First, we wanted to make sure the project was completed in a good way. Second, we wanted everyone to be able to participate in the project. Even though he doesn't like the technology, I still wanted him to participate. Whether it's my part or his favorite technology, I would let him do it.

Because this is something that needs to be done by someone, so I would spend extra time on it. The purpose behind this episode is to evaluate the leadership of the candidate, the leadership and his influence, and to see how the candidate deals with different technical biases and how to cooperate with different intellectuals. That is, the question of leadership and ownership, which is very common in behavioral interview. Hank's answer is that most of the content is quite complete. The last improvement can be done in the final way. The main question I want to ask is about his ability to execute trade-offs. How does he balance the game? And how does he plan for project planning?
