Peace be upon you, and Allah's mercy and

blessings. Good afternoon friends.

Currently I will practice

using the Tris application via an

Android cellphone to estimate

tree height. The tool we

use is a rollmeter. The one

I have is already up to 30 m.

Then the Tris application is already

installed on the cellphone.

For the first one

let's hook

the rope to the meter.

Next we do a

flat distance measurement

using this roller meter.

Once we have the

desired flat distance, we can

open the Tris application.

The flat distance used is 15 m.

After the Tris application is open, then

we select the species in

others.

Next, we enter the flat distance value

using the distance button tab on the

top right,

then click OK. Next, point

the camera upwards so that the crosshair

is right at the tip of the tree and tap the

top button.

Aim at the base of the tree and tap the

bottom button.

To get the tree height value,

tab the CC button.
