Materi MPLS - Gerakan 7 Kebiasaan Anak Indonesia Hebat
Peace be upon you.
Hi everybody. This time, I will
deliver MPLS material about the
seven habits of Indonesian children. Great.
First, we need to know what the
current challenges are
for the
young generation, the future leaders of the nation.
What are they? The first is the
rapid development of technology. Yes
Nowadays, we know that technology is
developing rapidly. One of them
is AI in every aspect of chat,
GPT, Gemina, there are so many like that
. Then the second is that
today's generation is a generation that likes
instant things. The third
is the existence of character decadence, a
decline in character in the
younger generations. Like, for example,
today's young people have
a bit of bad manners, right? It's like
asking permission to chat with a teacher, but instead of
saying hello, you just use the letter P.
P like that to the teacher, it's like
something is lacking, right? Well, so there is a
decline in character, although not
all students are like that, it's just an
example. Well, the
fourth thing is the increase in crime. We
know that we can see on the internet, on various
platforms, ee news like that, there are so many
crimes. Whether it is
sexual crimes or
other crimes, the victims and
perpetrators often come from
student circles.
The fifth is the lack of understanding
regarding local culture. Yes, this is
also a concern.
Some
students understand foreign culture better
than local culture.
This is a challenge of course.
The sixth is the existence of
physical and psychological health problems. One
of them is the rise of online gambling,
online games which can damage your
mental health. So the issue of mental health
among the generation of law is quite
high.
Because nowadays addiction to
online games or online gambling and the
like can be
categorized
as a mental illness or a
mental disorder like that. So these are the
challenges of today.
So, what is the solution to
face the challenges of today's era which are
so complex and complicated? Of course,
to overcome these challenges,
first of all, physical and mental health is needed.
The second one is smart and creative.
Third, social care and responsibility
. This is a provision to
face the challenges of the modern era,
so how do we shape a
generation that is physically and mentally healthy,
intelligent, creative, caring, and
socially responsible?
The answer is to make
AIH GTK a habit.
[Music]
Well, well, well. What is GTK AIH?
Well, GTK AIH stands for the
seven habits of great Indonesian children movement,
which is one of the
programs launched by
the Ministry of Primary and
Secondary Education to shape the character of
Indonesian children through
positive habits.
So why does it have to be a habit?
Because
from a habit
that is done consistently,
a habit will be born.
And from habits
a personality will be formed,
which is
inherent in nature. And from
this inherent personality, a civilization will be born
.
Well, this civilization is what will
shape the character of the nation.
That's why we have to start from
a habit.
But here it is necessary to underline that
to make a habit
into a habit
requires
consistency
and collaboration.
[Music]
What is consistency and what is
collaboration? Consistency is the determination
or consistency of students
to carry out habits
routinely.
Meanwhile, collaboration is
cooperation between various parties, including
families, schools, and communities,
to instill character values
in students.
[Music]
So what are the types of
habits that are included in the
seven habits of great Indonesian children movement
? Okay, let's discuss seven habits of
great Indonesian children. The first habit
is to wake up early. Waking up in the morning
starts from 00.00 to 00.00 in the
morning.
So the definition of morning here is not
waking up at 0.30. Moreover,
now there is a policy in West Java
that school starts at
0.30. So, for example, if you wake up at
0.30, what time do you want to go to school?
So the definition of morning here is from
.00 to .00. Next, the
second habit is worship.
So, if you are Muslim here, you
must perform the five obligatory daily prayers
. But there are also those that are sunnah.
Yes, at least the mandatory ones should
not be left out.
So get used to praying five times a day and
don't forget. For Muslims,
for non-Muslims, they must worship
according to the provisions of their
respective religions. The
third habit is
exercising.
Well, sports here are not just
football, volleyball,
ee swimming, running, no. But walking
from home to school is also exercise, right?
The point is, it's not like that.
It would be great if, for example, you
get used to walking from home to
school, before you start walking,
warm up first. Later when we get to
school there will be a cooling down. So that umm is
really healthy, right? The body is
healthy and fit, so you can feel the benefits.
Especially for those who already have a hobby of
sports, for example, you've joined a
club or a volleyball school, a
soccer school, well that's even better, right? That
means you definitely have
regular meetings to do
sports. it's a good habit to do that
. But don't forget, there must
be a heating and
cooling process.
Then the fourth habit is
eating healthy and nutritious food. Here, what is
meant by healthy and nutritious eating
is following health recommendations,
right? Which according to
health recommendations is to eat at least three
times a day. which even though it's three
times a day, you have to pay attention to
the composition,
calories, and nutrition. Don't let it
happen that you eat three times
a day but
the food is
seblak
bakso,
drinking
sweet drinks like that, like ee
packaged drinks like that are not good
, they are not nutritious and not healthy.
So what is meant by healthy and
nutritious eating is that you eat three times a day
with a food composition that is in accordance
with health recommendations. Drinking should be
dominated by drinking water,
okay? And avoid
fast food.
Next, the fifth habit
is to love learning. Love of learning
here does not mean
just studying school subjects,
but also learning
new knowledge and skills that can improve personal competence
and self-quality.
Instead of studying at school, they are
always thinking about online games,
there are assignments or practice questions, instead of
discussing and answering questions, they are busy
gossiping or playing together. Well,
being fond of learning is the main task at
school. Learning at school is
carried out well and outside of
school, there is still enthusiasm to
learn new things that are
beneficial for oneself. The
sixth habit is
socializing.
This means
there is interaction with the community.
for example
with
peers
or with younger friends
or older ones, yeah.
Like involvement in
social
community activities. Maybe there are options like that
, cleaning operations or for example, ee
is involved in committees,
in community service events,
maybe 17th August or
any kind of competition that involves
interaction between students
and the
community, the surrounding environment,
that is a good habit. to
train social awareness.
Why? Because through this interaction,
tolerance and
respect for differences
that may arise in society
will also give rise to a sense of caring.
empathy
for others, which is
a reflection of the values of Pancasila and unity in diversity
.
And finally, the seventh habit
is to go to sleep early. Here, what is meant by
going to bed early is not staying up late.
Ideally, we should sleep at least 8 hours
. So it would be better if we
went to sleep at 9:00 pm so we could wake up at
5:00 am. So we get
enough rest. Don't be too busy playing
games together, okay? Until I just went to sleep at
. night, yes, early morning. The
impact may not be felt now, but over time the
health impacts will increasingly emerge. Why?
Because our bodies do
n't get enough rest. Getting enough sleep
is very necessary for our body.
So, remember well, don't stay up late.
[Music]
So, those are the seven habits of
great Indonesian children. So, among you
all, who wants to be a
great person? If you want to be a
great person, then prepare yourself so that
you can become a great generation of Indonesia
. In what way? By
making it a habit.
Seven habits of great Indonesian children
starting now.
How to do?
The way is to
first
start.
Start making changes. Start from
yourself, start from small and
simple things.
Once you start, make it a habit.
Allahumma paksakun. You have to
force yourself to get used to
doing positive things so that it
becomes a habit, okay?
And then once you're
used to it,
spread your habits
to those around you so that the
positive things that have become
your habits
will have a greater impact.
As I have said at
the beginning, a habit that is
carried out consistently will
give rise to a personality that is inherent
in a person and a
unique,
positive personality that will give birth to civilization.
Well, civilization will emerge when there are a
lot of people who practice good habits so that they have
one vision and one mission. So
when we have positive things,
good things, which have become
habits, become characters and personalities
that are inherent in us, of course it will be
much better for us to spread them
to others so that the positive impact
can be felt by many people who
will give birth to a
good civilization for the future of the nation.
So how do we start
doing
ee and getting used to
these seven habits of great Indonesian children?
One way to get used to the
seven habits of great Indonesian children
is to write a
diary.
Well, this is an example of a
diary format that you can fill in
every week.
It is filled in every day,
but one sheet is intended
for 1 week, at the end of which
there is a weekly reflection accompanied
by a follow-up plan. What for?
to strive for improvement
from this week to the next week.
Something like that.
And this format is still in the
development stage. So, there is a possibility that it
might be revised later and so
on. Because when we
try, there must be reflection, there must be
evaluation
aimed at improving or
perfecting
EE and developing existing programs.
The point is that this format will be
distributed to you students of SMP Negeri
1 Jatinunggal for you to fill in every
week. Okay, keep your spirits up.
So, that's all from Ibu regarding the
seven habits of great Indonesian children
. Hopefully, this explanation is understandable
and motivates you to start
making changes,
getting used to the
habits of great Indonesian children.
That's all, I apologize if there are any mistakes
. The final word, peace and blessings be
upon you.
[Music]
