Banyuwangi State Polytechnic. A

Entrepreneurship UKM is present as a forum for

developing students' potential, ideas, and work

in the field of entrepreneurship in order to

prepare a generation of

strong and innovative young entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneurship UKM has an

organizational structure that supports synergy and

collaboration between members. Each division

and team has an important role in

supporting the vision of becoming a platform for

developing young entrepreneurs.

Behind the running of every activity and

work program of the Entrepreneurship UKM,

there is a figure who is the driving force behind the

organization. Let's get to know the

management of Handian UKM

Entrepreneurship. The

General Chairperson of the Entrepreneurship UKM acts

as the Narcoda of the organization, is

responsible for organizing and implementing

work programs, and

coordinates all structures in the

Entrepreneurship UKM so that they run

smoothly. The

Deputy Chairperson of the Entrepreneurship UKM

together with the Chairperson

coordinates and oversees the implementation of

work programs in accordance with the vision and

ensures that each division and team can

operate effectively and efficiently. The

General Secretary is responsible for

various important tasks in the organization

regarding correspondence and holding

coordination meetings between administrators. The

general treasurer is responsible for

managing and reporting the financial

capital of the business unit as well as coordinating

financial policies together with the

general chairman.

Next, let's get to know more

closely the teams and divisions that are

important pillars in supporting the running of

entrepreneurial SMEs. The

public relations team establishes good communication relationships

between student organizations, institutions and

stakeholders and helps coordinate the

flow of letters. The Public Relations Team also

assists teams and divisions as

consultants in conveying information

and fostering good relationships

within and outside the organization. The

SBM team is tasked with designing and

implementing regeneration activities

including open member recruitment, open

administrator recruitment and general elections. The

HR team also provides assistance to

all members, including

internal assistance and talent interests, as well as

equalizing the committee structure

with the aim of increasing the activeness of

all members of the entrepreneurial UKM. The

Student Entrepreneurship Center PK Team

is a forum and business center for

Banyuwangi State Polytechnic students

who have businesses and want to

develop them and provide

breakthroughs in creativity and

business innovation owned by

Banyuwangi State Polytechnic students.

Team JM stands for Jingo

Merch. This team facilitates the

organization's souvenir needs and

provides ordering services for

quality products such as vendels,

key chains, ID cards, and many

others. The

JNT Poin Poliwangi team is tasked with

supporting the running of activities by

managing logistics distribution services,

as well as ensuring the smooth process of

sending and receiving products. The

Kominfo Team is tasked with creating and

managing the social media of

entrepreneurship UKM, searching, accommodating, and

disseminating all forms of information

related to entrepreneurship including

holidays, competitions, scholarships, seminars,

as well as documenting and

publishing every activity

held by the Entrepreneurship UKM of

Banyu State Polytechnic.

In addition to the daily management and the team that

plays a role, the Entrepreneurship UKM also

has five divisions that are the

main driving force that supports the running of the

organization. The

Services Division is tasked with implementing

work programs to improve the quality of human resources in the

services sector, encouraging creativity and

innovation to achieve competitiveness, and

preparing reports on the results of activities in the

services sector. The

Agriculture Division is tasked with designing and

implementing work programs to

improve the quality of human resources, create

competitive agricultural product innovations

, and evaluate and

report on activities in the

agricultural sector. The

livestock division is tasked with designing and

implementing work programs to

improve the quality of human resources, encourage

creativity and product innovation in the

livestock sector that has

competitiveness and also compiles reports on

activity results. The

Culinary Division is one of the

most sought-after divisions because the

culinary business is one of the sectors that

contributes the most to entrepreneurship,

which is tasked with compiling and implementing

work programs to improve the quality of

human resources and designing innovative products in the

culinary field. The

arts division is a division that

accommodates the interests and talents of

entrepreneurial students in the arts field. Tasked with

implementing work programs to

develop the quality of human resources, build

creativity and product innovation in the

arts sector, and compile activity reports.
