How to Use GSR & BVP Meters of the Mind Mirror for New Users

1:40:221,279 summary words · ~6 min readEnglishTranscribed Jul 20, 2026
Summary

The Mind Mirror's GSR (galvanic skin response, a sweat-measurement of arousal) and BVP (blood volume pulse, a heart-rate measure) meters let you objectively track body-mind coherence during meditation or hypnosis even without EEG, and setting event markers lets you match inner experience to physiological data.

Learning to read these meters turns vague relaxation claims into measurable feedback that accelerates self-regulation and reveals hidden stress reactions.

Webinar Check-In and Participant Intros

skip

Host Roxanna opens the self-trainers webinar on GSR and BVP biofeedback added to Mind Mirror EEG. Deborah (Asheville, sleep-medicine background, wants body-mind coherence), Barb/Mark (musician, osteomyelitis, into Anna Wise's frequency symphony since the 70s), Marv (uses EMG artifact only so far), and Craig (California sound therapist, audio issues) introduce themselves and their interests. Roxanna notes Marv will present on meditation music frequencies later. The segment ends with a switch to Judith Pennington as the technical presenter.

  • GSR and BVP are autonomic indicators meant to connect heart and brain on the Mind Mirror.
  • Several participants already owned full practitioner kits but had not yet used GSR/BVP.

Pure roll-call with no meter instruction.

7:31-10:19

Judith's Framework and Software Setup

watch

Judith states she co-developed the Ballistus Mind Mirror 6 and integrated physiology meters because Max Cade and Anna Wise showed mind-body are one system. She shares her screen, resets sensor configuration from a two-person setup to one-person with GSR, EEG, channels 2 and 6, and trigger event (not BVP in the trigger slot), then loads an existing session and the Dominant Frequency screen set with a run timer. She explains the session shown next is a stressed family member with no EEG hooked up.

  • Always set one-person config: GSR + EEG + trigger event, not BVP, for solo use.
  • Dominant Frequency screen set adds a run timer useful for session review.

Shows the exact first clicks a new user must make.

10:21-15:56

David Session: GSR Anomaly Explained

watch

Judith opens David's session (extreme stress, blood cancer, no EEG). His GSR shows a minus Lesh because arousal is so high he never hits zero baseline. She explains via View > Summary > GSR that Valistus built a new GSR-C skin conductance (siemens) because old resistance/ohms channels were insensitive to Max Cade's ESR; conductance drops on relaxation, resistance does the opposite. David's line is anomalous because he is too aroused to relax on screen.

  • Use GSR-C skin conductance; line falls as you relax, rises as you arouse.
  • A minus Lesh can mean super-high arousal, not a broken sensor.

Core GSR channel choice and misread-prevention taught here.

16:05-25:30

David BVP Trendline and Hypnosis Markers

watch

Judith pulls BVP summary, ignores raw and expert biofeedback channels, and sets BVP display options to trendline with data range 60–82 bpm to expose David's fit-but-anxious heart. She places event markers at 17:48 (surge), 20:26 (fear of failure), 25:26 (drop as he cites good qualities), and 28+ min (dialogue part). Heart rate rose with subconscious fear and fell as hypnosis reframing began. She notes GSR stayed high long after peaks because recovery is slow.

  • Zoom BVP data range to subject's narrow bpm band for usable trend detail.
  • Emotional arousal shows in BVP before the person consciously knows; markers timestamp it.

Demonstrates practical BVP zoom and marker workflow.

25:31-30:43

Self-Training Marker Protocol

watch

Judith concludes David's case saying physiology stays elevated long after upset, then tells self-trainers to hit Enter when feeling a heart-speed or issue, even opening eyes, to later confirm subjective-objective match (e.g., +8 bpm). She teaches using the marker to retrain the body via breath and notes this works without EEG at all.

  • Press Enter on felt shift to validate later against the data line.
  • Conscious breathing taught in-session can drop GSR precipitously.

Gives the repeatable self-user action missing from practitioner-only view.

30:58-39:24

Paula Session: EEG + GSR/BVP Coherence

optional

Judith loads Paula, an advanced Reiki master with 5.6 Lesh matching awakened-mind EEG and evolved-mind flares. GSR drops like a rock in 1:44; BVP HRV average is high-stress due to content. Judith resizes windows, sets BVP range 60–90, and shows Paula's pulse rose as she approached a worry issue (children) and fell as she processed it, proving meter sensitivity without needing raw channels.

  • High Lesh state can perfectly match high-amplitude awakened EEG pattern.
  • BVP trendline alone pinpointed Paula's emotional contact with a childhood fear.

Confirms ideas already shown via David but with EEG present.

39:27-58:05

Paula Gamma-BVP Interaction Deep Dive

watch

Judith adds Dominant Frequency (0–12 Hz) and Gamma amplitude windows. Paula's alpha peak slid to 9 Hz; her gamma built as theta/delta deepened. At 23:25 gamma began before master-injection; injecting love/light at ~38 min dropped heart rate. Gamma rising later re-excited heart rate (fluttery feel). Judith stresses everything interacts and grounding is needed after gamma.

  • Deep theta/delta reliably grows gamma amplitudes in trained meditators.
  • Gamma highs can speed heart rate despite bliss; ground after sessions.

Unique warning on gamma-body effect new users will miss elsewhere.

1:01:16-1:05:23

Breath and HRV Discussion

watch

Roxanna relays John Coates (Melbourne HRV biofeedback) finding heart rate variability shifts instantly with negative thoughts; ideal is six abdominal breaths per minute, three minutes thrice daily, impossible to sustain 20 min for anxious clients. Judith adds singers/pilates build core via abdominal breath. Group agrees breath is central to stress reset.

  • Six abdominal breaths/min is a universal parasympathetic tap-in pace.
  • Abdominal (not chest) breathing changed one user's results entirely.

Supplies the one concrete daily habit from the call.

1:05:28-1:21:21

Two-Person Session and Resonance

optional

Judith loads a two-person file (Dawn & Joy, Alaska/NZ strangers). One on GSR, one on BVP due to dry hands. In a stage-spotlight meditation, both plunged at 15:54 (curtain open) and relaxed deeper imbuing love/compassion. Their gamma/theta built together; Deborah notes they resonated each other's fields—Dawn's gamma buzzed Joy's body. Judith shows marker copy across windows and says practitioners watch correlation breaks to find issues.

  • Two users on different meters can show identical meditation responses.
  • Strangers' brain and body fields visibly cohere in real time on-screen.

Illustrative group case but not required for solo meter use.

1:21:22-1:40:19

Backup Warning, Q&A, and Close

watch

Judith warns she lost all Ballistus files to a Windows 8.1 crash for skipping backups and will demo USB export. Craig/David share they use feedback to change brain now; Mark links resonance to cosmic harmonics. Roxanna sets next self-trainer date Mar 19, mentions Peter Staples webinar Mar 26, and invites topic emails. Call ends with thanks and file-export reminder.

  • Export sessions to jump drive; OS updates can wipe unbacked libraries.
  • Future topics include music-biofeedback correlation and file import.

Contains the critical backup caveat and schedule.

Key points

  • Body-Mind Are One Measurable System — Judith Pennington explains the core Awakened Mind premise that relaxing the mind lowers body arousal and vice versa, so GSR and BVP act as mirrors of consciousness states.
  • GSR Drops as You Relax — The Valistus GSR-C skin conductance (measured in siemens) line falls when a person relaxes and rises with arousal, unlike the older resistance model which inverted the pattern.
  • BVP Trendline Reveals Emotional Shifts — Blood volume pulse heart-rate trendlines speed up with emotional arousal and slow with relaxation; zooming the data range (e.g., 60–82 bpm) exposes tiny session shifts.
  • Markers Create Subjective-Objective Match — Hitting Enter (or a manual trigger) during a session drops an event marker so users can later correlate a felt shift with a GSR/BVP spike.
  • Gamma Can Raise Heart Rate — In deep theta/delta meditations, rising gamma synchrony (high-frequency brainwaves) can excite the heart and lift BVP even as the person feels blissful.
if you relax the mind you're going to relax the body and if you relax the body you're going to relax the mind Judith Pennington
the more you relax the body the more you relax the body uh the mind the deeper uh your amplification of brainwave frequencies Judith Pennington

0:10

a good time of the day everyone welcome

0:13

to our

0:14

self trainers webinar

0:17

and this time we're going to talk about

0:19

uh gsigned uh bvp uh meteors on mind

0:24

mirror which is quite special biot

0:26

feedback that you can get in addition to

0:29

neurofeedback to brainwaves that you see

0:32

on the mind mirror

0:33

and once again i

0:36

we know already each other but very

0:38

briefly i will ask you just to name

0:40

yourself

0:41

say uh

0:42

name your location where you are from

0:44

and if you have particular interests or

0:47

wishes regarding today's meeting just

0:50

tell us about your expectations

0:53

you're welcome deborah you can be the

0:55

first one you're the first on my

0:56

participants list i'm i'm deborah and

0:59

i'm from asheville north carolina and my

1:02

past is sleep research and sleep

1:04

disorders medicine and that was 35 years

1:07

and then 10 years with the government

1:09

and

1:11

i was in universities so i have an

1:13

academic appointment you know academic

1:16

background anyway my um coming to the

1:19

mind has to do with my interest in

1:21

consciousness and biofeedback techniques

1:24

to really

1:26

bring coherence to the brain as we've

1:28

seen with the heart and also to the

1:30

hemispheres and i really think the mind

1:32

mirror can do that for us so we're

1:35

working out technology issues right now

1:38

with some of the equipment that i have

1:40

uh my interest in gsr these are body

1:43

indicators autonomic nervous system and

1:46

we want to connect the heart and the

1:48

mind we want body and mind to be

1:51

connected brain and and body so these

1:54

are good indicators to have the blood

1:56

volume uh that's perfect and the gsr i

1:59

have the whole practitioner's kit

2:01

because i wanted both brain and body to

2:04

be connected and i wanted the whole

2:06

package

2:07

so that's a little bit behind you know

2:09

of my background

2:11

and i've had really great success with

2:13

the mind mirrors gsr monitor and blood

2:16

volume no problem whatsoever uh it's

2:20

more the eeg side that has some kinks in

2:23

it right now but anyway um yeah they're

2:26

great meters to have and i love the

2:29

literature behind them right thank you

2:31

very much thank you yes yes great job on

2:34

the manual

2:39

okay

2:40

uh

2:42

barb you want to check in

2:44

yes

2:45

me mark yeah yes yes

2:48

oh thank you hi everybody

2:51

uh

2:52

i'm a musician

2:54

and uh

2:55

i have several interests i like to put

2:57

things together and

3:00

gadgeteer man you know and that's why uh

3:02

i i

3:05

gravitate towards the mind mirror but my

3:08

uh my history as a musicians go all the

3:11

way back to the 60s been around the

3:13

world travel a lot of bands blah blah

3:15

blah blah

3:16

uh in 2000

3:18

and what 2000 i uh

3:21

came down with the osteomyelitis in my

3:24

lower back

3:25

and that set me back as far as being a

3:27

road musician so now i spend most of my

3:29

time at

3:30

home uh and i've switched my

3:35

vocation

3:36

to

3:37

more or less like a hobby i gather

3:40

instruments from around the world like

3:41

hand drums i play flutes now

3:45

composing

3:47

so uh that keeps me going with the music

3:49

so i'm still in touch but

3:51

in relation to the mind mirror uh my

3:54

interest in consciousness uh mind tech

3:57

goes all the way back to the 70s

4:00

robert monroe and

4:02

oh my goodness

4:04

so many pioneers that were into that

4:06

and i i learned about uh

4:09

minoral beats

4:11

and

4:12

uh there were so many companies jumping

4:15

on on the bandwagon for that you know

4:18

and their technologies were really

4:19

limited

4:21

until i uh

4:23

got acquainted with anna wise and

4:26

maxwell cade and

4:28

and then

4:29

the light went off you know anna's

4:31

concept just made so much more sense

4:34

when she talks about symphony of

4:36

frequencies

4:37

um

4:40

opposed to the

4:42

ramping down from beta down to delta you

4:45

know single

4:47

brainwave patterns you know

4:49

they're still doing that now but uh man

4:52

anna's got

4:54

his brain state has a combination of

4:57

frequencies and that's what hooked me so

5:00

i've been with it ever since the

5:02

last year i got my mind mirror and i've

5:04

been working with that

5:06

and um

5:07

i'm still working with it you know what

5:09

what are your expectations i'm sorry

5:11

about today we're going to talk about

5:12

jsr and bvp

5:16

if you have any

5:17

uh what's that roxanna i'm just sorry to

5:21

interrupting you uh i'm i'm

5:24

trying to get you back to our topic we

5:26

are going to talk about jesus and bvp do

5:28

you have any particular expectations

5:29

about today's session with us

5:33

oh uh well myself i haven't really uh

5:38

hooked up with any uh

5:40

galvanic skin response sensors or the uh

5:44

you know the blood volume pulse i just

5:46

use the uh

5:48

the surface uh

5:51

uh electro's

5:53

myograph you know the uh

5:55

the artifact

5:56

indicator

5:58

to help me go down and as long as it's

6:00

in the narrow band

6:02

um

6:04

that's fine for me i i may get into that

6:06

though but i have used biofeedback

6:08

devices before you know

6:11

you're quite experienced

6:13

you probably will get into it after

6:14

today marv um and may i just add before

6:18

we go to craig is that marv is going to

6:20

be an upcoming presenter for us uh in a

6:23

pre-recorded interview we're going to

6:25

splice into

6:26

a practitioner's webinar on the

6:29

frequencies of

6:31

meditation music meditation and the

6:33

blind mirror okay that's going to be fun

6:36

yeah yes that's great

6:38

thank you for that okay thank you and

6:41

judy i'll say a few words from craig

6:44

because he has problems with his audio

6:46

settings so he wrote me a text that i

6:49

can speak out loud

6:52

so he is from as far as i know from

6:54

cameron park california

6:56

and he's he says he's relatively new

6:59

user to mind mirror and he's very

7:01

excited about incorporating it into his

7:04

current sound therapy practice

7:07

and if if you know i made a very nice

7:10

profile for every participant

7:12

participating so far in our meetings and

7:15

you can find his uh website link if

7:18

you're interested so he's eager and

7:20

excited to learn

7:21

and very thankful for this forum

7:24

wonderful i think on this note we can

7:26

switch to mind mirror and start

7:28

practicing with you

7:30

okay

7:31

um so i'm judith pennington and um have

7:35

been working with the mind mirror

7:37

for since 2005 and the ballistas mind

7:40

mirror 6 since

7:42

it was first developed since i

7:44

co-developed with steve clark four years

7:46

ago

7:47

um and from the start uh

7:50

it was clear

7:52

partly from the

7:53

work of max kade and anna wise that we

7:56

needed to integrate physiology meters

7:59

into the mind mirror eeg program

8:02

software program so we would have

8:05

both mind and body measurements

8:08

of course the central

8:10

concept as deborah alluded was is that

8:13

it's just one system consciousness body

8:16

mind they're all the same

8:18

and in awakened mind training

8:21

that works out for us to say that

8:25

what we experience in the body we're

8:27

going to experience in the mind and vice

8:30

versa if you relax the mind you're going

8:33

to relax the body

8:34

if you relax the body you're going to

8:36

relax the mind and

8:39

uh the more you relax the body the more

8:41

you relax the body uh the mind the

8:44

deeper uh

8:46

your

8:47

amplification

8:49

of brainwave frequencies so you're going

8:52

down and in amplifying your theta

8:55

amplifying your delta and as a direct

8:58

consequence the more profound and higher

9:01

your state of consciousness

9:04

that's how it works for most people

9:06

when it doesn't work that way

9:09

when we see a disjunction between the

9:11

mind and the body there's going to be

9:13

some very good reason and so the

9:15

sessions i'm going to show you uh during

9:17

this webinar will show you some of those

9:20

reasons and um

9:23

hopefully you'll have some jot down some

9:25

questions or break in with questions uh

9:28

at will and um

9:30

because you know questions uh can help

9:33

me remember to say things or

9:36

or that we can all come to new

9:38

realizations together so this can be an

9:41

exploration and not just me as a talking

9:44

head

9:45

so my talking head is going to disappear

9:47

now as i share screens with you and

9:50

select

9:51

the valistus i've started it with a

9:54

blank screen

9:56

and that is uh because i wanted to show

10:00

you

10:01

as soon as i can see

10:04

to show you

10:05

a

10:07

also how to

10:09

use the equipment while we're doing this

10:12

or just integrate

10:14

features and functions uses

10:17

while we're looking at these

10:19

so

10:21

the first thing to say

10:23

of course is that we want our sensor

10:25

configuration i had changed it i'm going

10:27

to change it back to the one person

10:29

settings which are always going to be

10:31

gsr

10:32

eeg and 2 and 6 gsrn3

10:37

blood volume pulse should not be there

10:39

that should be actually trigger event or

10:41

button if you have a manual trigger

10:43

button

10:44

and this five eeg that was set up for a

10:47

two person now let's set it for one

10:50

trigger event again always not active

10:52

here

10:54

um

10:57

i'm going to pull up a session here

11:00

under open existing session the one

11:02

we're going to look at

11:04

um

11:05

and double click to get the session in

11:08

you can see that

11:09

these are the same

11:11

we don't have to update we can keep the

11:13

settings current

11:15

the same ones

11:18

i am going to

11:20

bring up although we're not going to so

11:22

much use it

11:24

for this particular session but we will

11:27

for others so i'm going to bring up

11:28

under load

11:31

screen set

11:33

dominant frequency because i always like

11:36

to look at that and i'll show you why

11:40

also this has a run timer in it and

11:42

that's going to be useful to us

11:45

so this uh person uh is actually someone

11:49

uh who

11:51

was a family member of mine

11:53

and he

11:54

had a lot of stress

11:58

about just about everything in his life

12:01

and

12:02

so much so

12:04

that

12:06

i did not

12:07

want to hook him up to eeg nor did he

12:10

wanted to be hooked up to eeg so what

12:12

we're going to be looking at is

12:15

just how much information you can derive

12:17

from the mind mirror without

12:20

the presence of eeg

12:23

now this session is particularly

12:24

interesting because you see that the gsr

12:28

is working up here in the top left

12:30

window

12:31

but look at his lush state

12:33

it's a minus which would lead you to

12:36

believe that the gsr is not working

12:38

correctly

12:40

in fact as you'll see it is the reason

12:43

it's reading a minus is because this

12:46

person's arousal is so high that he's

12:49

not even registering

12:51

from a normal waking consciousness which

12:54

would be a zero

12:56

on the less scale

12:57

he's so aroused

12:59

that um that

13:01

we're going to see only a very slight

13:04

change and he never even moves into the

13:06

realm of zero

13:08

the other thing we're going to look at

13:10

he was also hooked up to blood volume

13:12

pulse

13:13

and

13:14

that's where we're going to really see

13:16

some interesting information on him

13:19

so how we pull this up as usual is to go

13:22

into view

13:23

and summary

13:25

uh galvanic skin response um i wanted to

13:28

mention this to you

13:32

just so you don't get confused when you

13:35

go to pull up the processing channel and

13:38

the

13:38

summary window

13:40

um we don't look at raw data from the

13:42

gsr sensor because basically it's just a

13:45

line of data that doesn't tell you

13:47

anything but what you'll notice here is

13:49

that there are two different sensors

13:52

a gsrb

13:54

and a gsrc

13:57

there's one b that is resistance and one

14:00

b that is skin conductance

14:03

we never used those

14:05

because they were not sensitive enough

14:08

for us to be able to

14:11

calibrate to maxcade's

14:14

esr

14:16

which is an incredibly highly sensitive

14:18

device so vallista's developed a whole

14:21

new gsr for us

14:23

the c

14:25

if you look at gsrc skin conductance and

14:28

you siemens which we do

14:31

then the gsr line is going to drop as

14:34

the person

14:35

relaxes

14:37

and

14:39

rise as the person arouses

14:43

that kind of makes more sense to me and

14:44

maybe it will to you too

14:47

if you were to use the gsrc resistance

14:50

ohms window

14:52

either to monitor it in real time or as

14:56

a summary window you would see the exact

14:58

opposite

15:00

so that

15:01

relaxation

15:03

is a rising line

15:05

and arousal is a declining line

15:09

you can do it whatever you weigh where

15:11

you want but when my shoulders drop to

15:13

me that's a declining line

15:17

so this

15:18

is david's

15:21

gsr window

15:23

and

15:24

it's not

15:26

uh

15:28

it's anomalous in just about every way

15:32

normally what you would see with the gsr

15:35

where relaxation is a declining line

15:39

is that

15:40

this line would in fact decline the

15:42

person would go along go along and as

15:45

they start to relax the line is going to

15:47

drop and then the less scale will have

15:50

some reading that goes from 0 to 6

15:52

depending on how much this line drops

15:56

but as we've said

15:58

david

15:59

was so far from relaxed that his whole

16:02

readings are quite anomalous

16:05

so if we look now and view and summary

16:07

to get his bbp readings

16:10

again raw data is just a pulsing line

16:14

doesn't help us very much

16:16

these other things

16:17

to biofeedback experts are going to have

16:20

some special meaning and use

16:24

we don't need them

16:25

and i don't even know what they mean

16:28

so

16:29

we're not going to bother with them

16:31

right now

16:34

and

16:35

instead we will just use pulse rate here

16:43

which is coming up very slowly but there

16:45

it is

16:48

all right

16:53

and we'll pull it over here

16:57

okay that's great

17:01

so um as you can see

17:04

the active scale for the gsr has fold

17:08

filled the whole screen here

17:10

the active scale for the blood volume

17:12

pulse is not going to be too much use to

17:14

us because it's not showing us

17:17

much specificity so in this case we want

17:20

to go left click on the mind mirror i

17:22

mean the blood volume pulse and right

17:24

click to get display options and now

17:27

we're going to also ask for a display

17:30

trendline and then a data range he his

17:34

lowest um is about he's actually a very

17:38

physically fit person

17:40

but far from a healthy person um in fact

17:44

he had uh at that at the time this

17:46

session was done a um

17:49

blood cancer

17:52

which

17:52

one could

17:54

certainly make a case was largely due to

17:56

his incredibly

17:58

aroused and

18:00

fearful and

18:02

anxiety-riddled consciousness

18:05

but nevertheless he had a pretty low

18:08

heart rate because he was physically fit

18:11

so we're going to make this data range

18:13

from 60

18:15

to

18:17

80 there's only a few spikes that go

18:19

above 80.

18:20

and whenever you choose a value here and

18:24

the data range typically the scale will

18:26

give you something higher anyway

18:29

and in fact it gave us 82.

18:32

so we do although we see these

18:36

something of this might even be some

18:38

sort of

18:40

um movement that would be artifact in

18:44

fact let's see if we can

18:47

remove artifact and see if that makes a

18:50

difference we'll leave it on the active

18:51

scale

18:53

but we might as well get a trend line

18:55

while we're there

18:57

uh it did not remove it well removed a

19:00

little bit of it

19:02

so this may be a hand movement or maybe

19:05

something i have some notes on this

19:07

session so we're going to be able to

19:08

make sense of what this data is actually

19:10

saying

19:12

okay so

19:14

we do see a lot of variation

19:18

in his heart rate

19:21

really from a

19:22

65

19:24

down at the bottom of this trend line

19:26

all the way up to maybe a 68

19:30

and um

19:32

even those teeniest tiniest measurements

19:35

are going to tell us something

19:37

about what's happened during the session

19:40

because the heartbeat speeds up

19:43

the heart rate increases when the person

19:45

becomes emotionally aroused and it

19:48

decreases when the person relaxes as

19:51

same with the gsr

19:54

so

19:55

let's look first uh going into here

19:59

it looks like he was

20:01

oh and let me also say that this was a

20:04

hypnosis session as a non-meditator

20:07

i knew that david was not

20:10

going to be able to hold his mind he's

20:11

got some

20:12

adhd as well was not going to be able to

20:15

hold his mind on the session so i used

20:17

hypnosis with him

20:19

and it looks like this is about where

20:22

his heart rate was

20:24

until this point right here then look at

20:26

this hugely

20:28

so let's put a marker in here

20:31

an event marker

20:33

and i'm going to left click on this

20:35

marker and look down at the second timer

20:38

clock which says that this is at

20:40

1748 that we see this big surge in his

20:44

um

20:45

his heart rate

20:48

so here's the back back story to the

20:50

session

20:51

what he came in with his intention he

20:53

wanted to decrease the amount of anxiety

20:56

and panic

20:58

to ease the frustration

21:00

and to concentrate better he need he

21:02

felt like he needs more patience and a

21:04

calm state of mind he was actually

21:06

changing jobs and moving to another

21:09

state and

21:10

um his family situation was changing at

21:13

the same time

21:15

so down here at marker um

21:19

1754

21:20

we've certainly had all the relaxation

21:23

you know in hypnosis it's

21:26

somewhat similar to meditation where

21:28

you're withdrawing into yourself you're

21:30

following your breath and hypnosis that

21:33

changes there are lots of other little

21:34

steps where you're checking to make sure

21:36

the person is really hypnotized we could

21:39

have checked easily if he had been

21:40

hooked up to eeg

21:42

but um certainly in the first

21:45

seven minutes the person should be very

21:48

relaxed

21:49

at the 17

21:51

minute point where he was

21:53

was looking at um

21:56

and he was in his subconscious mind

21:58

because he said that he um

22:01

was able to access

22:03

uh the empathy that he feels towards

22:06

others

22:07

um and he felt like that um

22:10

he was going to be able

22:12

with some inner work to become more

22:15

open-minded and understanding to think

22:17

on his feet and to do some creative work

22:20

but

22:21

at 2026 right

22:24

here

22:26

he started to address the part of him

22:30

and in fact

22:31

you know the autonomic nervous system

22:34

is the first to experience

22:37

something that's fearful the body will

22:40

react before the brain even knows

22:42

uh what's going on partly because you

22:45

know you're using your radar

22:47

your unconscious mind's radar and that

22:50

is correlated with the body

22:52

so at this point um he felt

22:54

disorganization

22:56

fear

22:56

panic frustration and uncertainty

23:00

uncertainty those were the things that

23:01

he wanted to address and i said so what

23:04

were the causes of that

23:06

2206 right about here

23:10

and his heart rate is still rising

23:13

he says fear of failure

23:16

he thought that maybe that that fear was

23:19

unfounded but it could be found it also

23:21

maybe he really was a failure however he

23:24

could see that he needed to stay calm

23:26

and confident by understanding that he

23:28

could manage his consciousness but still

23:31

his heart rate begins to rise continues

23:34

to rise until at 22 47

23:40

he is

23:41

looking

23:43

this is before he starts looking at his

23:45

good qualities

23:46

so he's he's still experiencing the fear

23:50

at this point 25 26 right here

23:56

the heart rate is starting to drop as he

23:58

starts sending his good qualities

24:02

to

24:03

other parts of his consciousness

24:06

so so this is a market drop for david we

24:10

put in a marker here and at other than

24:13

one other point up here at

24:16

2746 when he just

24:19

goes back into fear

24:21

he's really starting on a downward trend

24:24

of his peak fear right

24:28

and so um

24:30

you're going to hear in a practitioner's

24:32

webinar in on march the 26th from peter

24:36

staples more about this whole concept

24:39

that the

24:40

uh body mind and spirit uh even the

24:43

awakened mind

24:44

being one dynamic system uh peter's

24:48

going to do a whole webinar for us on

24:50

march the 26th

24:52

uh and and this is what we're starting

24:54

to see here

24:55

that all of these systems are start are

24:58

operating the same way so i'm going to

25:01

click over now to the

25:03

gsr window and just hit refresh to copy

25:06

those markers over

25:08

and what you can see is that when his

25:10

heart rate started to slow down

25:13

well now finally we're seeing some

25:15

relaxation in the gsr which continues on

25:19

down

25:21

as he starts to deal with the issues and

25:24

find solutions for them

25:27

his heart rate starts to decrease

25:30

however

25:31

then this is something that you'll see

25:33

in the gsr especially the relative

25:37

uh window which is this one here

25:40

is that after you have had

25:43

a an upsetting

25:46

uh

25:46

mentally or physically incident

25:50

then

25:50

the data line does not actually go back

25:53

down to where it was to start with it

25:55

takes a really long time

25:58

for uh the

26:00

heart rate to settle back down to where

26:02

it was and you know maybe he didn't even

26:04

do it the whole day same thing with the

26:06

gsr

26:08

if you see a big gsr peak say if you see

26:11

a gsr reading way down here and then a

26:14

big peak up here

26:16

then he's not going back down to here

26:19

he's going to stay up here somewhere

26:21

because it takes so long so what peter

26:23

is going to talk to us about is that

26:27

when

26:28

people experience

26:31

a big change in the physiology

26:36

they might be able to keep their

26:38

brainwave pattern if they have developed

26:40

some

26:41

level of mastery

26:44

but a truly healthy person is someone

26:46

who has fluidity and flexibility in the

26:50

body and mind and the body and mind are

26:53

operating together

26:55

so if you've got a terrific brainwave

26:57

pattern even as you're starting to panic

26:59

you see

27:02

that's fine that's wonderful

27:04

but you want the brain wave pattern

27:07

to

27:08

control the panic so it doesn't even

27:11

happen see

27:12

that's how the conscious mind the gamma

27:15

brain waves the gamma synchrony start to

27:18

manage the body

27:21

so so by the end of this session um

27:25

he dialogued with a part at 28 minutes

27:29

let me scroll over there he started to

27:32

dialogue here

27:34

actually this is really kind of where he

27:37

plummeted

27:38

from this this peak here

27:41

at the moment he started dialoguing with

27:43

the part that doesn't take very good

27:46

care of him

27:48

and what that part said slow down focus

27:51

concentrate shove away negative feelings

27:54

so we would have seen him down in his

27:56

theta here

27:57

if he had been hooked up to the eeg it

27:59

says breathe do some deep breathing

28:03

and so he does continue to do some deep

28:05

breathing um

28:07

he does

28:08

i teach him some slow breathing at 32

28:11

right here at this part here and so you

28:13

can see he's working on his breathing

28:16

and down he goes

28:19

the breathing caused him to relax and he

28:21

said yes that feels good i had him

28:23

breathe in to the count of two and out

28:26

to the count of four

28:28

um

28:31

and he said a couple of times when he

28:33

gasped for breath as he was doing oh i

28:35

had him envision his best self

28:38

37 minutes right here

28:41

doing the work in

28:43

virginia where he wanted to go and he

28:45

had a nice

28:47

down peak here and he continued with a

28:50

downward peak so that by the time he got

28:52

to the end of the session he felt a

28:54

whole lot better

28:56

huge drop in his gsr

28:58

absolutely precipitous draw

29:00

um and uh he he

29:04

came as low as he was probably going to

29:06

go

29:07

after he hit this content and started

29:10

working with the material of his mind

29:12

here

29:14

so now if you're doing a self-training

29:16

session you're not going to have these

29:18

notes like i do

29:20

when you as when you're working with a

29:22

practitioner

29:24

however you can set markers

29:27

uh if you set 10 markers you're probably

29:30

not going to remember what those markers

29:31

were about

29:33

but say

29:34

you're doing a meditation and you come

29:37

into contact with

29:39

some upsetting material and you suddenly

29:41

feel your heart starting to beat a

29:43

little faster

29:44

use that enter key to set a marker even

29:46

if you have to open your eyes to do it

29:49

and then you'll be able to go and see if

29:51

your heart rate really did speed up

29:53

because again see it's about that

29:56

subjective objective match

29:58

if that marker is right on the place

30:00

where that heartbeat peaked you go oh my

30:02

gosh

30:04

i remember exactly what that felt like

30:07

and what it felt like was that my heart

30:09

sped up so i know

30:11

that my heart jumped

30:14

its

30:15

rate by

30:16

eight beats per minute when i felt it

30:20

so then you can start teaching your body

30:23

um okay

30:25

i'm gonna do this breathing i'm gonna

30:29

master this heart rate

30:31

and um

30:33

that's how we gain more control over the

30:35

body

30:36

through the mind

30:38

and you can do this without you know

30:40

even without the eeg

30:43

is that making some sense

30:48

i'm going to take that as a yes

30:51

unless you're all muted

30:54

we are

30:55

all right great

30:58

all right now i want to show you someone

30:59

with uh eeg i

31:02

want to open her session just added her

31:04

down to the bottom

31:06

there she is

31:09

this is a friend of mine that i recently

31:11

did a session with because she's having

31:14

some physical difficulties

31:16

uh actually related to indigestion

31:20

this is a very very advanced woman in

31:24

every single way

31:25

except

31:27

that she

31:28

like david who you just saw

31:31

can have

31:33

stored issues

31:34

where

31:36

they just absolutely take over

31:38

the body

31:40

and when the reptilian brain gets

31:42

involved

31:43

the mind can fracture

31:45

and so leave you in an itchy

31:47

distractible state of consciousness

31:50

where um

31:52

you do not want to be

31:54

all right i'm going to stop her session

31:56

see i call this the timeline healing

31:59

this was a um

32:01

not a hypnosis session but i used

32:03

hypnosis techniques during it

32:06

in particular something called the

32:08

timeline not the self training i don't

32:10

want the self training i want the gamma

32:13

the g and then i'm going to hit the up

32:15

arrow

32:16

on the mind mirror window so we can get

32:18

the brain waves

32:20

all visible

32:24

here we go

32:26

so my friend is a reiki healer

32:29

uh she's a

32:31

master who goes around the world

32:33

teaching other people to do this work

32:36

and look at her lush scale

32:39

5.6

32:41

some of this could be because

32:44

not just because she's got this

32:46

beautiful awakened mind pattern which

32:48

she does as you can see on the eeg i'll

32:50

slow it down so you can see

32:53

in fact i'll put the uh

32:56

self-training

32:58

program on

32:59

so you can see it

33:01

frame by frame

33:03

at least one side of her brain is

33:05

beautifully located within the

33:08

lines of the awakened mind pattern

33:11

all the time she's a very awakened very

33:14

aware person and as a matter of fact

33:17

you can see she's got this beautiful

33:18

evolved mind flare there and you're

33:20

going to see lots of evolved mind

33:22

patterns with her

33:23

so the lesch scale says 5.8 and that's a

33:26

dead match with her brainwave patterns

33:30

down here on the lash this being this

33:32

table of subjective landmarks being in

33:34

the very back of your user manual

33:37

a five very lucid state of consciousness

33:40

feeling of deep satisfaction intense

33:42

alertness calmness and detachment

33:45

could be if your eyes are closed

33:48

and

33:49

somebody's not talking to you as i was

33:51

to her you could feel like you're

33:53

spacing out or disappearing from the

33:55

environment vivid imagery and she

33:57

certainly had that during this session

34:00

she felt like an altered state she had

34:02

many aha intuitive insights she's always

34:05

got a high performance mind

34:07

but also with that high alesh state

34:11

5.6 you saw her evolve mine flares and

34:15

indeed she had a lot of the

34:19

characteristics

34:20

uh subjective characteristics under

34:23

state six new way of feeling intuitive

34:25

insight into old problems as though seen

34:28

from a more aware level

34:30

that being the key to awaken mind

34:32

training

34:34

synthesis of opposites into a higher

34:36

union being surrounded by light higher

34:39

spiritual awareness the sense that

34:41

nothing else matters other than just

34:43

being bliss or indefinable peace greater

34:46

knowledge of the universe so those sorts

34:49

of things uh

34:51

match perfectly with what she was

34:52

experiencing and as this session goes on

34:57

she drops straight into alesh six and

35:00

you can see her right now under view

35:02

summary the gsr

35:06

and she dropped like a rock really fast

35:10

uh so

35:12

she dropped by

35:14

um

35:16

one minute and 44 seconds

35:19

we're

35:20

not even in a minute yet so

35:22

you can just watch her going down

35:24

so she knows how to manage her body with

35:27

her mind except for that part of her

35:31

that's wired with

35:34

certain issues that we dealt with in

35:35

this session

35:37

so we can look at her bvp

35:40

you know that you can look at bbp in two

35:42

different ways one is the hrv summary

35:47

it takes a moment to come up you have to

35:49

be patient because it's computing the

35:51

whole session

35:55

that gives the average you can see the

35:58

data line in here

36:00

you can see the average heart rate

36:03

the hrv index which we want to be

36:06

5 or 6 or above

36:09

for a really healthy

36:10

person stress index we'd like to see

36:13

that at a two or a three but hers is

36:16

very high because she's dealing with a

36:18

lot of content and so you're seeing

36:20

these peaks and valleys so though those

36:24

are

36:24

indicators of stress right

36:27

so this is not so useful for us

36:30

for one thing's it's averaging um

36:33

where she went in

36:35

with

36:36

as low as she got right

36:38

and in a content meditation we do much

36:41

better looking at

36:44

just this one so we can pinpoint changes

36:51

again the bvp window is

36:54

um

36:55

not so useful to us

36:57

because

36:58

uh the data is just too small

37:01

so what we're gonna do is i'm sorry

37:04

sometimes it's hard to talk and do at

37:06

the same time

37:09

okay we're going to change this with

37:11

display and options

37:13

with the trend line looks like she we

37:15

could go 60 to

37:18

90 with paula

37:23

yeah

37:26

uh that's not giving us much specificity

37:28

let me make sure i did that right oh

37:31

i didn't put in the 60.

37:35

see if we did active scale that is the

37:38

active scale so we're changing the data

37:40

range to zoom in

37:42

much much easier to see right

37:45

so you can see some interesting things

37:47

here um is that

37:50

her trend line

37:51

was increasing as she started to come

37:54

into contact with the issue

37:57

she starts dealing with the issue

37:59

the pulse rate drops

38:02

and it drops even further now i'm going

38:04

to tell you a few things about what she

38:06

was doing in this session just so you

38:08

can see the power and the sensitivity of

38:12

this instrument

38:13

um so we're looking still at these

38:15

gorgeous brain waves and we're going to

38:17

look at them in relation to

38:20

to these two windows

38:22

she didn't need to be out at 50 let's

38:25

put her on 30 micro volts with the down

38:28

arrow key

38:30

so the gsr window in this case is

38:32

absolutely no use to us whatsoever

38:35

because she dropped so fast

38:38

but the bvp is very useful to us to try

38:42

to understand what her experience was

38:45

the larger we make this window

38:48

the more detail we see in the data the

38:52

more

38:53

peaks and valleys we can see

38:55

so actually i will

38:58

run this along the underneath of my

39:00

mirror and make the mind mirror a little

39:02

bit smaller

39:03

so

39:04

we can look at it better

39:08

i love these resizable

39:12

windows and we're going to put a lot of

39:15

different things on her screen so you

39:17

can um

39:18

see

39:19

how to mix it up with other windows that

39:22

give you still more insights

39:24

all right so

39:27

what we were doing in dealing with her

39:30

physical illness

39:32

we were trying to go down and see

39:35

what it was

39:36

that was causing her to be so worried

39:39

about her children

39:41

so that she

39:42

felt like she

39:44

didn't want to interfere in their

39:46

affairs but that was leaving her feeling

39:48

as if she couldn't really say

39:51

what she wanted to say

39:53

and that was a bad place for her because

39:55

she senses that there are going to be

39:58

problems and she doesn't want her

39:59

children to suffer

40:02

every parent i'm sure will understand

40:04

that

40:05

right

40:06

if you have any kids you know that the

40:08

one way that your reptilian brain and

40:11

your

40:12

fight-or-flight response is going to get

40:13

triggered is something if you have a

40:16

fear for your children i mean that is

40:19

just i

40:21

personally uh have experienced that all

40:24

my life no matter how much meditation

40:26

that will just totally overcome your

40:28

system

40:29

the more you meditate the better you are

40:31

at overcoming it but nevertheless it

40:33

still has a powerful hold

40:36

so let's look then um

40:39

at not just her bbp but some

40:43

other things

40:44

one thing we can look at

40:46

i said before one of my favorite windows

40:49

you can see that she's very

40:51

symmetrically balanced so we can just

40:53

look at her left brain eeg for dominant

40:57

frequency

40:59

now as you know all of our windows are

41:02

amplitude windows beta alpha theta delta

41:06

gamma scmg artifact amplitude

41:11

but except for this one

41:13

this is the one we get some great

41:15

information out of because

41:18

whereas amplitude screens

41:21

ah let's see

41:23

we'll look at one in a minute amplitude

41:25

windows uh all have the lex left axis

41:29

measured in micro volts and dominant

41:31

frequency the left axis is frequencies

41:34

so we can literally watch the rise and

41:37

fall in consciousness

41:39

again display options and we're going to

41:41

get a trend line here we're pretty much

41:44

always

41:45

not always but mostly going to set our

41:48

data range from 0 to 12.

41:51

and even that's a little high

41:53

because

41:54

the

41:55

frequency bar

41:57

with the highest amplitude the greatest

41:59

amplitude is typically going to be in

42:02

10.5 alpha the classic alpha peak

42:05

amplitude is 10.5

42:07

now paulo's got some amplitudes peak

42:11

amplitudes happening here let me get

42:13

this

42:14

training off you can see she's dropping

42:16

down to nine so even at only five

42:20

minutes into the session

42:22

um

42:22

her she's got a changing alpha peak

42:26

um

42:27

and if we spread this thing out a little

42:32

bit more

42:33

you can see that she does drop some but

42:36

she's pretty steady in her dominant

42:39

frequency

42:41

all the way through the trend line shows

42:43

us that because she's basically

42:46

maintaining this exact same pattern

42:49

so then we say okay well that didn't

42:51

tell us anything

42:52

what could what else could tell us

42:55

something about her brain waves so that

42:58

we can try to get a match

43:00

with her

43:02

blood volume pulse

43:04

well one thing we can check

43:08

is her gamma amplitudes

43:11

i looked at this session before so i

43:13

already have a little bit of a

43:17

preview

43:19

but you can know the possibility of this

43:23

simply

43:24

if you haven't already watched that last

43:26

webinar we did on gamma

43:29

doing it for yourself because

43:31

um what we see is that when a person

43:34

relaxes

43:36

down as she is right here

43:39

down into this much theta and this much

43:42

delta and these many uh

43:46

evolve mind patterns

43:48

and at the same time

43:51

her

43:52

physiology is relaxing

43:54

um then you can be sure that you're

43:57

going to have some gamma that's going to

43:58

start to ride

44:00

on these higher frequencies

44:03

and

44:04

that's what i found before and

44:07

we're going to see it now

44:12

so let's just start comparing

44:15

uh these windows with what she was

44:18

actually experiencing in the meditation

44:20

so i'm going to put it on pause

44:23

so she's got a bit of a big peak here

44:27

um she's steady steady on well actually

44:31

we can look at this rise right here

44:34

and say what was happening because i'm

44:36

again keeping track

44:38

um she's moving here into her

44:41

environment

44:42

um

44:44

so she's steady on here i'm not talking

44:48

guiding her very much but her mind

44:50

activates her alpha activates she um

44:54

wakes up a little out of herself because

44:56

she's got all this low stuff going on in

44:59

theta delta right so she's really using

45:02

her alpha

45:04

and so you can say for

45:06

if there's a

45:08

heart rate baseline

45:10

for the awaken mind for paula it's going

45:13

to be right about here because you see

45:15

how that data line is so steady right in

45:18

here

45:20

when she's not very deep in meditation

45:23

but she's certainly you can see there's

45:25

no conscious mind activity here at all

45:27

she just boom goes down like a stone

45:31

and she pretty much stays there this is

45:34

at 10 29.

45:36

she is ah okay

45:39

right here before this first peak she is

45:42

now going deeper deeper into herself and

45:45

creating a

45:46

form

45:47

for the part that she wants to address

45:50

and this little tiny peak here is when

45:53

she gets in contact with the issue which

45:56

is having to hold her tongue

45:58

okay

45:59

so now the moment she gets in contact

46:01

with the issue up goes the heart rate

46:04

it's not a whole lot but anything counts

46:07

because of the sensitivity of this

46:09

instrument

46:10

uh boy it's really starting to zoom up

46:12

here at 15.21

46:16

minutes

46:17

here she is ah

46:20

she's looking uh at

46:23

the person she's having to hold her

46:26

tongue for and this is really stressing

46:29

her out and she felt

46:31

uh upset where else but in her solar

46:33

plexus right there where her indigestion

46:35

is so that's how she knew that this was

46:38

really what the issue was about and sure

46:40

enough you see her heart rate speeding

46:42

up

46:45

now it also starts to speed up a little

46:48

bit here

46:51

15

46:52

right here her gamma starts to rise

46:55

because of what we're doing in the

46:57

meditation and that is

47:00

and gamma when gamma shows up

47:03

you can see an uptick in the heart rate

47:08

they're very closely aligned again

47:11

because brain waves go to high frequency

47:14

which can excite the heart

47:17

to feel shivery and fluttery and

47:21

beat faster

47:22

at this point we're on the timeline

47:25

we're rising higher

47:27

and higher literally on the timeline

47:30

uh she is up in the air there's a line

47:33

that's going out in front of her for the

47:34

future a line that's in back over for

47:36

the past and she's standing in the

47:39

present

47:40

and

47:41

at this point right here

47:44

she

47:44

she is rising

47:47

toward the timeline and but then once

47:50

she gets up to the timeline she starts

47:52

to relax

47:53

she stops and looks down

47:58

this point right here

48:01

she is looking down

48:06

into the present

48:10

is that right yeah

48:12

so we're going to put a marker in here

48:15

add event marker

48:17

so this is where she's on the timeline

48:19

and she's fine with looking down on the

48:21

timeline

48:22

what she sees

48:25

is

48:27

that

48:29

her children

48:31

really want to be independent she really

48:33

wants to

48:35

honor her desire to

48:40

communicate in nurture as a mother now

48:43

she starts dropping her heart right here

48:46

because in this whole period of time

48:50

which is 2705

48:53

to

48:58

right about here before it substantially

49:00

goes up that's

49:02

32-27

49:04

she's really uh

49:06

dealing with the issue but also with the

49:10

help of a master consciousness that i

49:12

asked her to bring in

49:14

who would help her see

49:16

because

49:18

when things are really re really wired

49:21

into your system

49:24

and indeed

49:26

when she's dealing with the issue here

49:28

when she's dealing with the issue here

49:30

what she found was a very scary event in

49:34

her childhood that had wired her

49:37

to be hyper vigilant and she's got some

49:40

fantastic hyper vigilant delta waves

49:43

although mostly for her

49:44

having done so much inner work they're

49:46

turned up and they evolved mind bottom

49:49

but still she's got very strong

49:51

intuition and

49:53

radar and so here she said oh my gosh

49:57

it's the issue from my childhood i

49:59

thought i had dealt with that issue

50:01

and that's why i'm trying to take care

50:04

of my kids because i never saw it coming

50:07

and they don't know how to see things

50:09

coming and i need to warn them right

50:12

but so while she is having these

50:14

realizations and working with this

50:16

master her heart rate's dropping

50:19

and is dropping

50:22

for her pretty dog on low

50:25

her master tells her some really great

50:27

things

50:29

is that

50:31

she

50:33

how to transform the fear well

50:36

the master pulled her up i had her go in

50:38

the situation down in the situation from

50:41

the timeline i said how would your

50:42

master help help you resolve it and she

50:44

said well

50:46

by pulling me up out of the situation

50:49

and i thought about that and i went wait

50:51

a minute

50:52

escape is not a resolution

50:55

uh so i said well

50:58

what about if you injected love into

51:01

the situation that happened to you and

51:03

your childhood look at that boom down

51:06

goes the heart rate this whole area here

51:10

um

51:11

so by

51:12

that was

51:14

38 38 all this drop here is her

51:20

injecting love into the situation

51:22

reframing the situation which is not

51:25

just happening

51:26

you know in psychology it's happening in

51:30

the brain

51:31

in the neural pathways

51:33

in the neurotransmitters the reframing

51:36

is very real

51:38

so she's got

51:42

in this area

51:45

i asked her if there was

51:48

once she ejected love into it which she

51:50

perceived as light um

51:52

i said is there any difference uh in uh

51:56

your sense of worry and fear and she

51:58

said no there's a sense of letting go

52:00

and look here

52:01

she's letting go she's absolutely

52:04

letting go in this whole period now she

52:06

comes up a little bit here at 42 59

52:10

when i said look into the future

52:14

and project that sense of health and

52:17

peace into the future and she said

52:20

well she feels that

52:25

health and spirit

52:29

and can return it now and now she's

52:31

returning it to her body

52:33

down below which we have just

52:36

which we left down there so she could

52:37

rise up into the sky to the timeline

52:40

but then you would think wait is she

52:42

getting more upset is that what's

52:44

happening here

52:45

and in fact that is not what's happening

52:48

this is the effect of gamma so let me

52:50

put a marker in here

52:54

um this is where

52:56

she has been injecting this light and

53:00

let's go over here's one of my funniest

53:02

funnest things in here

53:05

where you put a left marker in the brain

53:08

waves you've got to put in resume first

53:12

sorry put the left click and there

53:15

and then hit the j and then look down at

53:18

this

53:19

left timer clock it says that the timing

53:23

in the my mirror is 23 and a half

53:25

minutes

53:27

which is this first marker

53:29

so we've jumped to the first marker so

53:32

let's just scroll around a little bit

53:35

in this 23

53:37

minute part where she is

53:41

working looking down into the past from

53:45

the timeline

53:46

okay now you're going to see her

53:49

um

53:51

big activity and her theta

53:53

how did i manage to get on 50 uh let me

53:56

up arrow here

53:59

get her back down to 30.

54:02

and right arrow

54:04

yeah i better do it in resume

54:09

probably wasn't hitting the right arrows

54:11

or any arrows okay um we might have to

54:14

watch her at 50. she's got a lot of

54:17

voltage this reiki stuff right

54:20

all right so we're 23.50 now she's in

54:22

that she's working on the timeline

54:24

she's actually unsuited her electrodes a

54:26

little you saw that red smg bar flare

54:29

down there

54:33

still lots of evolved mind

54:36

flares down at the bottom

54:39

and on the side

54:41

you can see her working out in her theta

54:43

her alpha's holding very very very well

54:46

look at the size of her

54:49

gamma

54:50

at this moment at 23.25

54:54

according to the second timer clock

54:57

this is before the gamma rises

55:00

put a marker in there for the beginning

55:02

of the gamma okay

55:04

this is where she is working on the

55:06

timeline this is before she brings in

55:08

the master before she injects the light

55:12

before the heart rate starts to drop

55:17

big theta big evolved mind flares okay

55:20

so i'm going to left click

55:22

hit the j again take us to

55:25

this marker here

55:27

at

55:28

4306 when she is

55:34

looking at my notes

55:35

uh projecting things into the future

55:40

uh her heart rate goes up

55:43

going back to the gamma window

55:46

right here

55:48

her gamma is still going up as her heart

55:50

rate goes up so

55:55

what's happened here

55:56

uh just to recap this

55:59

is that um paula's brainwaves

56:05

were profound the whole time

56:08

and they're getting more profound and

56:10

she's gaining gamma amplitudes

56:13

because she's spending more time down

56:15

here

56:16

in the very relaxed theta and delta

56:20

categories

56:22

in a in a sense

56:24

this is exactly what i said to start

56:26

with

56:27

as you relax the body or

56:30

relax the mind by going deeper into your

56:33

theta or your delta

56:36

or to a lower heart rate or a lower

56:39

sweat gland activity

56:41

you're going to go higher in

56:43

consciousness and here's the proof of it

56:44

right here

56:47

i want to

56:49

show you

56:50

a little bit more

56:56

specificity

57:00

so you can see that

57:02

this really is a very significant change

57:04

in her gamble you see

57:07

when she starts working on the timeline

57:10

bringing the master in

57:12

her her gamma waves are going up quite a

57:15

bit

57:16

and distinctly so

57:18

because of this plunge into the delta

57:21

because uh the heart rate has gone down

57:24

but the minute she starts to go up into

57:26

her higher gamma here

57:29

then her heart rate goes back up because

57:31

of the effects of camel

57:33

i hope that's not too confusing

57:37

what it's really meant to say

57:39

is that everything's interacting

57:42

to an extraordinary extent

57:47

and that if you will use all three of

57:49

these instruments what you're going to

57:51

end up with is a way uh

57:54

more

57:55

uh

57:56

and deeper understanding of just how

57:59

intrinsically linked they are

58:02

and uh

58:03

how it feels

58:05

so

58:07

by the end of this session

58:09

i said

58:11

so what is your ask your master

58:15

how you might handle this

58:17

and her response was i am not

58:19

responsible for them but i said do you

58:22

still have a longing to speak and she

58:24

said yes

58:26

and i said well ask the master how you

58:28

could speak with love and the master

58:30

said whatever you decide we just wants

58:33

what's best for you

58:36

so in the end

58:38

now that she understands

58:41

uh where the tension and the fear is

58:45

coming from

58:47

by having gone into her deep theta and

58:49

delta and encountered that past

58:51

experience

58:53

right in here

58:55

she can mitigate it by every time she

58:58

gets fearful for her children

59:00

and

59:01

and feels a disturbance in her solar

59:03

plexus which is her failing digestion

59:08

then she can say wait a minute

59:10

i already rewired that situation

59:14

and

59:16

let me calm my body down and remember

59:19

uh that it's my choice to speak or not

59:23

that basically

59:25

this is their lives and i am not

59:28

responsible for them

59:30

in the warp and woof of things

59:32

i mean of course you're responsible as a

59:34

parent

59:35

um

59:36

up to a certain age but once your

59:38

children are grown then you really have

59:40

to kind of leave that on the level of

59:42

the soul

59:44

and know that they

59:48

are not alone

59:51

so

59:53

just to recap that

59:56

i again i had the notes and you may not

59:59

have all these notes

1:00:01

but maybe you in a self training can put

1:00:04

a marker

1:00:06

when you have an insight

1:00:08

and a marker when you feel a shift

1:00:12

so you can come back later and make that

1:00:14

uh all-important subjective objective

1:00:17

match because once you make that match

1:00:20

um you know for her and for me and other

1:00:23

people who are tripping into these game

1:00:25

aways and she's she's really tripping

1:00:28

into them now

1:00:29

you can see she's got all this theta all

1:00:32

this delta look at her gamma increasing

1:00:35

up here up top right in the 60 hertz

1:00:37

band

1:00:40

um

1:00:41

you can tell

1:00:43

when you're

1:00:44

moving up into gamma frequencies there's

1:00:46

a buzz there's a feeling of lightness a

1:00:49

sense of light

1:00:51

uh and uh but

1:00:54

it does have an effect on the body so

1:00:57

you want to be aware beware of the

1:00:59

effect on the body and

1:01:00

know that about the importance of um

1:01:04

really

1:01:06

taking care of yourself by grounding

1:01:09

okay is that one making some good sense

1:01:11

you got any questions about that session

1:01:13

before we go to another one

1:01:16

yes

1:01:18

judith

1:01:19

while you were talking i was thinking

1:01:21

that maybe for some other

1:01:24

practitioners webinars you could think

1:01:27

of special maybe issues

1:01:30

or like hyper vigilance for example or

1:01:32

some other specific issues that you

1:01:35

dealt with in your practice successfully

1:01:37

and you could show maybe a few cases of

1:01:39

how it looks like and

1:01:41

what you would recommend to do and like

1:01:44

what meters to use

1:01:46

and another thought that i had was maybe

1:01:49

um

1:01:50

you could name few situations few cases

1:01:53

when

1:01:54

uh

1:01:55

for example we may just skip eeg

1:01:58

but just stick to gsi and bvp and that

1:02:01

would be enough for you know that

1:02:02

particular specific issue yeah

1:02:05

yeah could be

1:02:06

uh i mean as you said and as i mean i

1:02:10

learned talking to john yesterday

1:02:12

that um

1:02:14

when people uh

1:02:16

just start thinking negative thoughts

1:02:19

our heart is so sensitive that you will

1:02:22

instantly see the change in heart rate

1:02:24

variability

1:02:27

and it's kind of uh because he uh john

1:02:31

coates he lives in melbourne and here uh

1:02:34

does a great deal of uh you know work

1:02:36

with

1:02:38

hrv biofeedback so providing special

1:02:41

reports to rheumatologists and i'm going

1:02:43

to put together

1:02:45

uh our short interview

1:02:48

he's uh learning to use mind mirror now

1:02:51

to kind of combine his hiv experience

1:02:54

with brain waves but so far he is more

1:02:56

experienced in his

1:02:58

cubies software so

1:03:01

when he does his sessions he says okay

1:03:03

when people have rest you can clearly

1:03:05

see how

1:03:07

how calm and nice their heartbeat is

1:03:09

when they start thinking about their

1:03:11

problems you can see how it changes but

1:03:14

when they start speaking about their

1:03:16

problems

1:03:18

you know the speaks will be all over the

1:03:19

place yeah and then and then you can see

1:03:23

that when people uh

1:03:24

start uh kind of being conscious about

1:03:28

their breath and slowing down their

1:03:30

breath

1:03:31

and there is special thing there about

1:03:33

breath that

1:03:35

the kind of ideal pisces six cycles per

1:03:38

minute

1:03:39

uh it's kind of universal frequency that

1:03:42

really helps you to tap into kind of a

1:03:45

balance uh between your sympathetic

1:03:48

parasympathetic systems so it's kind of

1:03:50

it

1:03:51

takes your stress away and reminds your

1:03:54

body

1:03:55

how to function normally and he said the

1:03:58

best practice for like people having

1:04:00

stress is

1:04:01

um uh practice this breath maybe three

1:04:04

minutes three times a day i mean not

1:04:07

really for long because he said people

1:04:09

with anxiety and serious health problems

1:04:12

it's it's almost impossible for them to

1:04:14

breathe like 20 minutes in with this

1:04:16

pace

1:04:17

so it's it's a simple rule really six

1:04:20

breaths per minute

1:04:22

so i just and abdominal abdominal

1:04:24

breathing too it's really important yes

1:04:27

is that my i have a somebody just

1:04:29

reported to me that um i've been trying

1:04:32

to tell her for many years to manage her

1:04:34

breath

1:04:35

and um and i never occurred to me to say

1:04:38

abdominal and then she just learned from

1:04:40

somebody else abdominal she said it's a

1:04:42

totally different experience and now

1:04:45

it's really working for her

1:04:48

yeah right the uh

1:04:50

when you breathe from the from

1:04:52

lower down that's closer to your center

1:04:57

and you're getting whole

1:04:59

breath you know the whole lungs

1:05:02

so that's good too yeah deep

1:05:05

abdominal uh breathing is always

1:05:07

excellent yeah

1:05:08

singers are taught to breathe through

1:05:10

their abdominal muscles and in fact that

1:05:14

builds your core and it will build the

1:05:16

entire core structure that's what

1:05:18

pilates and yoga they all build the core

1:05:21

structure and that just helps the whole

1:05:23

system yes

1:05:26

makes a lot of sense

1:05:28

so um

1:05:30

you know these webinars

1:05:32

have been lasting a couple hours and i

1:05:34

see that we're at an hour and 11 minutes

1:05:36

right now do you want to look at one or

1:05:38

two more sessions

1:05:40

i would say just one yeah probably one

1:05:42

more yeah

1:05:44

okay that was my sense too

1:05:47

okay um well let me first clear the

1:05:49

desktop

1:05:51

uh

1:05:52

and open existing session

1:05:54

uh and yeah

1:05:56

um i have a question judith uh-huh how

1:05:59

do you mark when you're actually doing

1:06:01

one of these sessions

1:06:03

i wrote it down on a piece of paper um i

1:06:07

i have these drawing blanks uh when i'm

1:06:10

working with someone else how do you do

1:06:12

it when you're working on yourself

1:06:15

i just create a marker yeah it's uh you

1:06:18

hit the enter key yes and it puts the

1:06:20

marker in this oh it will okay you just

1:06:23

hit the enter key okay that's right

1:06:26

uh and um

1:06:29

there there is a possibility also of

1:06:33

hitting the um

1:06:35

space bar but i actually don't trust the

1:06:38

space bar anywhere near as much okay

1:06:40

right so now

1:06:42

in this case this is a two-person

1:06:44

session

1:06:46

where so it's saying proposed because i

1:06:49

have a one person on sensor

1:06:52

on

1:06:52

one and five and one person on two and

1:06:55

six so i'm going to say yes update it to

1:06:57

what's proposed

1:06:59

is now

1:07:00

i want to be able to look at summary

1:07:02

windows and now my sensor configuration

1:07:04

you see has updated

1:07:07

okay

1:07:08

so i'm just going to go to file and

1:07:11

load screen set

1:07:13

get one for two people

1:07:15

i

1:07:16

want this one

1:07:21

and i'm just going to press play to get

1:07:23

it going

1:07:25

g for the gamma window up arrow to get

1:07:28

the brain waves where you can see them

1:07:34

this is another gamma person

1:07:36

on the left you can see

1:07:38

she's got

1:07:40

significant gun well now she's moving

1:07:42

right now so you see the red semg bar

1:07:45

it's going to settle down but she's got

1:07:46

a lot of gamma

1:07:48

um

1:07:49

she on the right person for the camera

1:07:52

and then she's

1:07:54

uh

1:07:55

got much more uh activity in her theta

1:07:59

and delta

1:08:01

where his her activity is much in the

1:08:03

higher frequencies

1:08:05

now why i selected this one um is

1:08:07

because

1:08:09

this person is on the gsr

1:08:12

and this person is on the bbp

1:08:15

this person has very dry hands and

1:08:18

doesn't do very well on the gsr we since

1:08:21

learned that she could actually attach

1:08:23

them to her palm

1:08:26

we weren't sure that she would be

1:08:28

getting exactly the same reason reading

1:08:31

so we kept her on bbp instead

1:08:34

she does great with the gsr

1:08:36

but you can see that she's got kind of a

1:08:39

high left scale now we're just starting

1:08:41

that's fine but what you're going to see

1:08:43

is that her lush does not actually go

1:08:46

down

1:08:48

all that fast or all that much um

1:08:53

that's not true

1:08:55

in in some meditations that was the case

1:08:57

let me see i think in this one my notes

1:08:59

say that she went way down

1:09:01

yeah she actually did in this one she

1:09:03

dropped down on the lesh to

1:09:06

5.3 much more profound states

1:09:10

so

1:09:12

let's get out of the

1:09:15

equipment moving around stage

1:09:18

and then let's get up the summary

1:09:19

windows we'll go uh and get her gsr

1:09:23

summary first

1:09:25

you can see there's a lot of activity

1:09:28

um

1:09:29

a lot of changes

1:09:31

for her

1:09:32

but very specific change is a very

1:09:34

specific point she's up she's down

1:09:37

something makes her go up and down she

1:09:39

goes again

1:09:40

um what's fun about this is that they

1:09:43

had the same response on different

1:09:46

instruments

1:09:48

to

1:09:51

the same directions in the meditation

1:09:53

so in this particular meditation it's

1:09:55

one that we do in

1:09:58

seminar two or seminar three of the

1:10:00

practitioner trainings

1:10:02

in the meditation you are sitting in

1:10:05

an auditorium

1:10:08

and

1:10:10

feeling yourself that's a sensualization

1:10:12

part that gets you to the alpha your

1:10:15

experiencing yourself and the place

1:10:17

itself

1:10:19

and

1:10:20

then all of a sudden you look on the

1:10:22

stage and

1:10:24

first you see a stoplight of yourself

1:10:27

wow this is lower than i thought she's

1:10:30

actually

1:10:31

this person is a professional

1:10:33

biofeedback trainer

1:10:35

and she

1:10:37

works on herself in every way

1:10:40

i think that should do it 50 yeah that's

1:10:43

a little bit better but not 95 i want to

1:10:47

show her changes better let's make her

1:10:49

go to i don't know 70.

1:10:52

see what happens then okay that's better

1:10:55

uh so you're in this and you're watching

1:10:58

yourself uh on the left side of this uh

1:11:01

stage in a spotlight just as you are

1:11:04

uh and and then you see who you are you

1:11:09

um

1:11:10

and people have lots of different

1:11:11

experiences sometimes they

1:11:14

see themselves in their everyday clothes

1:11:15

sometimes they

1:11:17

see

1:11:18

something that they don't like about

1:11:20

themselves

1:11:22

and um and then

1:11:25

you

1:11:27

bring

1:11:29

some

1:11:30

your consciousness back to yourself and

1:11:32

audience

1:11:33

and then you

1:11:35

look to the right of the stage and you

1:11:36

begin to imbue

1:11:38

your self with the qualities of mastery

1:11:43

and that's exactly what these gals are

1:11:45

doing and

1:11:47

in this case we can really size them up

1:11:55

i was trying to see

1:11:57

if there was a way to stack these guys

1:12:00

as stackable as they are this is

1:12:03

two people on the same screen so it's

1:12:07

nope let's just save them like they are

1:12:10

because we're going to have the markers

1:12:11

that's was

1:12:12

we can spread them out for sure

1:12:15

maximize

1:12:24

all right

1:12:26

because we can refresh the screens we'll

1:12:28

be able to see where each one is

1:12:30

responding at the same time

1:12:33

all right so person number one

1:12:35

uh she's starting to take a plunge right

1:12:38

here so what's happening that helps her

1:12:40

take the plunge put in a marker

1:12:43

and then something happens in the middle

1:12:45

of her plunge

1:12:47

she goes up

1:12:48

again another marker

1:12:52

and she now she takes another plunge

1:12:57

another marker

1:12:59

so we go over to the other person's

1:13:01

blood volume pulse window and we hit

1:13:03

refresh to copy those markers over and

1:13:06

as you can see

1:13:08

they're having a lot of the same

1:13:09

responses now this person is steadier

1:13:12

she didn't have to take a plunge really

1:13:15

but

1:13:16

when she goes up

1:13:18

she goes up so what's happening

1:13:21

at this point in the meditation the

1:13:23

second timer clock says

1:13:26

it's at 15 54

1:13:30

at this point

1:13:32

they are

1:13:34

opening the curtain to see

1:13:37

their true selves

1:13:39

and

1:13:43

arousing in response to that ho

1:13:46

is that me is that what i look like

1:13:51

and they're mentally

1:13:53

having mental experiences

1:13:56

so if we hit the j

1:13:57

this takes us to

1:14:01

the second marker let me get it again so

1:14:03

we go to the first marker okay

1:14:07

here it is so this is the point at which

1:14:09

they are both

1:14:11

recognizing

1:14:12

uh

1:14:17

i'm looking at my notes

1:14:22

actually this is the point where they're

1:14:24

breathing ah just what we've said this

1:14:27

is the point where they're breathing in

1:14:28

relaxation

1:14:30

so this is what made her drop

1:14:33

um

1:14:33

because there's a relaxation before this

1:14:36

meditation starts so she's breathing in

1:14:38

relaxation but then at this point

1:14:41

1554

1:14:43

that's when they

1:14:45

open the curtain is open

1:14:48

they're watching their true self then

1:14:51

they're bringing

1:14:54

this consciousness

1:14:57

their consciousness back into themselves

1:15:00

as the person in the audience okay so

1:15:02

here's the activity when they're doing

1:15:04

that thing

1:15:06

for her

1:15:07

it's sweat gland activity in the gsr

1:15:10

for her it's an increased heart rate

1:15:13

just because of the mental activity

1:15:15

having that effect on the body okay they

1:15:18

do that then they go back into the

1:15:20

audience now

1:15:22

they're looking at the second

1:15:25

person the person on the right here

1:15:29

and they both start to draw

1:15:31

uh

1:15:32

they're in terms of relaxation and the

1:15:35

reason is because

1:15:38

what they're doing is imbuing

1:15:40

their

1:15:41

right-handed on the stage person with

1:15:43

the qualities of love and compassion

1:15:46

and

1:15:47

you can really see

1:15:50

in each one of them

1:15:54

uh

1:15:55

once this thing is bigger you can see

1:15:57

wow

1:15:58

she is having some big big drops

1:16:02

and even in the left scale these are

1:16:04

where she hits her most profound uh

1:16:07

states

1:16:09

of relaxation i think the lush is buried

1:16:12

back here let's see if i can pull him

1:16:13

back up

1:16:16

oh now her lashes down

1:16:19

here

1:16:21

i'll play it a little bit

1:16:25

so you can see what's happening

1:16:30

so they're on the stage

1:16:37

to get her down here with the jump j

1:16:40

j

1:16:41

now they're on the stage

1:16:44

her lashes at a 5.0 so she's definitely

1:16:47

in a really nice awakened mind pattern

1:16:50

right here

1:16:51

which is very unusual because normally

1:16:54

her gamma reduces her alpha

1:16:57

and her theta

1:16:59

so she's totally involved in this

1:17:01

meditation right now

1:17:03

she's still got more gamma than most

1:17:05

people do

1:17:07

but these are much more awakened mind

1:17:10

patterns for her and in fact you just

1:17:13

saw an evolved mind flare for her again

1:17:16

in conjunction with this for her the

1:17:19

deepest

1:17:20

some of the deepest relaxation states

1:17:22

that i've seen her in

1:17:24

for her it's a different experience

1:17:26

she's got this gigantic alpha but you

1:17:29

can see if we zoom in with the down

1:17:32

arrow key

1:17:34

you start seeing that she's got

1:17:37

some really beautiful evolved mind

1:17:40

flares happening here see that

1:17:44

zooming in helps us see the roundness in

1:17:47

her pattern

1:17:48

and that's all related to this very deep

1:17:50

relaxation point for her which is it

1:17:54

2844

1:17:56

and we can scroll right over there

1:18:01

right in here

1:18:02

this is when

1:18:04

you're seeing uh her greatest relaxation

1:18:07

i'll zoom out a little look the gigantic

1:18:11

theta and delta and in fact her gamma is

1:18:14

increasing too

1:18:16

i won't take your time to bring up the

1:18:18

gamma amplitude windows

1:18:20

but that's what's happening she had this

1:18:22

dead quiet no gamma whatsoever as her

1:18:26

theta and delta increase her gamma bills

1:18:29

and again in relationship to this super

1:18:33

for her lowest heart rate of all

1:18:41

so universal

1:18:44

effects

1:18:45

depending on

1:18:47

the guidance

1:18:49

or the experience in consciousness

1:18:53

from person number one boom same time

1:18:56

boom down she goes

1:19:00

uh once again we see the most profound

1:19:02

patterns occurring with the deepest

1:19:05

relaxation which is what the lesh scale

1:19:07

tells us this going predicts is going to

1:19:09

happen it does happen

1:19:11

but the extra thing that we're seeing

1:19:14

here

1:19:14

it that they didn't see before and we

1:19:17

only see because of the ballistas is

1:19:19

that this is when we see the buildup in

1:19:21

gamma

1:19:22

when a person who had little to no gamma

1:19:25

before

1:19:26

we can pull her up real fast because

1:19:28

just because i can't resist it

1:19:31

um

1:19:32

again my amplitude

1:19:36

display options

1:19:40

let's go zero to five

1:19:44

there's your gamma building right there

1:19:46

this is probably just artifact

1:19:48

in fact i know it was i saw her lights

1:19:50

flaring somewhere but there's her camel

1:19:53

building

1:19:56

as a result of the physical relaxation

1:19:59

as a result of the um

1:20:03

the big

1:20:07

delta and theta that you saw

1:20:13

so i guess

1:20:15

what i just wanted to show you here is

1:20:18

that there are expected

1:20:21

and inevitable effects

1:20:27

correlations

1:20:29

correlates in consciousness

1:20:34

relax the mind relax the body

1:20:36

but

1:20:38

when there are not when the coralists

1:20:40

are not there

1:20:42

it's because something has happened

1:20:45

so that's what we are looking at as

1:20:47

practitioners we're wanting to know hey

1:20:51

what made

1:20:52

the heart rate jump

1:20:55

or the gsr why did the person tent stop

1:20:59

but for you as self trainers the benefit

1:21:02

can be if you're setting these markers

1:21:04

with the enter key or if you have a

1:21:05

manual trigger button that you hold in

1:21:07

your lap setting the markers with that

1:21:10

you can make these correlations too

1:21:13

to the way you feel inside

1:21:15

to

1:21:16

um

1:21:19

to what it looks like in these in these

1:21:21

windows

1:21:22

and when you

1:21:25

touch an issue i mean you could even go

1:21:27

so far as to say if you're listening to

1:21:31

one of the personal transformation

1:21:32

meditations either analyzes or mine

1:21:36

and you hit the

1:21:38

uh

1:21:39

the

1:21:40

issue

1:21:44

and the data line rises

1:21:47

does it quiet down

1:21:49

as you've resolved the issue

1:21:52

do you end up with more unity in your

1:21:55

consciousness

1:21:56

and if you are

1:21:59

if you do see more unity

1:22:02

more

1:22:04

flow

1:22:05

in your mind more relaxation in your

1:22:08

body then you can rest assured that some

1:22:11

uh neural

1:22:12

rewiring

1:22:14

some neuroplasticity has taken place and

1:22:17

the next time you know the ego says

1:22:20

oh gee i've still got that issue you

1:22:22

could say uh no i don't think so thanks

1:22:24

for remembering but i want you to forget

1:22:27

because i am busy evolving myself

1:22:32

into something more than i was before

1:22:35

and it's a body-mind activity and um

1:22:39

lucky you uh reptile reptilian brain

1:22:44

uh that we have these instruments and we

1:22:46

can all

1:22:47

heal ourselves and transform ourselves

1:22:50

um for the good of all really

1:22:54

because of course what we bring out of

1:22:56

these meditations is what we're going to

1:22:57

project into the world

1:22:59

as a new way of being

1:23:03

so um you know

1:23:05

uh

1:23:07

you said

1:23:08

earlier why don't we do a practitioner's

1:23:11

thing on

1:23:13

these sorts of this is when it healed

1:23:15

thing uh with all these three

1:23:17

instruments absolutely

1:23:19

we could certainly break that down by

1:23:21

subjects but um i'm bringing this up now

1:23:24

again because i want to let you guys

1:23:26

know that

1:23:28

i do not personally have a ton of

1:23:32

sessions to share that have

1:23:35

uh eeg gsr and bbp because i made a card

1:23:40

cardinal mistake that i caution you

1:23:42

against in the user manual

1:23:44

and i did not back up my files

1:23:47

so i had a

1:23:49

window an unwanted un permitted windows

1:23:53

8.1 update that totally crashed

1:23:57

my

1:23:58

laptop computer and wiped out all of my

1:24:00

ballistas files

1:24:02

and

1:24:03

so that that doesn't happen to you

1:24:07

i'm going to do a little tiny takes

1:24:10

five minute thing showing you how to

1:24:12

export files onto a jump drive so that

1:24:16

you can

1:24:17

library uh file all of your recordings

1:24:22

in a library that's separate for your

1:24:24

computer should you have a crash because

1:24:27

they can all be imported right back in

1:24:30

i have lots of files but it's also true

1:24:33

that uh

1:24:34

we now have

1:24:36

i've certified four people uh as

1:24:38

awakened mind practitioners in the past

1:24:40

year and a half and they are building

1:24:42

files and oxana i'm sure you've got some

1:24:45

files to share too so

1:24:47

i think that that series about things

1:24:49

that we uh

1:24:52

wanted to

1:24:54

address topic-wise

1:24:56

could be about more than me for sure

1:24:59

and a good idea we'll pass it on i see

1:25:01

that deborah raised her hand it meant

1:25:03

she is filed

1:25:05

yes no no no no no i'm i want to talk

1:25:08

about the session that you just showed

1:25:10

us okay judith they're actually

1:25:13

interacting with each other yes they are

1:25:16

friends are they close friends do they

1:25:18

know each other well their brains are

1:25:20

act interacting with each other and the

1:25:23

person on the right is having a major

1:25:25

effect on the person on the left and

1:25:28

that's where i think you're getting all

1:25:29

this theta and delta and the evolved

1:25:31

mind pattern so not only do we see that

1:25:34

we

1:25:35

we are able to respond to you or whoever

1:25:39

is guiding or facilitating but they're

1:25:42

resonating with each other that's a

1:25:44

wonderful insight and major

1:25:46

it is major um they did not know each

1:25:49

other one is from alaska one is from new

1:25:52

zealand they were practitioners they

1:25:54

have both have beautiful but extremely

1:25:57

different

1:25:58

brainwaves

1:26:00

and um

1:26:02

they were bringing each other into

1:26:04

coherence with each other

1:26:05

they were the entire time and they got

1:26:08

along so beautifully wow but original

1:26:11

but basically very very different

1:26:13

personalities but they had this talk

1:26:15

about the qualities of mastery they had

1:26:18

this ability to meet each other

1:26:21

despite their different ways of

1:26:23

processing and seeing and they were just

1:26:25

so delightful to be with through the

1:26:27

whole training and delighted to be with

1:26:29

each other and what we saw was uh dawn's

1:26:33

gamma at times uh brought up um

1:26:37

joy's gamma

1:26:39

and at times joy's uh theta delta

1:26:42

brought

1:26:44

dawn into

1:26:45

more theta which was a nice grounding

1:26:48

thing for her marvelous and not only

1:26:50

that but they're also having an effect

1:26:52

on each other's bodies so their fields

1:26:54

are interacting with one another

1:26:57

dramatically they said so and as a

1:26:59

matter of fact um one time joy said

1:27:03

joy said wow i can really feel your buzz

1:27:07

dawn and

1:27:09

and and she really

1:27:11

had to

1:27:12

work to work on that in her body

1:27:15

to uh to not feel that buzz

1:27:19

all mastery all qualities of mastery uh

1:27:22

that we want to have because everybody

1:27:25

we meet is going to have different

1:27:26

brainwave patterns and they're going to

1:27:28

have different

1:27:29

energy fields aren't they and they're

1:27:30

going to have a very real effect on us

1:27:33

in

1:27:34

every possible way you've just shown it

1:27:36

with the mind mirror and in fact as an

1:27:39

example and as a display of how our

1:27:41

fields interact at all levels this not

1:27:45

only shows it to you objectively i mean

1:27:48

you know we know what we feel but this

1:27:50

shows it to you objectively and it's

1:27:52

just yes session for that you don't want

1:27:55

to lose this session

1:27:57

i've never seen such an amazing

1:28:00

mirroring going on between two people in

1:28:02

real time i mean this is pretty dramatic

1:28:06

well i can't wait to show you more um i

1:28:08

don't have too many more two-person

1:28:11

sessions except that some people thank

1:28:13

goodness um

1:28:15

have mind mirrors and

1:28:18

therefore i gave them copies of their

1:28:20

sessions so they're slowly a few at a

1:28:22

time mailing them back to me so that i

1:28:25

can rebuild my library here obsessions

1:28:28

but um yeah we're all going to see

1:28:31

things like this deborah i'm so thrilled

1:28:33

uh that you really appreciate this it is

1:28:36

a it's an exact mirror we're looking at

1:28:40

a mirror of consciousness and it's a

1:28:42

holographic mirror

1:28:44

i mean what's happening here in alpha is

1:28:48

where it's happening in the heart and

1:28:50

theta in the subconscious in the delta

1:28:52

it's happening in the field the whole

1:28:55

thing it's true the whole thing is a

1:28:57

field

1:28:58

but it's a hologram

1:28:59

and not only this but you know you

1:29:02

talked in the beginning about you know

1:29:05

the mind and the body being connected

1:29:06

not in our society that is our problem

1:29:09

they're disconnected so that what the

1:29:11

mind mirror brings in terms of a

1:29:14

tremendous contribution is in fact

1:29:17

training people to bring them together

1:29:20

and keep them together and keep them

1:29:23

coherent and that is a major major

1:29:26

contribution you are have a beautiful uh

1:29:30

way of synthesizing things and i really

1:29:32

appreciate that yeah well thank you no i

1:29:35

i just love this training and you have

1:29:38

just given us beautiful trainings and

1:29:40

your manuals are very very well written

1:29:43

with this technology

1:29:45

you know it's just the details we gotta

1:29:48

yeah yeah yeah over i keep reviewing but

1:29:52

um it is an amazing picture

1:29:55

um you know objective picture that we

1:29:58

don't often get i mean we all have a way

1:30:02

of thinking about it and intuiting it

1:30:05

but now you can actually demonstrate it

1:30:08

for others to see and that is really

1:30:12

that's major that's that's a real

1:30:14

contribution thank you thank you thank

1:30:16

you for seeing so much debra oh gosh

1:30:21

this was the example i think i was here

1:30:24

for

1:30:25

awesome

1:30:26

awesome thank you thank you very much i

1:30:28

would like uh people to share i mean

1:30:31

what they liked most maybe if they have

1:30:33

questions ask questions or just share

1:30:36

okay um i am trying to end the screen

1:30:40

share

1:30:41

aha

1:30:43

yes you are doing better each time

1:30:45

better and better

1:30:48

and faster

1:30:51

yes and i want to say that yes david

1:30:53

joined us

1:30:54

so but i kept people on mute so that we

1:30:57

don't have some other sounds and

1:31:00

because if there is a sound coming in it

1:31:02

will interfere with your speaker screen

1:31:04

and i don't want you know

1:31:06

people who will watch the recording to

1:31:08

see other people i don't know scratching

1:31:10

themselves eating

1:31:15

dogs and parrots yes so that's why i put

1:31:19

people on youtube and i think i hope you

1:31:21

understand why

1:31:23

yes

1:31:24

and i like how you you learn from those

1:31:27

incidences you know like muting the

1:31:30

background noise i see you've got uh

1:31:32

labels of names on each picture that's i

1:31:35

thought about that from the last session

1:31:37

you know

1:31:38

who's speaking you know and what is her

1:31:40

name or whatever that's great so yeah

1:31:44

anything else you would like to share or

1:31:47

i mean

1:31:48

what you liked about our session today

1:31:51

or what you would like to have in the

1:31:52

future some ideas any thoughts questions

1:31:55

you had

1:32:00

no

1:32:01

can you hear me i can't yeah hi

1:32:03

yes we can hear you now fantastic this

1:32:06

is amazing when technology works i just

1:32:08

wanted to

1:32:10

add to uh

1:32:12

in my own small way what deborah was

1:32:15

saying what you shared with this last

1:32:16

group was you know this last couple he

1:32:19

said it just validates

1:32:22

so powerfully the experience that i've

1:32:25

had in working in group settings

1:32:27

with people

1:32:29

in guided imagery and hypnosis in

1:32:32

meditation it just seems like the

1:32:35

experience is that much more powerful

1:32:37

and to be able to see that in what you

1:32:40

just demonstrated and have deborah so so

1:32:43

beautifully you know expand on that i i

1:32:46

just think that's fantastic and i want

1:32:48

to see more of that i want to continue

1:32:50

to work in group sessions

1:32:52

i'm excited that you're coming to study

1:32:54

with me craig because um with the work

1:32:56

you do it's it's just going to be

1:32:58

mind-blowing you're going to really be

1:33:00

able to add to our body of research all

1:33:02

of you um deborah this is so exciting i

1:33:06

mean we've got this new mind mirror

1:33:08

studies page

1:33:09

and um you know the skies there is no

1:33:11

limit not even the sky is the limit

1:33:13

there are no limits to the things we can

1:33:15

discover mark with music david whatever

1:33:18

strikes you

1:33:20

what does strike you david has been of

1:33:22

particular interest uh what do you want

1:33:24

to do with your mind mirror

1:33:28

yeah well i'm very new to it um

1:33:31

so i mean my you know i really

1:33:33

appreciate um

1:33:35

seeing all the different ways that we

1:33:36

can look at what happened in the past

1:33:39

so and my interest

1:33:42

currently is really working with the

1:33:44

feedback of it and

1:33:46

and changing my my brain in the present

1:33:50

for all of us

1:33:53

yeah that's for sure

1:33:55

well uh that's a

1:33:57

that's a wonderful at the the

1:34:00

most important scientific study of all

1:34:02

isn't it

1:34:03

that we can we can use these instruments

1:34:06

to do exactly that

1:34:08

can i just add one more thing of course

1:34:10

you know we've been talking about the

1:34:12

resonating um mirror imaging that we saw

1:34:15

in this last example you know that goes

1:34:18

right back to music it goes right back

1:34:20

to the harmonic frequencies of the

1:34:22

cosmos i mean we're talking about

1:34:25

resonating fields and it's at all levels

1:34:28

and the my mirror can show it to us on a

1:34:31

very physical personal level

1:34:34

that is something we have never really

1:34:37

seen before and with all the new work

1:34:39

coming out in neuroscience on the brain

1:34:42

this is you know the decade of the brain

1:34:44

we're looking at brain activity as field

1:34:48

wave propagation

1:34:51

all coming together for the first time

1:34:54

in our history as a human race i mean

1:34:58

we're we're starting to get it even

1:35:01

though our sages and you know the

1:35:04

various mystical traditions have been

1:35:07

talking about this for thousands of

1:35:09

years it's finally sinking in

1:35:12

and that i think is just so exciting

1:35:17

i'm glad i'm still alive to even see

1:35:20

something like this because i didn't

1:35:22

think it was going to happen

1:35:25

it had to it had to it was happening for

1:35:27

me and i always sent it for happened for

1:35:29

other people i wrote this book called

1:35:30

your psychic soul and um

1:35:33

it was supposed to be a book on how to

1:35:35

develop your intuition but i can't talk

1:35:37

about anything unless brain waves comes

1:35:39

into it so about the second half

1:35:42

is all about brain waves and it starts

1:35:45

to synthesize all of the modern research

1:35:48

coming out that's come out of ions and

1:35:50

the mind and life institute everything

1:35:52

we're talking about

1:35:54

teaching here how gamma works this new

1:35:56

human

1:35:58

um and um i i tell you

1:36:02

what a great time to be alive that's

1:36:04

right because we're holding hold in a

1:36:07

space you know no matter what goes crazy

1:36:09

down here

1:36:11

there is a an effect a

1:36:15

coherent field

1:36:16

and the numbers of us as our numbers

1:36:19

grow you know this has got to slow down

1:36:22

it's just got to slow down until finally

1:36:26

it does this

1:36:27

we we match it and

1:36:29

hopefully hopefully that's it

1:36:31

yeah

1:36:33

well great session roxanna you want to

1:36:35

close this out that's the time that's

1:36:37

the time so

1:36:39

i just want to remind that uh the next

1:36:42

session uh for cell trainers will be on

1:36:45

the 19th of march and i hope this is

1:36:48

okay with you there is no conflict with

1:36:51

easter celebrations because judith you

1:36:53

mentioned

1:36:54

in your letter that 19th is around

1:36:56

easter time

1:36:58

though i'm a little bit

1:37:00

from this holiday so if it's okay it's

1:37:02

19. um

1:37:07

i'll i'll play around the time because i

1:37:10

want to kind of change it make it more

1:37:12

flexible so that you know maybe some

1:37:14

other people can join from other parts

1:37:16

of the world right okay um

1:37:19

well deborah you're out here and um

1:37:23

i'm in nashville i should know that i

1:37:25

just sent you something like this are

1:37:26

you the same david you're in california

1:37:29

connecticut connecticut oh so okay so

1:37:32

marv you and uh now craig you're out in

1:37:35

california

1:37:36

um so

1:37:37

uh we were talking about making it eight

1:37:40

a.m next time but that'd be tough on you

1:37:42

you'd be up at six correct

1:37:44

i was talking about sorry uh judith i

1:37:47

was talking about practitioners one

1:37:49

where you would like to invite peter

1:37:51

staples

1:37:52

and i was you want to keep them at the

1:37:54

same time

1:37:55

i can i can change them it doesn't

1:37:57

matter okay i can change them depending

1:37:59

on speakers depending on participants so

1:38:01

for peter staples yes we have probably

1:38:03

just you know

1:38:06

one option make it 12 1

1:38:08

pm his time because

1:38:11

the rest of the world will be unable to

1:38:13

match with him and those for whom it's

1:38:15

too early they could always watch the

1:38:17

recording later

1:38:20

while we do recordings

1:38:21

okay

1:38:23

thank you

1:38:24

yeah i just uh add into that um that if

1:38:27

you guys have suggestions for topics for

1:38:30

the next one to just email oksana and me

1:38:33

and otherwise we'll just keep making

1:38:35

things up because

1:38:37

the ones that you've suggested on the

1:38:39

list you know when you were

1:38:40

brainstorming and putting topics for you

1:38:43

know each group

1:38:45

so it was um audio and video feedback

1:38:49

and how to import files for that so

1:38:52

if you like maybe i had another idea uh

1:38:56

if you had some correlations between

1:38:59

music and how mind and other you know

1:39:01

bio feedback

1:39:03

kind of re relates play with the

1:39:04

connects to the music that could be

1:39:06

something to talk about and we can just

1:39:09

we will speak about this music thing so

1:39:11

just play around let's have a thought

1:39:13

about that because i think it's exciting

1:39:16

for everyone it's why don't you and i

1:39:17

hang over after the meeting yeah i think

1:39:20

why don't you and i hang around uh hang

1:39:23

together after this meeting and

1:39:25

we'll brainstorm some stuff

1:39:27

but also your suggestions still are

1:39:29

welcome we want to do this in a

1:39:31

uh

1:39:33

a somewhat linear obviously a

1:39:35

holistic but also somewhat linear way so

1:39:38

that we're skills building

1:39:41

so if you if there's something you don't

1:39:43

understand or you've had trouble with

1:39:45

that's what we want to address so we can

1:39:48

keep

1:39:49

the expertise growing even as we

1:39:51

understand the theory and the practices

1:39:53

more

1:39:54

right

1:39:55

yeah and then

1:39:57

so uh i'll be in touch with you judy

1:39:59

about the the interview

1:40:01

yes

1:40:02

i'm glad i didn't blink out because of

1:40:03

the computer so perfect

1:40:08

thank you all for being here it's been

1:40:10

such a pleasure yes thank you

1:40:12

thank you

1:40:15

see you next time

1:40:17

take care thank you bye take care

1:40:19

everybody
