I started trading in the coin industry a while ago. I think it was three years ago. I want to ask Gracie, after going through so many difficulties, many exchanges have closed down due to financial difficulties. There are problems in the business of many exchanges. How can BigEd give customers a relief and a platform that allows customers to use BigEd without any problems?

For us, for Biget, I think the safety of the users' assets is a very important task. This should be in July, we launched a protection fund. This is the first step we have made to the users. You can imagine that there are thousands of exchanges in the industry. But what we know is that only three companies can get so much money to promise users that you can see this money in public. Actually, I have been asked a lot about recruitment recently. As you said, everyone is hiring. Why the media is interested in us is because we are in a very hostile environment. We have been saying that we want to recruit people. And we have been talking about the hostile recruitment from the beginning.

In May and June, our company had only 400-500 employees. Today, our company has 800 employees. Our goal is to increase the number of employees to 1000 by the end of this year. So you can see that everyone is hiring, but we are growing.

This is actually very relevant to our concept and our business development. One of our core concepts is that we think that the winter of encrypted currency should not be too winter. Yes, and back to your question about the entire industry, I think this should be based on the situation of each company. Without recruitment, we can't increase our recruitment. But like us, we do have recruitment needs, so we have to work hard to attract young talents in the industry.
