India's BIGGEST Exam Fraud | How NEET was Leaked! | Dhruv Rathee

On 2nd May, 2026, a student studying MBBS in Kerala, sends a WhatsApp message to his father. There was a file attached to this message. And it was written, "My friend has sent me from Sikar. Take him to the hostel girls." These are the 300 questions that are going to be in tomorrow's NEET paper. The boy's father ran a PG hostel in Sikar, Rajasthan.

The night he received the WhatsApp message, he did nothing. But the next morning, he distributed the paper to the students who stayed in the hostel. After the exam, he showed the paper to the teacher of the nearby coaching institute. And asked how many questions actually came in the exam. And it was difficult for him to believe the answer to this question.

90 out of 90 biology questions matched. 45 out of 45 chemistry questions matched. That too in an unbroken sequence. There was no comma or full stop. Out of 180, 135 questions in NEET were in this leaked paper. For those of you who don't know about this exam, this was not a small-scale exam. This was NEET.

An exam that would decide the future of more than 22 lakh students. It's the medical entrance exam of the entire country. People pass it and become doctors. Doctors who are given their lives.

But his paper had already been leaked. For this reason, for the first time in the history of the country, the National Testing Agency had to cancel the NEET exam. The paper was leaked by a man whose photos were found by BJP politicians and Rajasthan's Education Minister. A man whose family's 4 children cleared the NEET exam last year. And a man who knew a month before the exam that this paper was going to be leaked.

Imagine what would have happened to a student. Someone worked day and night, for a year, to prepare for this one exam. And after writing the exam, he would have thought, 'Finally, it's over. Now I can relax and go on a holiday.' And in the middle of the holiday, he gets the news that he would have to retest. He would have to take another 2 months. Think about how you would feel. This is exactly what happened to many students.

And many even sold their notes. They didn't even have the material to study. Hearing such news, all the hard work goes to waste. So a very simple but important advice is that there should always be a Plan B or Plan C in life. Don't bet your entire future on one exam. At least one backup plan should definitely be there.

First, let's understand how this paper leak actually happened. NEET question papers are usually printed in authorized printing presses. According to the investigation so far, this paper was leaked from a printing press in Maharashtra, Nasik. A person associated with this printing press stole the paper in some way, and passed it on to a network. These people weren't just students. They were working in a very pre-planned and sophisticated manner.

It is claimed that to avoid detection, the paper was not scanned with a mobile phone. But a high-definition portable scanner was used. The most shocking thing is that this gang also made a shadow server on the outskirts of Nasik. So that data transfer could be hidden. And it wouldn't be caught by the monitoring systems. According to Indian Express, a medical student named Shubham Khairnar,

He paid Rs 10 lakhs to buy a physical copy of the question paper. He made a soft copy of it and sold it for Rs 15 lakhs in Gurgaon. In Gurgaon, a handwritten guest paper was made from this paper. The original paper of NEET included 125 questions out of 135. And some other questions were mixed from outside. A guest paper of a total of 410 questions was made.

This was done so that no one would suspect it. And many more versions of this paper were made. About a week before Neet's exam started, on 26th April, 2026, a doctor from Gurgaon, sold this guest paper to two brothers from Jamwa, Ramgad, in Rs. 30 lakhs. Mangilal and Dinesh Bival. Remember these two names because they will be very important in the next story. One of them sent this paper to his son, who was preparing for Neet in Sikar.

But things didn't stop there. By 29th April, these two brothers had started selling the paper to aspirants. From here, the paper reached the MBBS counselling agent of Sikar, Rakesh Kumar Manwariya. Who bought it for Rs. 5 lakhs. Not only Rakesh, he distributed the paper to 700 students. One of them was a MBBS student from Kerala.

Rakesh sold a guest paper for Rs 30,000. He was the same person I mentioned in the beginning of the video. This student from Kerala, on 2nd May, forwarded the questions to his father in Sikar. And when his father got the questions verified by a coaching teacher after the exam, 135 out of 180 questions were matching. By this time, his father had realised that this wasn't a guest paper. This was actually a real leak. So first of all, he tried to get the complaint filed by Sikar's Udyog Nagar Police Station.

And this is where the story becomes even more shocking. The police tell them to stop spreading rumours. And they make them run away. After this, they directly contact the NTA, the National Testing Agency. This is the agency that makes the NEETs. The NTA gives the information to the Central Intelligence Bureau. And the Rajasthan Police is alerted from there. And then, the State Special Operations Group, SOG, starts the investigation.

In the beginning, the SOG thought it was an isolated incident. But when they followed the trail of the guest paper, they discovered something else. They found that the guest paper had been forwarded many times on WhatsApp. This means that the paper had been forwarded many times. At this point, the investigators realised that the paper had leaked on a huge scale. According to the SOG's Additional Director General, Vishal Bansal, the paper was already present in the students' hands a week before the exam.

and in some cases, it had reached them a month earlier. Think about it, friends, for a month, the leaked papers were being distributed, and the government and agencies kept sleeping. Finally, on 12th May, NTNA officially cancelled NEET, and the leak investigation was handed over to the CBI.

The most strange case in this whole matter is that of the Vivaal brothers. Mangilal and Dinesh Vivaal. They bought papers from the doctors in Gurgaon, and sold them to many people in Sikar. One of them, Dinesh Vivaal, is a member of BJP's youth wing, Bhartiya Janta Yuva Morcha.

People have shared photos of many such holdings on social media. In which Dinesh Vivaal's picture is posted and he is known as the leader of BJP. On one of the holdings, it is written that the name of Dinesh is written as 'Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, District Minister, Jaipur Dehat'. But this is just the beginning.

Listen up, Dinesh has pictures of his BJP leaders on his own social media handles. Even the pictures of Rajasthan's Education Minister, Madan Dilawar. Imagine a person who is accused of a paper leak, having pictures of his Education Minister. How stupid is this system? But things don't end here. According to India Today's report, the Vivaal brothers knew about a month ago that this year, the NEET paper would be leaked. A month ago. It wasn't a last minute deal. It was a planned operation.

The most suspicious thing is that the 4 children of the brothers' family had leaked the paper last year. Obviously, the question is whether they had leaked the paper last year as well. Look at the number of coincidences. If you look at the entire network, a person who is the leader of BJP Youth Wing, who has pictures with the Education Minister, who knew a month ago that the paper would leak, and the 4 children of his family had leaked the paper last year. Is this just a coincidence or something else?

We will get answers to these questions only when a fair investigation is conducted. And there is little hope of a fair investigation. Because the investigation hasn't even begun. And the cover-up has already begun. The Rajasthan investigators say that Rajasthan wasn't the epicenter of this leak. The Nasik paper was leaked from Maharashtra. And the Nasik DCP says that the rumours of the Nasik paper leaking are baseless. And the paper wasn't printed there. The question is who is telling the truth and who is lying.

Both states are blaming each other. And in the middle, 22 lakh students have lost their future. NTA Director-General Abhishek Singh says that no paper about NEET has been leaked. Only a PDF was circulating. And there were many questions that were asked in the exam. "No paper has been released in the market. No paper has been leaked. The PDF had many questions. Some of the questions were found in the paper. I won't say that the entire paper has been leaked.

Meaning that if 135 out of 180 questions are matching, then according to them, the paper leak hasn't happened. According to the NTA, the paper leak will only happen if 180 out of 180 questions are leaked. This is the reason why people have started calling the NTA as the National Tampering Agency. And this is not the first time this has happened.

In 2024, the paper leaked before NEET's exam. Almost in the same way. The paper circulated before the exam. People paid lakhs of rupees to buy it. Some students were given unexplained grace marks. Because of which 67 students got 720 out of 720 marks. Which was shocking. There were protests in 2024. The Supreme Court was also in trouble. There was a CBI investigation.

But what was the result? Some small players were arrested, some were bailed out, and finally, nothing was changed. The system remained the same. No structural reform was done. No accountability was given. The NTA was neither disbanded nor reformed properly. In the last 2 years, the situation has worsened. And when the Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan was questioned, he ran away from the reporters without any reply.

After all this, the re-exam will be conducted. The NTA has said that the candidates won't have to register again. There won't be any extra fees. But the real question is that the students who have to bear the mental and emotional cost during the re-exam,

Who would pay for it? More than 22 lakh students prepared for months. Families spent lakhs of rupees on coaching. Children left their social lives. Sacrificed their sleep. Weren't worried about their mental health. And some people paid thousands and lakhs to bypass this system.
