The situation was so bad,

0:01

that while talking to Tucker Carlson, Elon said,

0:03

that if Trump didn't win,

0:05

he would be in a very bad situation.

0:07

"If he loses, man."

0:08

"What if he loses?"

0:09

"It does seem that way."

0:10

Millions of people who had their money invested in the stock market,

0:13

$70 billion was put in danger,

0:17

just so that Elon Musk could be made a trillionaire.

0:23

12 June, 2026,

0:24

at 9:30 in the morning,

0:25

the NASDAQ Stock Exchange in New York.

0:28

A company called SpaceX was about to start trading here.

0:31

Now, listing any company on the stock exchange is a very common thing.

0:36

It's very common.

0:38

But this time, something happened here,

0:40

that had never happened before.

0:43

In the very first second of the trading,

0:46

Elon Musk, the owner of this company,

0:48

becomes the first trillionaire in the world.

0:52

$1 trillion.

0:54

That is, 12 zeros behind 1.

0:56

Can you visualise it?

0:57

It is such a huge amount that if you spend $1 million every day,

1:01

it will take you more than 2,700 years to go through it.

1:06

Today, Elon Musk is richer than most of the countries.

1:11

He is so rich that if you add the net worth of the next 4 richest people in the world,

1:16

Google's founder, Amazon's founder,

1:18

Oracle's founder, Facebook's founder,

1:20

their combined wealth will still be lesser than that of this one man.

1:25

But do you know the real story behind this number that no one is telling you?

1:29

It includes the cunningness of the share market,

1:32

a deal with the President,

1:34

and a game that will shock you if you hear about it.

1:39

Let's find out the truth about Elon Musk in today's video.

1:59

Hello, friends!

2:00

First of all, it is important to understand this word, trillion.

2:03

This number is so big, people may speak about it casually,

2:06

"Over $70 million."

2:08

"Billion."

2:08

"One trillion dollars."

2:09

But it is very difficult for our minds to actually process it.

2:13

Think about it in terms of time.

2:15

If you go back 1 million seconds in time,

2:18

you will go back 11.5 days.

2:20

It's not a very long time.

2:22

But if you go back 1 billion seconds,

2:25

you will go back 32 years.

2:27

That is, before you or I were born.

2:29

But if you go back 1 trillion seconds in time,

2:32

you will go back 31,000 years.

2:36

In a time when no human civilisation had even begun.

2:40

Today, there are only 21 countries in the world,

2:43

whose GDP is more than $1 trillion.

2:46

And Elon Musk's net worth has crossed this number.

2:49

Now the question is, how was this net worth calculated?

2:53

And here comes the first big game of being a billionaire or a trillionaire.

2:57

According to Forbes, Elon Musk has 38% shares of SpaceX.

3:02

and the valuation of SpaceX has reached $2.2 trillion.

3:07

Similarly, Tesla's valuation is more than $1 trillion.

3:11

Elon's share in Tesla is said to be 15-25%.

3:14

So, because of his stake in these two companies,

3:17

Elon has been declared a trillionaire.

3:20

But here comes the first big problem.

3:22

And this problem is not only with Elon,

3:23

but with every billionaire-level rich man.

3:26

That this money is not liquid.

3:29

It's not like they have $1 trillion in their bank account,

3:32

which they can withdraw from the bank and spend on anything they want.

3:36

This money is tied to their shares in their companies.

3:38

Neither can they sell their shares to get this money in their bank account.

3:42

It's a kind of paper wealth.

3:44

Elon Musk has said that he has only 0.1% cash.

3:48

And all his net worth is from the shares.

3:51

0.1% of 1 trillion is $1 billion in cash.

3:55

And if he tries to sell the shares of Tesla and SpaceX,

3:59

the value of these shares will crash in the market.

4:02

Because a large number of shares will flood the market at once.

4:05

Other people who have invested their money in these companies,

4:09

will think that if Elon is selling shares,

4:11

it means that the company is no longer valuable.

4:14

So people will also withdraw their money,

4:16

and the value of the company will crash.

4:18

Do you understand what I mean?

4:20

To a large extent, all this wealth,

4:21

is just a number on the screen,

4:23

which depends on how other people value it.

4:26

If the mood of the market shifts,

4:27

the paper wealth can fall to half.

4:30

But you know, there is one thing that can never crash.

4:33

That doesn't depend on any market.

4:35

Your skills.

4:37

The things you learn,

4:39

the things you know,

4:40

and today,

4:41

the most valuable skill is to make things with AI.

4:44

And to teach you this,

4:46

I have brought my new AI bootcamp.

4:49

Here, an IIT Bombay alumni and I will be live,

4:52

to teach you how to develop things using AI.

4:54

Products, games, apps, and websites.

4:57

It's a 3.5 hour live class,

4:59

in which we will specifically build 3 things.

5:01

Including Snake Games to AI running using AI.

5:05

You won't need a technical background to learn how to do this.

5:08

You will be taught basic software like VS Code and Python.

5:12

This session will be held in a few days on 5th July,

5:15

and if you can't attend it live,

5:16

you can watch the recording later.

5:18

We're bringing it to you at a very affordable cost for this level of upskilling.

5:24

5:27

Now let get back to our topic.

5:28

Friends, the net worth

5:30

depends on the fundamentals of the company too.

5:33

How much is a company earning?

5:35

What is its revenue?

5:36

What is its profit?

5:37

And how much is it producing?

5:39

And here comes the second problem.

5:41

A question that is now directed towards SpaceX.

5:43

Is the company really worth $2 trillion?

5:47

"This massive valuation is also a test.

5:49

Could all this hype make it seem worth more than it is?"

5:52

Last year, SpaceX's value was $400 billion.

5:55

And now, $2.2 trillion.

5:57

But in one year, SpaceX did nothing

5:59

that could justify this huge valuation.

6:02

On the contrary, this company is going through a loss.

6:04

In 2025, this company recorded a loss of $5 billion.

6:08

A significant loss.

6:09

And this year, in the last 3 months,

6:11

it has already incurred a loss of $4.28 billion.

6:15

I'm not making this up.

6:16

According to the research firm Morningstar,

6:18

SpaceX's actual value is around $780 billion.

6:23

Which is only 35-40% of its current price.

6:27

If you ask if this is true,

6:28

how did the stock market valuation increase so much?

6:31

The answer to this is Elon Musk.

6:33

People are not investing in SpaceX,

6:35

they are investing in Elon Musk's dreams.

6:39

Economist Burton Malkiel,

6:40

in his book, A Random Walk Down Wall Street,

6:43

gives two theories of stock valuation.

6:45

The first theory is the Firm Foundation Theory.

6:47

In which the value of a company's shares depends on the fundamentals.

6:51

Like how much money the company earns,

6:53

how much profit it makes.

6:54

The second theory is the Castles in the Air Theory.

6:57

Or the dreams you're sold.

6:58

The value of shares has nothing to do with the company's performance.

7:02

And the valuation depends on the psychological value.

7:05

Elon Musk's both companies fall into this category.

7:08

They are the masters of making you believe in their version of the future.

7:12

They sell you big dreams.

7:13

Like building a human settlement on planet Mars.

7:17

Or having robot taxis.

7:19

Building data centres in space.

7:21

And people buy these dreams instead of the shares of the company.

7:25

The a professor at Harvard Business School, Mihir Desai,

7:28

calls it a financial cult.

7:31

In which people believe that no matter what the product is,

7:34

if Elon Musk's name is associated with it,

7:36

then it will be successful.

7:38

But in reality, if you dig into it,

7:40

you'll see that it's opposite.

7:41

In 2013, Elon Musk proposed the concept of Hyperloop.

7:45

Hyperloops that would make super-fast transportation possible.

7:49

Where people would travel at a speed of 600 miles per hour.

7:52

He made promises to people,

7:53

they'd travel between Boston and New York in just 30 minutes.

7:56

"So, a plane?"

7:58

"Not a mobile?"

7:59

"It's a..."

8:00

"Transporter machine?"

8:01

"It's a cross between a Concorde and a railgun."

8:04

But in reality, it was just a concept, nothing more.

8:07

In 2023, the company was wound up,

8:09

because it failed to make any successful products.

8:12

A man writing Elon Musk's biography said that

8:14

Elon got this idea when he saw the California High Speed Rail Project.

8:18

But he hated high speed trains.

8:21

"It's a little depressing to have something

8:23

that's the slowest bullet train in the world

8:26

in California at enormous cost.

8:28

And isn't there something better that we can come up with?"

8:30

"And that something better is the Hyperloop?"

8:32

"Well, I think so."

8:33

In October 2015,

8:34

he claimed that Tesla will have fully auto- nomous self-driving capability in 3 years.

8:39

"Yeah, like I said, about three years from now, we're confident we can make

8:43

a very compelling $25,000 electric vehicle that's also fully autonomous."

8:48

"We're still on track for being able to go cross-country

8:51

from LA to New York by the end of the year fully autonomous."

8:55

"We're talking maybe 18 months from now.

8:56

Maybe even towards the end of this year.

8:58

Next year.

8:59

I mean it looking quite likely that it will be next year.

9:01

We will get there this year.

9:02

If not this year, I say no later than next year."

9:07

But the reality is that even after 11 years,

9:09

Tesla doesn't have fully autonomous driving capabilities.

9:12

Similarly, in 2017, he talked about

9:15

building tunnels under the highways,

9:17

to reduce traffic.

9:19

For this, his The Boring Company came up with the concept.

9:22

In Las Vegas,

9:23

a 2 km long tunnel was built exclusively for Tesla cars.

9:27

But it wasn't successful.

9:30

This idea failed terribly because

9:32

there were traffic jams in these tunnels too.

9:39

In April 2019, Elon Musk claimed that

9:41

there would be more than 1 million robotaxis by the following year.

9:53

It's 2026, and we don't see it happening any time soon.

9:56

In June 2014, Elon Musk had talked about sending people to Mars.

10:00

He had said that in 10-12 years,

10:02

he would send humans to Mars.

10:04

"We're going all the way to Mars, I think.

10:06

Best case, 10 years.

10:07

Worst case, 15-20 years."

10:09

But today, in 2026,

10:11

we haven't heard of any realistic plans.

10:14

This is why investor Steve Eisman,

10:16

who had predicted the 2008 economic crisis,

10:20

"Investor known for the big short, Steve Eisman."

10:22

"Steve Eisman."

10:23

...said that SpaceX's valuation is madness.

10:26

"This is unheard of for a serious company.

10:28

Because the valuation is kind of crazy."

10:30

According to his, this IPO is straight out of a science fiction story.

10:33

Made for a cult of science fiction fans.

10:36

"This is an IPO of a sci-fi story,

10:39

tailor-made for a sci-fi cult.

10:41

To infinity and beyond.

10:43

Or in this case, to Mars."

10:44

It's sad that most people don't pay attention to this.

10:48

They are influenced by these fake promises,

10:53

and invest their money in these companies.

10:55

"His rocket company is the only reason

10:58

we can now send American astronauts into space.

11:01

Come here.

11:03

Take over, Elon, just take them."

11:07

Now, here comes another thing that you might not know.

11:10

How do these billionaires and trillionaires live on loans.

11:14

I'm not joking.

11:15

They have a strategy called Buy, Borrow, Die.

11:19

There are 3 simple steps.

11:20

First, to save tax,

11:22

the rich people keep their money locked in the shares of the companies.

11:26

They never sell those shares.

11:27

Because tax is levied only when the shares are sold and they get money for it.

11:31

If you take an income, you'll pay Income Tax.

11:34

Or you'll have to pay a capital gains tax.

11:37

But if you don't sell your shares, you won't have to pay any tax.

11:39

So they never sell their shares.

11:41

And they let the share prices rise,

11:43

to whether it's valued in millions or billions.

11:44

Thereby paying no tax.

11:46

But this means they have no money,

11:49

it's all locked up in their shares.

11:51

So how can they spend on luxuries and assets?

11:54

For that, these billionaires mortgage their shares,

11:57

and take loans from the banks.

11:59

They are charged a low interest rate.

12:01

According to a report by the International Financing Review,

12:04

Elon Musk has kept one-third of his shares in Tesla,

12:07

around 236 million shares in mortgaged with the banks.

12:10

In 2022, when Elon Musk bought Twitter,

12:13

Do you know how he got that money?

12:15

He had mortgaged his shares in Tesla worth $62.5 billion.

12:20

In return, he had taken a $12.5 billion loan from the bank,

12:25

as cash.

12:26

What happened next?

12:27

He didn't have to sell the shares,

12:29

he got the money,

12:30

and he didn't have to pay a tax.

12:32

This is why many millionaires and billionaires show off to fool people,

12:37

claiming they don take salaries,

12:39

or that they take on $1 as salary.

12:42

"- You're taking a salary of ₹1.

12:44

So it's really love which is motivating this."

12:46

"- Yeah, I mean,

12:47

you don't take money to support your child."

12:54

Actually, by not taking a salary, they're avoiding having to pay Income Tax.

12:58

They have the money for their expenses.

13:00

Either by showing it as company's expenses,

13:02

or by taking a loan from the bank.

13:04

But the country and the common taxpayers are the ones bearing the consequences.

13:08

Because as a proportion of their wealth,

13:10

the billionaires pay an insignificant amount as tax.

13:12

Take Elon Musk's case for example.

13:14

His wealth increased by $13.9 billion between 2014 and 2018.

13:19

But in return, he paid a tax of $455 million.

13:23

That is only a 3.2% tax.

13:26

An average working class taxpayer

13:29

pays 20-30% of the income tax in America.

13:32

But Elon Musk paid only 3% as tax.

13:35

And not just Elon Musk,

13:37

between 2014 and 2018,

13:38

the 25 richest people in America

13:41

paid only 3.4% of the tax.

13:44

And this is not limited to America,

13:45

it's true in every country across the world.

13:48

In India too, most billionaires and millionaires

13:50

pay less tax than a common man.

13:53

Then the third step in this whole game comes.

13:55

Die.

13:56

Hold on to the shares, keep on taking loans,

13:58

and continue like this for the rest of your life.

14:00

If they never sell their shares in their lifetime,

14:03

then any increase in this wealth will never be taxed.

14:06

But when they die, all these shares will go to their children.

14:10

And under US tax rules,

14:11

no capital gains tax will need to be paid on that inherited wealth.

14:16

They keep on extending the tenure of the loan periodically.

14:20

As long as their wealth increases in the stock market,

14:22

the bank doesn't have any problem.

14:24

After they die, when their children inherit this wealth,

14:27

without paying any taxes,

14:28

they can sell a small portion of the stock

14:31

and pay off the loan.

14:33

In some cases, the banks sell the shares to recover the debt.

14:37

Remember, this system works because

14:39

the banks give them the loan on very low interest rates

14:42

and under very favourable conditions.

14:45

By this point, the story was the same for every billionaire.

14:48

But in Elon Musk's becoming a trillionaire,

14:51

his political connections played a huge role.

14:55

The same lobbying model that the Modi government is running on,

14:58

that's benefiting Adani's empire.

14:59

It's the same in Elon Musk's case.

15:02

Before the 2024 American presidential election,

15:05

Elon Musk's net worth was $270 billion.

15:08

But within just two years of Trump becoming President,

15:11

Musk's net worth has increased to about 5 times.

15:14

This was the business side.

15:15

But what did he have to pay to achieve this?

15:17

In the 2024 elections, Elon Musk

15:20

donated $290 million for Donald Trump's campaign.

15:24

Trump's biggest donor,

15:25

Musk contributed the most to ensure Trump's win.

15:29

It was so bad that

15:30

while talking to Tucker Carlson, Elon had said,

15:33

that if Trump didn't win,

15:34

he would be in a very bad situation.

15:46

But unfortunately,

15:47

for the whole world,

15:49

And fortunately, for Elon Musk,

15:51

Trump won the elections.

15:53

And after winning the elections,

15:55

the Trump government gives him direct favours.

15:57

Musk became a shadow President.

16:00

He was attending cabinet meetings,

16:02

went on state visits with Trump to China and Saudi Arabia.

16:05

Wherever Trump went,

16:07

Elon Musk finalised deals for his companies.

16:10

One of the biggest example was seen in India.

16:12

After Trump was elected the President, in February 2025,

16:15

Narendra Modi met Elon Musk in America.

16:18

The of the key issues of this meeting was Starlink's entry into India.

16:22

Then on 18th April 2025,

16:24

Narendra Modi spoke to Elon Musk on the phone,

16:26

and a few weeks later,

16:27

Starlink received a letter of intent to start services in India.

16:32

The two conditions was under National Security that bothered Starlink,

16:35

were removed.

16:37

After about a month,

16:39

in June 2025,

16:40

Starlink was granted a satellite internet license in India.

16:45

Although, according to the latest reports,

16:47

Starlink's approval has been frozen.

16:49

But I wouldn't be surprised if the government

16:51

gave it a full approval after a few months.

16:53

Now, let's move on.

16:54

The Trump government changed several rules to benefit Elon Musk.

16:58

And the biggest example of this is SpaceX's current IPO.

17:02

Earlier, whenever a company used to launch an IPO,

17:05

major indexes like NASDAQ 100

17:07

didn't list the company directly.

17:08

Companies had to wait for months and sometimes years.

17:12

This was done because

17:13

there are many retirement savings and pension funds in America

17:16

that invest in big indexes like NASDAQ 100.

17:20

The previous American governments didn't want

17:22

the retirement savings and pensions of the Americans

17:25

to be lost because of investing in a fraud company.

17:27

So companies would have to wait for yeas,

17:29

so that the stock price of the new company would settle.

17:32

And it wouldn't be overvalued.

17:34

But on Elon Musk's demand,

17:35

on SpaceX's demand,

17:37

NASDAQ changed this rule.

17:39

A new Fast Entry rule was introduced.

17:41

With only a 15-day waiting period.

17:44

And as a result,

17:45

millions of Americans' retirement, savings, and pensions

17:48

were automatically invested in Elon Musk's company.

17:51

Whether they wanted it or not.

17:53

Something bigger happened 2 days before the IPO.

17:55

According to American law,

17:57

brokers have to keep their customers's money

18:00

in a separate, safe account.

18:01

So that if the broker goes bankrupt,

18:03

the customers' money remains safe.

18:05

But two days before SpaceX's IPO,

18:07

on 10th June,

18:08

the Securities and Exchange Commission issued a letter.

18:11

In which it excused the brokers from this rule for SpaceX's IPO.

18:16

That meant that millions of people who invested their money in the stock market,

18:19

$70 billion was put in danger,

18:23

just to make Elon Musk a trillionaire.

18:27

And the story doesn't end here.

18:29

On Elon Musk's recommendation,

18:30

Trump made Brandon Carr

18:32

the Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission.

Later, Brandon Carr approved the requests of SpaceX and Starlink,

18:40

and gave him control over two-thirds Low Earth Orbit Satellites.

18:45

Starlink was given control of 10,300 satellites.

18:48

And Musk's rival, Echo Star,

18:50

now faces an investigation.

18:52

In December 2024,

18:53

before Trump became the President,

18:55

there were 40 investigations and court cases against Elon Musk and his companies.

19:00

But as soon as Trump became President,

19:02

these cases were dropped one after the other.

19:05

To what extent did Musk's empire depend on Trump?

19:08

Trump and Musk's public fight in 2025 showed this clearly.

19:12

During the fight, Tesla's share price fell by 14%.

19:15

Elon Musk's shares, the inflated value,

19:19

depend to a great extent on the Trump being in power.

19:23

I believe, if the Democrats come to power in America in 2028,

19:27

Elon Musk's net worth will come down to less than half.

19:30

Many people worship these billionaires,

19:33

thinking that they have earned their wealth through hard work.

19:36

They are seen as hardworking inspirations.

19:39

But in most cases the truth is that

19:42

their wealth is built on corruption, fraud,

19:45

and political connections.

19:48

The common people have to bear the brunt for this.

19:50

You pay for it.

19:51

According to the United Nations World Food Programme,

19:54

only $40 billion per year is needed to eliminate world hunger by 2030.

19:59

Meaning only one-fifth of Musk's net worth can end world hunger.

20:03

Similarly, according to an analysis by Oxfam,

20:06

if 10% tax is imposed on Musk's wealth,

20:09

800 million people could be lifted from extreme poverty.

20:14

Elon Musk once challenged them.

20:16

If the World Food Programme could show

20:18

how they planned to solve world hunger with $6 billion,

20:22

Musk would sell his shares in Tesla and donate it for this.

20:24

World Food Programme director, David Beasley responded with a roadmap.

20:29

How 42 million people can be saved from starvation with $6.6 billion.

20:36

But Elon Musk didn't bother replying.

20:38

Let alone actually donating.

20:40

Many people have been ultra rich throughout history.

20:42

But history doesn't remember them because of their bank balance.

20:45

It remembers only what they did with their money.

20:50

And what they didn't.

20:51

Here's I offer you one advice.

20:53

Don't be a fool and invest your money in such companies.

20:57

Because one day, there will be a big crash.

21:00

Invest your money only in the companies with strong fundamentals.

21:04

Look at indicators like revenue and profit.

21:06

Don't look for shortcuts to make money.

21:09

Invest on yourself, on your skills.
