coup attempt. So, it wasn't some randomly planned coup, as some people have claimed

. It was very well planned.

Every detail has been considered.

Many possible reactions have been considered.

Measures have been taken regarding it.

It was a coup attempt, and if

it had started at 3:00 AM as planned, it was highly

probable that the coup attempt would have technically succeeded.

Distinguished citizens of the Republic of Turkey

, the systematic

violations of the constitution and the law have

become a significant threat to the fundamental characteristics of the state and the existence of its vital institutions.

All state institutions, including the Turkish Armed Forces, have begun to be designed according to ideological agendas,

thus rendering them

incapable of fulfilling their duties.

Turkish Armed Forces, acting on the principle of peace at home and peace in the world, aim

to maintain the indivisible integrity of the homeland, the survival of the nation and the state, and to

re-establish the constitutional order based on the principles of a secular, democratic, social, and rule-of-law state. They seized

power with the aim of restoring the lost international reputation of our state and nation, and establishing stronger relations and cooperation to ensure stability and peace.

The administration of the state will be undertaken by the newly formed Council for Peace in the Homeland

.

The Council for Peace at Home has taken all necessary measures to fulfill its obligations established with the United

Nations, NATO, and all other

international organizations

.

Martial law has been declared throughout the country. A

curfew will remain in effect until further notice

. It is

important that our citizens comply with this ban strictly for their own safety.

All necessary measures have been taken

and are being implemented to ensure the swift establishment and maintenance of state order.

No citizen will be allowed to be harmed

, and no

opportunity will be given for public order to be disrupted.

Thank God, that night

we handed over the state and the nation to each other. We resisted.

We became one heart and one hand, and

we made life difficult for the treacherous coup plotters. Ultimately, the nation emerged victorious. We have a

democracy. It became Türkiye.

This country has a bright future ahead. Ah. The

PT terrorist organization is an organization that, through approximately 40 years of

covert crypto work and other

methods,

attempted to infiltrate state institutions and establish a parallel state structure

. It was an organization that aimed to gain power by

exploiting people's pure religious feelings, using religious arguments and sensitivities, and

defining power in a very broad sense. This power

encompassed political power, financial power,

media power, judicial power, and

bureaucratic power. For this reason,

nation's resources to

serve its own organizational purposes

an organizational structure that has brought things to this point over a long period of 40 years

civilian imam responsible for the naval forces who was captured that night at Akıncı Air Base was Hakan Çiçek.

Hakan Çiçek was also running the tutoring center there during those years

We know that many organizational ceremonies, especially in terms of clandestine structures, were held in that tutoring center. One of these is that

students graduating from the Military Academy

have an official ceremony at the Military Academy, and

after that official ceremony, they come to this classroom and are

received under the supervision of the organization's leader

.

There is a parallel ceremony where their affiliation with the organization is repeated and their organizational affiliation and commitment are strengthened. There's a parallel rank conferral

ceremony.

Be patient,

keep yourselves hidden. The

day will come when

you'll be asked to do a task that takes only 10 minutes. With

that 10-minute job,

you'll earn your place in paradise. All

the prayers I've said throughout my life

These groups were organized within the security forces, within the

judiciary, and within the military

. These organizations have existed since 1970

. Think about it. Because, well, it takes

decades within the government for those people to reach those positions

. From that time,

through infiltrations and organizations in the 70s, 80s, and 90s, they

began to believe that they had gained the power to carry out operations against the government.

was attacked with a weapon.

recruiting people for health organizations, we

see that especially people aged 12, 13, 14 are recruited.

We can express the method with the following metaphor.

Essentially, a child recruited at this age

is placed in a glass case. So it's

being detached from real life. They are being

adapted to a life designed by the organization.

But they lost three things they belonged to. They

no longer have a sense of family belonging. They have

no mother, father, uncle, or aunt. They have older

brothers and teachers. Secondly,

they lost their sense of belonging to their own nation, their own country. They are in a more

universal,

international position as citizens

. Thirdly,

they lost their sense of belonging to the Islamic community and Islamic civilization.

You're very tired. Come

on, put down your pens and

ask some questions.

You're putting so much effort into this for us, man. We

're terrified that we'll fail the exam. That will happen,

God willing.

After graduation, I was assigned to

Çili. Then I

served in Konya for 9 months. I received it.

In 2011,

I was assigned to Akıncı. Upon arriving at Akıncı,

we established contact with a different elder.

Our meetings continued.

In our meetings,

we had religious discussions and

watched Fethullah Gülen tapes.

I also gave 15% of my salary to the community as a donation.

As a precaution, they told us

not to show that we were praying.

They told us to pray symbolically. When we asked why we should pray symbolically, they

explained that those who prayed openly were viewed as reactionaries. So, when

someone said something while we were praying symbolically, we would

interrupt our prayer and then start again

.

All of this was for precautionary purposes.

From this age, these children are linked to

dozens of secret imams for the rest of their lives

. Who

they will meet, how they will maintain their ties with their families

, who they will

marry, which profession they will choose

, what kind of career choices

they will make, and all important

decisions throughout their lives are made under the supervision of these secret imams

.

While there are similar structures,

there is no other organization in the world that fits this description. Secret, occult, crypto

structures have always existed. In Europe, in

Eastern societies, in Africa,

in the Middle East... But there is no example of such an organizational structure

using the resources of the state and employing modern tools in

this way

. It doesn't exist in our history, nor in

other societies. On the

night of the July 15th coup attempt, we saw that many high-ranking officers and

generals were

subordinate to confidential informants who were much younger than them,

individuals with significantly lower levels of education, experience, and life experience

.

Our private schools not only

recruit new recruits for our service but also play

vital economic roles in meeting the needs of our service members all over the world.

However, the

recent bill passed by the government

targets our service movement in many ways

. It is destructive. They say

Mossad

and others want to remove the Prime Minister.

What difference does it make if one person or one country is removed for the sake of our service?

Even if they win these elections with 65%, we have to

remove them with the files we will prepare. The

arrow has left the bow.

After this stage, turning back

means our annihilation.

Therefore, the only way is

to use everything we can... It's an offensive. You

will trample over whoever comes before you, right or wrong, innocent or guilty. We're

not going to say, "Here, you wear the cloak we've been knitting for 44 years," to

whom would you

give

it? The date of their renewed active resistance against the government in Türkiye is also December 17th. Names were left blank in the indictments. The name of the then-prime minister was also left blank in the indictments. The coup attempt was proven in the documents they themselves prepared. Of course, our prime minister, who was our president at the time, is a strong political leader, a strong commander-in-chief. He has an immense ability to know how and under

what conditions a war should be fought

.

After December 17-2,

more negative talk started against the government

. They

were playing some tapes for us from the computer.

Files were arriving in encrypted CDs

.

You know there are municipal elections in March.

You will vote for whoever is strongest against them.

Like all our colleagues in service, this is your duty.

Together we will win this victory.

The police chief... We dismiss them. We appoint

someone else in their place. They immediately go and

get a stay of execution order from the judiciary, from the administrative court, from their own judges. They cancel the appointment. The

September 12th HSK (High Council of Judges and Prosecutors) elections, which our Prime Minister also attaches great importance to, could have been a turning

point. We

won the HSK elections by a small margin, and Turkey actually survived the first

coup at that time. It would have been a

legal coup, and perhaps there wouldn't

even have been a need for July 15th.

While I was serving in Akıncı, I

didn't know which of the officers were involved in the service. When

we brought up this issue with our superiors, they said, "You focus on your work

. Don't ask us about these things." You're right, commander. That's kind of what

happened.

Look at Ahmet Alba. Have

you ever seen him so cheerful before?

No.

They are waiting for the esteemed religious leader.

Before July 15th, we were seeing more clearly and distinctly the efforts to

design politics [music] within Turkey, the

efforts to design the judiciary, the efforts to

shape the bureaucracy according to their own goals, and the efforts in

the media and other areas

.

Of course, in 2009... In Davos, we

witnessed a very historic statement by our President. Considering that this FETÖ

structure came to this point with external support,

FETÖ decided

after Davos that it was now at the point of ending the AK Party government

and

creating its own alternative

.

Mr. Perest, you are old. Your voice is very loud

I know that your voice

being so loud is a result of a guilty conscience

. The

external

centers that nurtured, fed, paved the way for, and controlled them, appointed them after "one minute

." After

that, they

revealed their treachery in every incident.

But perhaps a breaking point was needed

. A turning point was needed

so that everything would be clearly revealed

and the state could intervene on behalf of the nation, and this

only

happened with the July 15 coup attempt.

We see that Gül and the civilian imams went to America. Their records are all in

the files. When did they go, when did they

return? Their first group trip was in

early January. Their second group

trip was in March, their

third group trip was

in June, and five days before the coup attempt,

Kemal... Only Adil Öksüz and Batmaz

go to America.

They stay for two days and return.

We see that some revisions have been made in the organization's structure within the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK). In December, the

TSK imam changes.

Adil Öksüz, who was the air force imam at that time,

becomes the TSK imam. His assistant, Kemal

Batmaz, also becomes the air force imam.

Now, the mechanism works like this: Civilian

imams go to America.

They analyze the process with the organization's leader.

They discuss what path they will follow. A framework

is determined there.

After that framework is determined, the civilian

imams return to Türkiye. Everyone

meets with the active duty officers in their respective forces, that is, the active duty officers who will participate in the coup attempt and who are essentially in a leadership position from the beginning

. They

discuss the technical details.

You really made a very good choice,

special thing about this house is this: the

top-level clandestine imams of the Turkish Armed Forces, primarily Adil Öksüz, along with the high-ranking officers who orchestrated the coup attempt, met in this house

. The highest-level preparatory

meetings were held in this villa.

So, when we look back at the years after July 15th, we

realized how incredibly deeply they had infiltrated us. Nobody said, "I'm a FETÖ member

." It wasn't written on their forehead. They were so

well-compartmented. There was nothing

beyond our feelings.

Preparations were made for the August Supreme Military Council. We

entered into serious preparations.

Essentially,

a study was conducted based on the data collected by the National Intelligence Organization, and

a major

purge was expected at the August Supreme

Military Council. While preparations for the Supreme Military Council were

underway,

they learned about the list we prepared to retire 123 FETÖ-affiliated generals and admirals in an unprecedented way in the history of the Republic, through traitors within our ranks. When

these high schools were infiltrated, these terrorists...

They see and hear these things, and

they understand that they will retire. It is rumored that they moved

this treacherous coup attempt, which they had planned for September or October, to July

. Of course,

before July 15th, the Supreme Military Council

met at the beginning of August.

I'm talking about 2016. Naturally, they were

apprehensive because they

were starting to be exposed.

Especially when many provincial

prosecutors' offices began

summoning many people to the prosecutor's offices, they became flustered

.

Later, we see that the

FETÖ structure, realizing this, decided that they wouldn't allow it, that they shouldn't allow it,

and that they

needed to carry out this coup beforehand. I see that this was actually one of their main motivations

. (I'm

speaking on

behalf of the general Islamic community,

the residents of Cappadocia, and the Serkars there

. In the organization's language, Cappadocia

refers to the organization's structure within the Turkish Armed Forces.

Serkars are military commanders.) With

that speech, he essentially gave

a veiled message to the organization's Teslika structure

. Now,

the people at the very top of the organization's TSK structure are

confidential... Imams.

Adil Öksüz, the clandestine imam responsible for the armed forces, is

responsible for the air force. In

their terminology, he's the Air Force

Commander. Kemal Batmaz is the Air Force Commander within the

organization; Nurettin Oruç is the organization's gendarmerie imam in the organization's literature; and

Hakan Çiçek is the imam responsible for the naval forces

.

These are the top decision-making bodies. And

directly above them is

Fethullah Gülen.

Below them are the commissioned officers

.

I don't think these commissioned officers were chosen randomly. They are names with

high organizational affiliation and

influence within the armed forces

. The

highest ranks are mostly brigadier generals

.

They are from the 1990-1994 period. Some are staff officers,

some are brigadier generals. Approximately

90% of them actively participated in the coup.

So, the July 15th coup attempt was a

coup by colonels and brigadier generals.

Friends,

one of the first things we will do at the beginning of our operation is to bring together the forces we will assign with our fellow members who are

currently in prison. The first step is to get them

out from inside.

Sir, we are people who have sworn from day one to make every sacrifice for our service

. However, as you will appreciate,

ensuring the chain of command is

vital for the success of this operation.

Brother, whether the

Chief of General Staff,

the Commander of the Land Forces, and the force commanders are involved in this will be

questioned by all the soldiers under our command.

What will happen to the personnel who do not want to be with us in this movement? Let's not let

these kinds of negative thoughts and the devil

interfere in our work.

With God's help, this operation

will be successful, God willing

After those technical details mature a bit, they go back to America. And

in America, the organization leader and the civilian

imams hold another meeting.

A consultation process takes place through them, and then

they return to Türkiye.

After returning to Türkiye, they

conduct another evaluation with the active duty officers. In

that way, they

finalize the plans regarding the coup attempt.

I just spoke with our elder in the room inside

If nothing goes wrong,

God willing. I'm working within such a system, such a

mechanism. On one side of the mechanism are the

civilian imams at the very top of the organization's clandestine structure, and on the other

side are the active-

duty officers who will actually carry out the coup. Soldiers know this well

. Every operation has

a center from which it is managed. There is an

operations center.

That is, in the armed forces, all

headquarters, all commands

have an operations center. Operations are managed from there

.

Naturally, the organization needed a center from which it would manage and direct this bloody coup attempt. This

center was designated as

Akıncı Air Base, a place close to Ankara within the armed forces

. The Teachers'

Mess Hall was designed

as the operations center, the management center of the coup attempt

. There were

also soldiers working in the weapons depot, in aircraft maintenance, here and there. So, they were all

helping the commanders there. They were

transporting far more ammunition than necessary. We were preparing as if all the ammunition on the shelves

could be loaded onto a plane at any moment

. It was very busy;

they were arriving at night, hour after hour. One cargo plane landed.

Normally, cargo

planes rarely landed there. With the cargo plane,

they immediately loaded it in front of 143.

There was already a long road ahead of it. The entire road was filled with ammunition. In other words,

more supplies than necessary

started arriving. Normally, far more

frozen food than necessary. Then,

excuse me, but sacks of

bread and things like that arrived. They said, "Take out

all the other breakfast items from the refrigerators and

fill them with these

." The

meeting held at the Air War College on the evening of July 14th was also

a very important meeting.

All the cameras at the air college

were turned off between 23:00 and 3:00.

Kemal Batmaz and Adil Öksüz attended that meeting

.

In the handwritten notes seized at Akıncı, a record of a "leader briefing"

was found. It

refers to a briefing held on the evening of July 14th. This briefing... "

We believe there was a meeting at the War Academies Command on the evening of July 14th. The

night before the coup, I

landed at 23:30 after a night flight. My

classmate, Adem Kırcı,

sent me a message on my phone. He said that Major Mehmet Fatih

Çavur had left a note. He

said, 'You and I will meet with Mehmet Çetin Kaplan at your house after you land.' The three of us went to

Major Çavur's house

together on the night between Thursday and Friday

. I know about your visits to each other's houses

." he said. Sergeant Major's

statement gave me the impression that he, too, was serving in the military

. Because does this

discourse relate to a sense of belonging and to

children? It was

about trust. You

will have to do this for your country.

Now

you will repay the efforts we have made for you.

To view July 15th solely as an attempted coup is to misinterpret what happened that night

. That night, our nation

experienced an unprecedented betrayal in its history. The network of traitors did

not just attempt a coup.

They wanted to launch a major invasion, leaving our country defenseless.
