people involved received nothing. That's not a factual claim. The people funding Woo, myself included, absorbed the financial losses that were incurred. Participating talent still received money, opportunities, advances, and support, even when there were losses.
For example, WrestleCon 2024 is a prime example of how the game created opportunities beyond direct game sales.
We did not attend WrestleCon as a completely separate business unrelated to wrestling organization online. We attended as a way to market Woo and give brand exposure and to increase sales in the game. We brought wrestling personalities to Philadelphia to promote the project, build relationships, connect with fans, and create additional opportunities around the game.
We brought in so many guys. Some of you may have been there and remembered it. That event was incredibly costly, but that included talent, payments, flights, hotels, transportation, meals, the booth costs, the event expenses, merchandise. Woo did not recover what it spent, not even close. The company absorbed money.
massive loss on that. But the talent still received the agreed payment and the support from us. Everything we agreed to in the contract, we paid them. The fact that Wu lost money does not mean the wrestlers received nothing. No, they were all paid. It means the company lost money while the participating talent still benefited financially from the project. And the same is true for the YouTube series.
Shooting with Saturn. I developed that concept. Perry Saturn didn't want to do YouTube videos. I created the name, Shooting with Saturn. I supplied the filming and audio equipment.
The camera we're filming on right now and all equipment we used, I supplied. I helped arrange and produce the filming. I got hotel rooms and places for us to film in. The series existed because the relationship created through Woo and the Game was there. This channel, even though it didn't generate a crazy amount of money, it generated $2,453.27. And yeah, I know that's not a huge amount.
I would have loved to see it make more. And I'm not pretending that it's a huge amount. But under our agreement with Perry, the revenue was divided 50-50. And there's times I gave him more than 50-50. And Perry was paid for every dollar we earned. And it would be fair to say the channel did not generate us as much revenue as either of us hoped. You guys have no idea how many hours I spent in the edit.
But the revenue existed and it was shared. The hours that I spent editing, I gave up to do this video. I also want to briefly explain why the YouTube series and our work in relationship ended because it's very important to this topic. And I'm not going to reveal every private disagreement or turn this into an attack on Perry Saturn. But there are relevant facts that need to be addressed.
In March, 2026, Perry Saturn told me that social security was questioning income allegedly connected with wrestling organization online and that he was being looked at for fraud. And he wrote, and I'll show the text. He says, Tuesday, I have a hearing where they decide if they are going to press criminal charges on me.
Perry also wrote that his benefits had been suspended until a final decision was reached and that he needed to find an attorney. And we talked more on the phone in length, hours and hours. And I treated what Perry told me seriously.
Also in writing, I offered to drive more than 10 hours one way to Minnesota. I offered to help pay the attorney in cash. And I offered to attend the hearing and bring relevant information
information, relevant records, the contracts, the payment records, the receipts, royalty information, and other documents that would be needed to establish what Perry had actually received from Woo, from Wrestling Organization Online. I offered and Perry declined. Days later, I requested a redacted copy of the official notice so I could understand what was allegedly being said about my company.
I also asked him to just read what it says. Perry responded, I'm dealing with it. I don't plan on getting you or anyone else involved. I do not possess Perry's private social security records. I don't possess a letter they said that claimed he was committing fraud. So I therefore cannot tell viewers what social security did or did not send him. I never saw it.
What I can establish is that Perry told me what he wrote and what I offered to do and how he responded. We also again had many conversations on the phone because serious accusations supposedly involved my business, but I was not permitted to see even a redacted notice or help to provide records. And I concluded that I could no longer responsibly continue the business relationship. I even asked if he just wanted to simply read the letter
He said no. I told Perry that I believe we should stop working together. And Perry responded, it's best we don't work together. I replied, I agree. I care for you deeply and I don't want it to affect that. Perry then wrote, we are friends. I don't have that many where I can afford to lose one. That's how the business relationship ended. We discussed it directly and Perry agreed we should
no longer work together, but our friendship, it sounded like, was fine. And at that time, both of us desired that ability to preserve the friendship.
I've known Perry for nearly 10 years. He would call me on my birthday and wish me happy birthday. And my father wouldn't even do that. I still consider him a friend. I care deeply about him. And I'm so happy. And I encouraged him when he told me about the new channel. I encouraged him to do it. And I'm so happy that it appears to be doing well. And I encourage you to go and watch his videos and support him. He's a gifted storyteller. And wrestling fans want to hear from him.
I hope his new channel becomes extremely successful. I hope AEW hires him as a producer. I hope he makes a ton of money. I hope he reconnects with fans and friends. I hope he is healthy and he's happy. And I hope he continues to be in the word of Jesus Christ. I hope that he continues in that. This video is not revenge. It's not an attempt to damage Perry's new opportunity.
Perry is entitled to criticize me or a wrestling organization online. He is entitled to say that the project failed to meet his expectations. He is entitled to believe he should have received more. But completed payments are not a matter of opinion. They are fact.
And the record shows Perry received more than $18,000 through Cash App alone. That's not the $2,000 plus we gave him cash to pay his property tax that was back due and he was about to lose his house. Sonny Ono received $12,144.15 through Cash App alone. And Raven received $9,647.05 through Cash App alone. And again,
Wrestling Organization Online transferred $61,406.66 to participating talent through Cash App and PayPal. Those payments included direct Wu-related payments, advances, prepayments, appearances, conventions, content, you name it. Their immediate purpose varied.
But every single one of them arose specifically and only because Wrestling Organization Online as a company existed and the game existed and it still exists. The YouTube channel generated revenue and that revenue was shared based upon the agreement.
Wrestling Organization Online paid substantial travel, lodging, convention, production, and talent-related expenses. The company lost money. Everyone else has been paid more than I took myself. Participating talent still received money, opportunities, and support. Perry's complete original video will be linked below so you can watch it for yourself. And please watch his other videos too.
The payment records are on screen and have been shown on screen. The relevant messages have been shown on screen and viewers like you can examine the documentation and reach their own conclusion. You can also email me at wrestlingorganizationonline at gmail.com if you have more questions, but please do not
Threaten or harass anyone. Don't go to Perry and make this a big deal. This is not permission to attack anyone. All it is is a factual correction of the public record. Perry, I love you dearly. I sincerely wish you success. I wish you would answer my calls when I call you. But saying the wrestlers did not receive money and financial benefits through the Wu game is not true. You know that, man.
The records establish this clearly. I love you and I'll always be there for you. If you ever need anything, you know you can always reach out to me. I miss talking to my friend. I miss going to church with you. I hope you do well. I hope Juno's doing good. I hope to see you again soon, my friend.
