well. I am here today with my beautiful
wife Carrie who also happens to be very
competitive and this is a Brian and
[music] Carrie challenge. We have picked
five different events to compete in
today. We've got a ruck run. We've got a
heavy ball to shoulder. We've got a
pull-up challenge. I think we're going
to go strict pull-ups and then we've got
a torque tank wheelbarrow. Make it more
fun. We're going to attach the run
rocket to our waist and then we're going
to finish with a fat bell ground to
overhead. How do you feel about those?
You know how I feel.
>> Go out and be great.
>> What are you doing?
>> Oh, I'm just uh mixing up some
greatness.
>> Is that allowed in the challenge?

trying to account for body weight, but
compared to the last time we did a

>> So, we're going to do shuttle runs here
with squats and push-ups.

>> Yep.

then we'll have to run through the
finish line. I'm going to be moving

>> I was much more confident till we're

a cold tub. We're going to the mountains
and you will be getting in a river or a
lake.

>> All right. Well, that sounds awful. And
I am not losing. So, on to event two,
which is going to be a heavy medball to
shoulder. [music]
So, here is the next challenge. We've
got two heavy balls in front of us.

>> Carrie's got a 60. I've got a 150. We
have to go to the shoulder. Get one hand
off. Then you can drop back down. If it
does go over, that still counts. You're
just chasing the ball.
>> And we're going to do max reps in 1
minute.
>> Don't put chalk all over the shirt. I
love that shirt.
>> I I love it, too. It's actually right

So, here's what I'm going to say. I

it's now one to one. How do you feel
about that mountain river dip?
>> Well, I'm hoping the next challenge,
which is pull-ups. Strict pull-ups. No
cheating will be my saving grace.
>> Strict pull-ups. Wonderful. So,
challenge number three, strict pull-ups.
We are using these handles on the rack
that that rotate a little bit. So, you
can move the handles wherever you want
to. The only rule is that when you come
down, you're done. So, there's no rest
period
>> till failure.
>> It's just got to go.
>> What? You need your mouthpiece again?
>> Always. It's the uh Shaw Strength

have one in your mouth. Honestly, if you
beat me in this, I'm getting like 20 of

cuz these handles are harder for me. So,
five is going to be a a challenge.

you ready?" And I did another pull-up.

as we go into this tank wheelbarrow with
a run rocket strapped to your waist. So,
how you feeling about this tank

a setup like this. Got everything uh I
don't know. I'm nervous. I don't know.

So the wheelbarrow is tough. Run rocket
makes it tougher.
>> It's frustrating cuz you just can't go.

>> Brian's adding some more weight to the
wheelbarrow, the tank wheelbarrow to try
to make it fair. Obviously, I'm still
winning, but

bump the resistance up as well. So, I'm
going to go to maximum resistance and
we'll increase the run rocket as well.
So, in theory, this will be quite a bit
harder.
>> Good. I hope you get a big old L. What
do you think you can do?
>> Hopefully faster than 21.
>> I better do faster than 2133.
>> Was it that bad?
>> If I if I don't do that, I deserve the
horrible waxing.
>> Okay,

and then I'll say go. And actually, if
you win, if if I do not beat that, then
you win. So, this best three out of
