patriotic members. Here we go. The crazy decision

was made on July 20th, right in the middle of

summer, huh? As always, right, you

noticed the AFP dispatch which

immediately mentions the title flu vaccine

mandatory for

health professionals recommends the HAS high authority

of health. So, I'm going to quote an

excerpt from this AFP dispatch. The French High

Authority for Health recommends making

annual flu vaccination mandatory

for all

healthcare professionals,

medical students and

staff of

medical-social establishments housing

elderly people in a highly

anticipated opinion published on July 20.

It follows an opinion that goes in the same direction as that

published on May 5

by the Academy of Medicine. We are not

surprised when we know these positions

throughout the Covid pandemic.

A decree from the Council of State is now required

for this to take effect. decree which

will have to specify the modalities of all

this because life is general but there are

no practical modalities and the

people really concerned even if

their opinion is quite broad, it is

all health professionals

liberal or not liberal plus

paramedical health students plus

professionals who work even outside

health profession for example in the

schools in fact why they have that's

why there is this opinion remember

in the draft

social security financing law which was

[grunt] voted

last December.

It was anticipated that this

flu injection could become mandatory. The

problem, we see, is that it might

not be limited to the flu and not

necessarily to the health sector either

mandatory injection. We will therefore quote extracts

from the AFP dispatch. This

vaccination obligation recommended by the

HS must be deployed as a priority in

nursing homes and long-term care units

due to the

particular vulnerability of the people

accommodated, 3/4 of whom are aged 75 and over,

and the repeated and prolonged close contact

with caregivers, says life.

I always cite in the other places

concerned health establishments, other

medical-social establishments

housing elderly people. Yes, there's more than just

liberal practice structures, the HAS recommends a

gradual deployment over a period

of 2 years renewable for 1 year within a

concerted framework in order to guarantee the feasibility

and acceptability of the measure. They

all healthcare professionals.

Employees and self-employed professionals, as well as

other professionals working in

health and social care facilities, provide accommodation for

So in the wake of that evening of July 20

, the Minister of Health Stéphanie

Rist, who is also called Miss Big

Pharma since you know that she had been singled out

by the press as

when she was a Member of Parliament, as the one who had

the most conflict of interest with

the pharmaceutical industry.

published a statement in the aftermath to

say that she was very happy with this

opinion, that she would put it in place

the HAS.

there will be no sanctions,

What are the sanctions?

Suspended again. We're going to end up with

suspended healthcare professionals again. But

wait, we can get a big bunch of them

here. Because today, only 20%

are vaccinated against influenza 1. And if

Well, there are still the victories.

First, we see that he is walking on

foreseen in the

social security financing bill passed

in December 2025, residents of nursing homes

are not concerned. The HAS does

not require mandatory vaccination for them.

That is to say, all the elderly people who are there

They haven't dared to do that yet.

Well, there are still some victories, we

need to mobilize. The proof. So, this is what

Le Monde wrote on

July 20th, which states: "The HS, however,

calls for maintaining

incentives for vaccination of those aged 65

and over, strengthening the use

of complementary prevention measures

in nursing homes,

ventilation of spaces, isolation of

sick people and for visitors

and caregivers, respect for

barrier measures, but not mandatory

vaccination."

So, having

said that, one could say "Ah, but that does

n't concern everyone." Firstly,

it concerns a lot of people, including

students in these fields. So it

was unacceptable. And as I

told you, we are going to see new

suspensions among healthcare workers.

Unacceptable. Unacceptable. And be

careful, no one should be lulled into complacency

by this. If they establish the

principle, each year they will

move towards a general and

universal obligation.

And the old classic flu vaccine will

very quickly become obsolete. You'll see

why. Especially since it's useless.

Uh, that might even discourage some people from pursuing this

career. And that's what an opinion piece in

Le Monde, published on

July 8th, says. I'm going to

quote what is writing the world today.

This recommendation is not

universally accepted. That's what Le Monde

wrote on July 20th. Thus,

infectious disease specialist Audit Lonet and

pediatrician Daniel Floret recalled the

limitations of flu vaccination

in an opinion piece published in Le Monde

on July 8. It must be renewed

every year. Its

individual effectiveness is moderate. It has no

proven effects on transmission. That

's pretty essential, isn't it? Or, he

believes, the reduction in cases of influenza among elderly people living in communities. Another pitfall, according to these two

vaccination specialists. Those

caregivers who have the most contact with

least supportive of this vaccination.

vaccination rate among healthcare professionals

implemented to protect healthcare workers and

from November 2023 in which he

asked for this. So when we see these

reactions, we cannot accept

what the HS is asking for and what will

soon be in a decree in the Council of State

which will have the force of law. Especially since

in France today, flu vaccines

are classic vaccines with

inactivated viruses, as they say. But be careful,

first of all, what makes

the obligation no more acceptable is that, in

principle, people should choose what

they inject or not into their

bodies. Okay, but in addition, we will probably

not

stop there in the months and years

to come because Moderna is

actively working at the moment on an

injection of RN messenger grip. Pfizer

also has development plans. Only

Sanofi announced on January 29th that it had

abandoned its

Ren Messenger Grip injection project, but

Moderna and Pfizer are still working on it. And worst

Moderna already has authorization from

the European Medicines Agency for its so-

called vaccine for its

The European Medicines Agency

and the European Commission

granted marketing authorization on

not recommend it as mandatory for residents of the

nursing homes. What makes you think

they won't change their minds in a year? It's

madness to get involved in

that kind of situation. The finger

of why they won't tell you tomorrow,

well, you need a vaccination pass to

access the hospital after all. They

already did it during Covid, they

are perfectly capable of doing it again

general population, starting for example with

those over 50. For what ? Because in

the authorization from the European

Medicines Agency that came this year, as I just

mentioned, for

Moderna's combined flu and COVID vaccine, it is planned

that it will be for everyone over 50 years old. Then afterwards

universal obligation

and it will be a goldmine. Big Pharma, which

is indeed the goal, because how many

public decision-makers actually have links

or even conflicts of interest with Big

Pharma, with the pharmaceutical industry

conflicts of interest is a plague, a scourge, a gangrene.

know them and because we

also know how they have evolved in

mandatory vaccination for
