Let's play a game. Let's see if you can explain these words. Sure. Before that, let me wear my glasses and read these laws. Okay. I'm ready. What's the suspect? Suspect is a suspect who is suspected of committing a crime that was reported in a report or investigation.

Apa maksud pengadu? Pengadu ialah mangsa sesuatu jenayah yang telah membuat laporan pada pihak polis. Apa makna tertuduh atau OKT? Tertuduh ialah seseorang yang telah dituduh melakukan sesuatu jenayah.

What is an IO? IO is Investigation Officer. Police officers are responsible for investigating a crime, finding evidence and helping the TPR with the presentation of the report. What is a chemical report and what is a DNA report? It is a report from a scientist or expert in the field, usually about evidence samples that have been taken by the police.

What is an ONG report? ONG is a short term term for obstetric and gynecology. It is a medical report from a doctor who has examined the victim's body for physical evidence when a sexual crime has been reported.

What is a psychology report? A psychology report is a doctor's report on the psychological condition of sexual offenders. It evaluates the effects of sexual harassment and emotional distress related to sexual assaults reported. What does it mean?

What does 'corroboration' mean?

2:25

What is the mention? It is the initial procedure in court after the accusation is read to make the presentation before the trial in court can be started.

2:59

Hmm, this one is hard. Let's see if you can answer it. Can you tell us what types of courts are there and what are the functions? Oh, okay. Which court is being discussed depends on the type of crime and punishment that can be given. The lower court consists of three courts, namely the session court, the magistrate court and the children's court.

3:29

The court cases in the Session Court are judged by the judge or the judge of the Session Court. This court can listen to all cases of crimes that do not bring death sentences. Usually, cases such as the Rogol case, Subang Mahram and Liwat are discussed in this court.

3:47

Magistrate Court and/or Children's Court are governed by the Lord or the Magistrate. They have the authority to listen to all types of crimes that bring a sentence of no more than 10 years in prison or as much as a fine. The case of Chabul is usually discussed in this court.

4:08

If the appeal is made to the Session Court or the Magistrate Court, the appeal will be heard in the High Court and finally the appeal will be sent to the Court of Appeal.

4:22

I'm tired. I think that's enough with the term court. Thank you for watching the video on the court process. We hope that the best for you in facing the court discussion. May you succeed in getting justice.
