0:00

and welcome to this global bar

0:03

celebration today. Katarina Valentine

0:06

joining me here from Sweden today. Thank

0:09

you so much for being my co-host today

0:12

and and and celebrating this day

0:15

together.

0:17

>> Yes. And it's just beginning obviously

0:19

we like not even one minute in we're

0:22

already going.

0:24

So, um, for all of you online and all

0:28

our amazing pops around the world, um, I

0:31

just went through, um, the back end and

0:34

I saw how many thousands of people

0:36

around the world already signed up to

0:38

listen to this. Today, we have 19

0:40

languages. Hello and welcome everyone.

0:44

My language skills are unfortunately not

0:47

enough to greet you in 19 different

0:49

languages. Um but we also have um what

0:52

we call satellite classes or um pops

0:56

parties of possibilities where people

0:59

invited friends um to swap uh bars

1:03

sessions and listen to this and um

1:06

probably some of our backend team can

1:09

give us some information on how many

1:12

pops and where in the world they are.

1:13

And I think we are literally live on

1:17

every continent right now which makes me

1:20

very very proud. But these are some

1:23

numbers to the back end. Now let's get

1:26

into this thing called access bar.

1:29

Katarina, how long are you already

1:32

enjoying the gift of receiving bath

1:35

sessions?

1:36

>> Yeah, I was thinking of that right

1:38

before like when did I receive my first

1:39

bar session? I think it's 16 years ago

1:41

now. And there hasn't been there hasn't

1:44

been a single week when I haven't got my

1:45

bars run and often more than that. So

1:48

I've received and gifted like tens of

1:50

thousands of bar sessions. It's it's

1:53

quite amazing. And at this point my

1:55

whole body and being just knows that

1:57

when I lay down and somebody puts their

1:59

hands on my head,

2:03

we're going. And maybe that's where we

2:05

start today. Because if there's people

2:06

on here who've just joined us who

2:08

doesn't even know what bars is, we

2:10

actually wanted to start by showing a

2:12

video of what bars is.

2:17

>> I think that's a great idea to let the

2:19

world know what is it getting your bars

2:21

run? Are you running? Is it a workout?

2:24

Is it a massage?

2:26

Do I need to take my clothes off? Um all

2:28

these questions that are spinning around

2:31

in your heads. We will share the video

2:34

soon. Um, what it actually is for me is

2:37

an incredible way of relaxing your

2:41

brain. It's the ultimate gift for

2:44

creative people who have difficulties

2:46

turn off their minds and being

2:49

concentrated or doing um yoga classes

2:52

without constantly taking notes and

2:54

having new ideas. Um, so

2:56

>> I just have to jump in then. So, David

3:00

really needs to relax his brain. So

3:02

that's what it is for him. And bars is

3:04

this amazing thing that actually also

3:07

relaxes your whole body. And sometimes

3:08

when there's a body thing going on like

3:10

even something a back pain, you know,

3:13

your your knee is a little out of whack

3:15

and you get your bars run and because

3:18

the bars really integrates and relaxes

3:21

things that are going on in your life,

3:23

your body, you know, is part of that as

3:25

well. So, not only does it relax your

3:28

brain, which is great if you're like me

3:30

and you have very active brains, it also

3:34

relaxes the body. It's now it's my first

3:36

go-to. When something is like a little

3:38

wacky in my body, I get my bars run and

3:40

see maybe it's not what I think it is.

3:43

Maybe it has to do with something

3:44

completely different. And having my bars

3:46

run really allows my body and my being

3:49

to Okay, yeah, maybe we can choose

3:51

something different here. Well, I think

3:53

we warmed them up well enough now,

3:55

Katarina, everybody's like, "What is

3:57

this? Show us. Show us." So, tech team

4:00

in the back end, are we ready to share

4:02

with our guests um our first video? What

4:06

is this access bars and what does it

4:09

mean to get your bars run? Tech team,

4:12

take it off.

4:14

>> We're starting right now. So, you're

4:16

rolling already. Okay, got it.

4:17

>> Testing, testing. One, two. Bob,

4:19

>> say something. If I go like full dweeb,

4:22

you'll just cut it and we'll try again,

4:23

right?

4:24

>> Say your question again.

4:56

It's an effortless technique

4:59

that invites you to let go of everything

5:02

that isn't yours. It allows a space to

5:05

open up, a lightness that may be an

5:08

invitation to more of you than you ever

5:10

imagined.

5:14

>> It felt alive and real. So that for me

5:18

was

5:20

just gold. I was so happy. It was so

5:23

gratifying and fulfilling to finally

5:25

have that feeling and that connection

5:26

with the universe.

5:29

Before bars,

5:32

I was definitely trying to figure my

5:33

life out and do it right. With bars in

5:36

my life, I have the space to choose to

5:40

have perspective

5:42

and

5:44

enthusiasm.

5:47

Whatever that thing is that you have

5:50

decided can't change,

5:53

what if it could? And what if it was as

5:55

easy as lying on a table and receiving a

5:59

bar session that could start that

6:01

change?

6:03

the sense of hopelessness and desperate

6:05

anxiety I used to have started to just

6:08

diminish away and and there was this

6:11

sense of peace and calmness which I

6:14

hadn't had in a long long time.

6:17

>> One of the most simplest things that you

6:19

can do for me it's self-care.

6:23

It's something to incorporate in your

6:25

daily life that opens up so much space.

6:30

It gives me like such a sense of peace

6:33

and ease and such a joy to be here and I

6:39

get that I get to be that in the world

6:41

not just for me but for everyone around

6:43

me.

6:44

>> I think access consciousness bars is

6:46

probably one of the best kept secrets

6:48

that exist out there.

6:51

>> The worst thing that could happen is to

6:53

just relax. The best thing is you could

6:56

get the life you know you can have and

6:59

you deserve

7:00

>> an invitation to receive and change

7:03

without the effort and the hardship that

7:06

we think is required. It's quite a gift

7:08

to the world and the planet.

7:10

>> I literally would just say go for it.

7:12

>> Do it. Don't wait.

7:14

>> Go for it.

7:15

>> Get your bars run.

7:47

H

7:50

Watching that video always creates such

7:52

a peace in my mind and thank you for

7:54

your reminder. I think it's really not

7:56

just about relaxing the brain. Beautiful

8:00

introduction of what a bar session can

8:03

actually create in your body in your

8:06

brain and further on in your life.

8:09

>> And there is a part of the video I think

8:11

it's um one of the women say get your

8:15

bars run. And it's one of the things

8:16

that once you once you've started, once

8:19

you get your bars run, it really is like

8:21

when things go a little wonky in life,

8:23

when you're stuck in something, when you

8:25

keep thinking of something and somebody

8:28

who knows you get your bars run

8:29

regularly, will say, "Hey, just get your

8:31

bars run." Because they can hear how

8:33

it's kind of like a loop that we so

8:36

often do in life. We've learned that we

8:37

have to figure out this. We have to

8:39

compute this. We have to, you know, the

8:41

right answer is there. I'm just going to

8:43

have to get there. And then you get your

8:45

bars run and takes like an hour. You you

8:48

sit up and you go,

8:51

how could I make that so relevant? Why

8:54

did I make that even matter? It's not

8:56

relevant. So there is such a freedom in

9:00

your life that comes from getting your

9:02

bars run.

9:04

>> And that freedom started 30 years ago.

9:08

For those of you who wonder and and

9:10

Anthony Matis beautifully mentioned it

9:12

in the video, it's one of the best kept

9:14

secrets. Well,

9:16

ex uh started 30 years ago by a guy

9:21

called Gary Douglas um who literally had

9:26

his first bars session in his garage in

9:30

California. Um, and we have prepared a

9:34

little video to share with you how this

9:37

beautiful, brilliant technique came into

9:41

life. Are we ready for our next video?

9:47

>> I remember the first bars class was out

9:50

in the converted garage behind the house

9:52

and there was what, two, three people

9:53

there?

9:54

>> Four.

9:55

>> Four people.

9:56

>> So, if you think that you can't create

9:58

something, you should look at this.

10:08

The first time I did it, I asked the

10:11

person, "Okay, so what'd you get out of

10:13

it?" And they said, "Well,

10:17

it seems to access a new space of

10:19

possibility."

10:22

Every time you touch one of those bars

10:24

in my head, my life gets better.

11:07

Bars are 32 different points on the

11:09

head. It's like a computer bank of all

11:13

the thoughts, feelings, emotions,

11:14

attitudes, and considerations you've

11:16

ever had in any lifetime. It gets stored

11:18

in there. And when you clean them by

11:21

running the bars, what happens is that

11:23

deletes the file in that and suddenly

11:25

you're different. Your whole life can

11:27

change. You can change physically,

11:29

mentally, emotionally, all kinds of

11:30

different ways.

11:33

I watch people have these 32 different

11:37

points run and watch them get up off the

11:40

table different. They never go back to

11:43

being who they used to be.

11:46

>> What does bars mean?

11:48

>> It's like a bar that goes through your

11:49

head that has all the all the thoughts

11:52

that you've ever heard or thought that

11:54

are not yours stored.

11:58

I like bars.

12:01

>> Me, too.

12:05

>> It's one of my favorite things in the

12:06

world cuz it relaxes me and makes me

12:08

happy.

12:09

>> And by the way, it's okay to be happy

12:11

when other people aren't.

12:14

>> Hi everybody. It's Gary

12:16

>> and Dane. Welcome to the bars class.

12:18

>> No matter how bad you think you are,

12:20

nobody has ever been worse than me. So,

12:22

if I can do it, so can you.

12:24

The only thing that can happen is things

12:27

get better and at the worst

12:29

>> you'll feel like you had a great

12:30

massage. Best case scenario, your whole

12:32

life can change.

12:35

>> All I can tell you is when I when I saw

12:37

the results, my jaw dropped. I was so

12:41

astounded. You got to remember, I've

12:42

been doing this for 16 years. I have

12:44

seen brains of every kind and and all

12:47

different kinds of conditions. This is

12:49

the very first time I was blown away. It

12:52

takes a lot to blow me away. This blew

12:54

me away.

12:59

>> I was 30 years old. I was starting my

13:02

second chiropractic practice. I was

13:05

living in Santa Barbara, this beautiful

13:07

paradise, and I was dying inside.

13:10

I set a date to end my life 6 months in

13:13

the future. Then I came across something

13:16

called access consciousness because I

13:17

saw this tiny little ad in the paper

13:20

that said access all of life comes to me

13:22

with ease and joy and glory. So I put

13:25

this tiny little ad in the free local

13:27

paper and I hear the phone ring in the

13:29

other room.

13:32

Hello. Hi. Um my name is uh Dane Her and

13:36

you were so cool. You were like I'd

13:38

really love to check out what you do.

13:39

And I was like okay. So I do this stuff

13:43

called access and we would start with

13:45

the bars and you're like cool somehow we

13:47

got together.

13:49

>> I walked into the session depressed and

13:51

suicidal with a plan and a date to end

13:54

my life. I walked out of it an hour and

13:56

15 minutes later with a sense of peace

13:58

and joy and a gratitude for being alive.

14:02

If it feels like this to be alive I'm

14:04

in.

14:06

Within a few months, I started working

14:08

for Access Consciousness. And at the

14:11

point when I started, we were in the

14:13

United States, Australia, and New

14:15

Zealand. And we had two facilitators.

14:19

Now we're in 176 countries. We have

14:23

almost 13,000 facilitators.

14:30

Actually,

14:44

the bars makes you feel comfortable.

14:47

You can do them and they really relax

14:49

you, make you calm, comfort. It's a

14:52

whole lot of things that the bars can do

14:54

and it can unlock energy that you don't

14:56

really need.

14:59

It felt like a new world started. It

15:01

felt like it felt like you were being

15:03

reborn.

15:06

>> The kids just turned into these little

15:07

puddles of love. I saw how the kids

15:10

would become more concerned with the

15:13

other children in the room. And I didn't

15:15

see as much separation between the boys

15:17

and the girls.

15:28

One father came to me to said, "Oh, my

15:31

daughter, I got home today and uh I was

15:35

very stressed and my daughter said,

15:38

"Dad, come here. I'm going to do bars

15:41

and you're going to be relaxed." And how

15:43

come my daughter are teaching me how to

15:47

be more relaxing?

15:50

There is a boy, the autistic, he didn't

15:53

want to do the the sessions. And after

15:57

three weeks, I asked him, "Do you want

16:00

to try today?" And he said with his hat,

16:05

we start to relax a little bit. And he

16:07

start to communicate more, drawing more.

16:11

The teacher was so happy. The family was

16:13

so happy, too.

16:17

Hi,

16:18

my name is Leah. I'm 10 years old. I

16:21

live in Mexico City and I'm a bar

16:24

facilitator.

16:26

I learned that I'm not wrong. I can be

16:30

bright and I can shine even though the

16:33

others choose why they choose. In the

16:36

school, we had to do a project about

16:38

conflicts and how to solve them. And

16:40

mine was very different. Mine has like

16:43

questions, how does it get any better

16:45

and get your words wrong. You need to

16:48

communicate and ask to solve conflict.

16:55

my very first bar class, very first

16:58

class that I taught I was able to teach

17:01

uh almost 100 girls in Nepal. Seeing

17:04

them relax for the first time in like a

17:06

long time, it was so moving.

17:11

But I was able to give them something

17:12

that contributes for the rest of their

17:14

life. When you spread the sparks in the

17:17

world and and light them fire, I think

17:20

that's a really cool thing to do. So,

17:22

I'm very inspired to do that.

17:59

I graduated from law school with a human

18:02

rights degree and I worked in human

18:04

rights. I saw a lot of places that I

18:06

didn't like

18:09

the way they treated women back then. I

18:12

hated men and I hated myself. The first

18:16

session of war I was like

18:19

I don't need to fight anymore. In the

18:22

first year like no one heard about the

18:24

wars in the area.

18:27

First class I had I had zero

18:29

participant. Second one there was six

18:32

and then the number started to multiply

18:35

like till this day it's like I started

18:37

June 2016 in 2018 the law of um that

18:43

allowed women to drive it was an what I

18:46

love about access the bars is like it's

18:49

it is the infinite possibilities. I

18:51

can't know what is exactly what is going

18:53

to happen but I can assure you the

18:56

possibilities are just going to come.

19:03

>> I was wondering what would be an

19:06

interesting way to introduce the access

19:08

bars to a completely different crowd of

19:11

people. Two weeks before my show opened

19:14

all the bars session appointments were

19:16

all booked up.

19:19

It's an amazing gift to give the world,

19:20

but it's an amazing gift to give someone

19:22

and for them to have that place where

19:24

they could start to create their lives.

19:26

It opens the door to receiving

19:28

everything you actually know. You may be

19:31

the one person that comes out with an

19:33

idea that changes the world. Don't give

19:35

up. If everybody in the world could be

19:38

present as themselves and never judge

19:39

themselves, this would be a world worth

19:42

living in.

19:43

And that's what I want to create.

20:10

We're back.

20:12

>> We are back from our journey around the

20:15

world.

20:16

170 plus countries and so many areas

20:20

people started using these tools and I

20:23

think Katarina we do have some of those

20:27

numbers available um where can you find

20:30

a bars facilitator um and how many are

20:33

there around the world

20:36

>> well I mean if you talk about bars

20:39

facilitators there's like nearly 14,000

20:43

bars facilit or bars practitioners ers

20:45

no bars facilitators. I think it's like

20:48

14,000 bars facilitators. But the number

20:50

that got me so excited is that if we

20:53

look at how many people who are a bars

20:55

practitioner, which means that you've

20:56

taken a bars class at any time, there's

21:00

nearly 750,000

21:03

people all around the world that has

21:05

taken a bars class that actually can run

21:08

bars. You know, who knows how many times

21:10

they've done it, but they have. Talking

21:13

about taking a basket, how long does it

21:15

take to learn how to give a session? Can

21:18

you just give a very short recap? How

21:21

how do you learn to run bars?

21:24

>> Well, to learn I mean the bars class is

21:26

one day, one single day and you get to

21:29

run bars twice and you get to receive

21:31

bars twice during that day and then you

21:33

become a bars practitioner. Not a a

21:36

facilitator is one who can teach that

21:37

class and you can become that too. But

21:40

if we start with just becoming a bars

21:42

practitioner, just knowing how to run

21:44

bars, you're able to swap with anyone

21:46

all around the world. And a session

21:49

takes around 45 minutes an hour, I would

21:53

say. And it can be shorter if you don't

21:55

have time. Half an hour bars or 20

21:57

minute bars is better than no bars. So,

22:01

so that's it's so easy. One single day.

22:06

And we actually have you can take these

22:08

classes in person all around the world

22:10

with those one of those 14,000 bars

22:12

facilitators, but you can also take this

22:14

class online. You can you can actually

22:16

sign up with a partner and you can learn

22:18

to run bars online. And we have a class

22:21

coming up in the beginning of June with

22:23

Dr. Dne here or you can take, you know,

22:26

you can find somebody in your area. You

22:28

know, it's just like one single day to

22:31

give yourself and your body to learn how

22:33

to run bars. So once you learned how to

22:36

run bars um and be become a bars

22:39

practitioners, what are the

22:41

possibilities for you? What what can you

22:43

do with the ability to run bars? What

22:45

are the areas that people use it in?

22:50

>> Well, you can use it in in all kinds of

22:52

areas including, you know, run with

22:54

friends and family. But one thing that

22:55

we've been exploring the last few years

22:58

is how to bring bars into businesses,

23:00

into schools, into organizations, into

23:03

the military, bring it to different all

23:07

kinds of different areas of life here on

23:10

the planet basically. And we call it

23:13

bars in business, but that word business

23:15

really means any kind of business.

23:19

>> Well, I think we started it as bars in

23:21

business um during the COVID pandemic.

23:24

there was such a big reach out to us

23:26

because everybody was so stressed. But I

23:28

think maybe after this it's time to to

23:30

to rename it because it's goes way

23:33

beyond business. Um offering these 45 to

23:38

one hour sessions to every area in life

23:42

where people are concerned and stressed

23:44

is the greatest gift. And I think we

23:48

have another video for our guests today

23:52

where we um give them an overview of

23:54

what did they what are the possibilities

23:56

once you know um how to run bars and

24:00

give a bar session.

24:23

bars in business is a program for more

24:26

mental wellness in businesses.

24:31

The access bars is a hands-on

24:34

technique where a facilitator touches

24:37

certain points on your head and by doing

24:40

so creates this incredible

24:43

space of relaxation for your brain for

24:46

45 minutes to reload their batteries. um

24:50

to destress and to go back to work fully

24:54

recovered like a 6-hour deep sleep.

25:03

I work with Access Consciousness now and

25:05

have for quite a few years. So, I'm

25:07

lucky that it's actually already part of

25:08

my business and part of everyday life.

25:10

Before here, I worked for almost 15

25:13

years in animal welfare and different

25:16

roles working, you know, where there's

25:18

it's it was quite a stressful

25:19

environment and we didn't have anything

25:21

like that. Like, no one ever really

25:23

talked about taking care of you. And I

25:25

think bars could create

25:28

a a force of people that loved what they

25:31

did a lot more and were more productive

25:33

and more happy to get up and go to work.

25:35

It's a space opener and I think really

25:37

in the end it would just create a

25:39

happier a happier world.

25:46

I love to get my bars run cuz it helps

25:49

me focus. I have an increased sense of

25:52

vitality when other people are really

25:55

stressed. I was always performing well

25:57

because of it. For me, it just creates a

26:00

sense of like peace in my world.

26:07

So the bars in business is so much about

26:09

creating more ease in in the workforce

26:12

but not just in the workforce in your

26:14

life. Um I mean I wrote a book called

26:18

Joy of Business. So for me it's like

26:20

your whole entire life is your business

26:21

and your business is your life. Like I

26:23

always say if you wake up in the morning

26:25

and you have blood running through your

26:27

veins you're in business because how are

26:29

you choosing your life? So for me,

26:32

instituting bars into your life on a

26:34

regular basis is such a contribution.

26:43

Now I've been using bars for about 15 16

26:46

years and ultimately it just creates so

26:50

much more relaxation and focus and peace

26:53

in my world. And I see it as such a

26:55

valuable tool and technique, you know,

26:57

when you're like trying to solve a

26:59

problem or dealing with high stress

27:01

situations.

27:02

Um, sometimes you just need to step away

27:05

for a moment and gain some perspective

27:07

and relax a little bit. And then when

27:09

you approach the situation with a bit

27:11

more vitality and a bit more

27:14

perspective, bars is invaluable in those

27:17

cases.

27:21

Happy people make for a happier world

27:23

and I would just invite everyone to look

27:26

at how we can have more happy people in

27:28

the world and bars in business is

27:30

definitely one of those.

27:32

>> Helps me reset. Um you don't have like

27:35

the highs and lows emotionally that you

27:38

would typically get without getting my

27:40

bars run. So I notice it right away. Um

27:44

and it really helps me with a lot of

27:47

things in my life outside of that. You

27:49

don't have to be miserable. You know,

27:50

just because you're in business doesn't

27:52

mean that you have to be unhappy. You

27:53

can literally choose joy in business.

27:57

>> It's like I have the helicopter view of

28:00

what's going on within the business

28:02

rather than getting lost in the woods.

28:04

And bars absolutely

28:06

contributes to that.

28:08

>> Excess bars is a very unique

28:12

method. Try it out. Give it a try. 45

28:15

minutes and you will know.

28:24

And we're actually going to continue on

28:27

this theme. We're going to have one of

28:29

the beautiful men in the video with a

28:31

beard, Sean, and our beautiful host

28:34

here, David, are going to do a little

28:37

conversation right now about athletes

28:40

and bars. And here he is, Sean. Welcome.

28:44

>> Hello. Hello.

28:46

Good morning. Good early morning, Sean.

28:49

Thank you so much for joining us in the

28:54

US time. So here um and thank you. We

28:58

just saw you in the video beautifully

29:00

explaining what a bar session actually

29:02

does for stressed people in an office

29:05

environment. But the reason why are you

29:08

our guest today is probably not the

29:11

business world because you were brave

29:13

enough to take access even further to an

29:17

area where you actually don't want to

29:19

relax and sleep and kind of recover. You

29:22

want to go into the peak performance and

29:25

perform as faster and quicker and better

29:28

than ever before. You are the one who is

29:32

leading bars for athletes. So,

29:37

how can you use a method that relaxes

29:39

you when you actually want to pump

29:40

yourself up to to win the Olympics?

29:44

>> Exactly.

29:46

>> It is uh it's counterintuitive to most

29:49

athletes. I would say for them it's

29:51

about force and it's about performance,

29:54

right? And how do you how does bars tie

29:56

into that? Well, it has been a really

30:00

fun journey and it's been a team of

30:02

people that have been involved,

30:05

>> not just me, but

30:07

>> yeah, we have seen some remarkable

30:08

results from some of the athletes. I

30:10

mean, in the last So, we did the um a

30:14

big CrossFit event called the Argentina

30:16

throwdown back in December where we

30:19

looked at 60 or we ran bars on over 60

30:22

different athletes and we actually did

30:25

some studies. uh the the person down

30:28

there that helps us out, her name is

30:30

Adriana

30:31

and she's the one bringing us in and did

30:34

the studies, right? And what was

30:36

interesting at the beginning of like

30:38

this was during the event or right

30:41

before uh we looked at things like

30:44

perceived level of stress in the moment

30:46

where 71% of the athletes were

30:49

experienced extreme stress and after

30:53

their 20 or 30 minute bar session that

30:56

was they were 81%

30:58

came back and said that they had

31:00

perceived very little. Um anxiety is

31:04

obviously a big thing for athletes as

31:06

they get prepared for their competition

31:09

and before it was 86% were extreme and

31:12

after it was 95% reported low or no

31:16

stress. So, it's helping these not only

31:19

helping these athletes from a a stress

31:23

level that they experienced before or

31:25

during competition, but we also looked

31:27

at physical f fatigue where 67% had

31:32

reported extreme fatigue and after only

31:35

20 to 30 minutes, 71% reported low, 29%

31:40

reported moderate. So, not only is it

31:43

helping with the anxiety, but also from

31:44

the fatigue aspect of the performance.

31:47

Um, we saw some really cool results

31:49

there, too. So, it's amazing what it

31:52

does.

31:53

>> Well, we have Adriana as our guest later

31:57

on here as well to share her her

31:58

experience.

31:59

>> Oh, cool.

32:00

>> What I'm curious, I think this was not a

32:02

one-off event. You're already planning

32:04

another participation. What What is

32:07

coming up for

32:10

where is it?

32:11

So, this will be in Florianopoulos,

32:14

Brazil. It's called the Copaser 2026.

32:19

It is the semifinal for these CrossFit

32:22

athletes. Um, we'll have over 200

32:25

athletes there, uh, 15,000 spectators.

32:29

It's in a massive facility there, and

32:32

that is May 1st through May 3rd.

32:38

So you are going to are you going to run

32:41

bars there? Are you are you part of the

32:43

team? How how did you manage to bring a

32:45

modality like access bars into the

32:47

organization and how do you how do you

32:50

set it up during the event?

32:52

>> That's a great question and again you're

32:54

going to talk with Adriana. She's the

32:56

one who is helping it like she is our

32:59

biggest advocate and has rolled out the

33:02

red carpet for this event. Um, so we're

33:05

doing a couple things and the first

33:07

thing we're doing is one of Gary's

33:10

requests was be, you know, it's great to

33:12

do it during, you know, run bars during

33:15

the event, but what if we could get a

33:17

few athletes to come in before and see,

33:21

you know, people who are might be

33:23

struggling or just not in peak

33:25

performance at the moment. Um, and so we

33:28

put out an email, Adri did, and within

33:31

like within one day, we had over 16

33:34

athletes reply wanting to get a bar

33:37

session. So, we'll have sessions going

33:39

before and we'll do surveys for them.

33:42

Uh, and then during the event, we will

33:45

have right outside of the competition

33:48

floor. Uh, and these are like extreme

33:51

athletes. If you don't know anything

33:52

about CrossFit, look at it. It's it's a

33:55

professional level sport and it's

33:57

growing. Um, so right off the

33:59

competition floor, we'll have a bunch of

34:02

beds where athletes can go straight from

34:04

competition and get their bars run. We

34:06

do 20 30 minute sessions. We'll have

34:09

booths around uh the the facility. It's

34:13

massive. Um, where just regular

34:16

spectators can go and get a free trade.

34:19

And then we've got some really cool

34:22

things happening during it where we have

34:25

Ricky Williams who is a professional

34:28

athlete, former Heisman Trophy winner.

34:31

He is going down to uh do a speech on

34:35

the second day, which is May 2nd at 7:30

34:38

p.m. um to talk to everyone about not

34:42

only bars but access tools. And then on

34:46

the last day, which is May 3, um we are

34:50

a a friend of mine, Danny and myself, we

34:53

are having a a bars class in the

34:56

auditorium where Ricky would speak as

34:58

well. And 700 people can sit in that

35:00

auditorium. So, we're looking forward to

35:03

a really big turnout. But that's kind of

35:06

the schedule and everything we got going

35:07

on.

35:08

>> That sounds amazing. You mentioned that

35:10

Adriana was the one initiating it. So as

35:12

as we have thousands of people listening

35:15

to us, what if there is another Adriana

35:17

who probably is a professional football

35:20

player, uh baseball player, you name it.

35:24

H how would they um get started with

35:28

their own project with Bath and

35:29

Athletes? Um do they reach out to you?

35:32

What what would you suggest for people

35:34

who want to copy what Adriana did? Can

35:38

they that does the

35:39

>> they can if they go to the we we're

35:41

working on the website for bars for

35:43

athletes at the moment but they can go

35:45

to bars and business and we've got a

35:47

landing page there. you can reach out to

35:49

myself or Megan or David, you know, you

35:53

can bring him and we can get everything

35:56

and help you get everything set up from

36:00

social, from um, you know, points of

36:03

contact to other bars practitioners in

36:06

your area that you can have come and

36:08

help. We have so many resources and

36:11

David, you've just been awesome with

36:13

bars and business and getting all of

36:14

that aligned. It just makes all of our

36:16

life easier. So, yes, we can definitely

36:19

help if there's anyone out there who's

36:21

got some really cool events they'd like

36:22

us to be a part of as it comes to

36:24

athletes.

36:25

>> So, you mentioned a new website, Bar for

36:28

Athletes. When when can we hope to get a

36:30

first uh sneak peek?

36:32

>> We probably within the next month.

36:36

>> Wonderful.

36:37

>> Yeah. Last question, Sean, before we

36:40

directly go to interview with to the

36:42

interview with with Adriana. um a lot of

36:45

um professional athletes, I mean you

36:48

know football clubs, um hockey clubs,

36:51

they have their own private doctors and

36:53

they're all very much interested in in

36:55

research. Is there research going on

36:58

especially for um increasing your

37:01

performance with excess bars or is that

37:04

something that hasn't started yet?

37:06

>> Uh that's in motion. So, at all of the,

37:09

you know, the two events, the one that

37:10

we have come or the one that we've done

37:12

with the Argentina throwdown and then

37:14

the Copasaur,

37:16

we'll have, we're doing kind of our own

37:18

research at the moment. It's it's not

37:20

this reality's research of a medical

37:23

doctor doing it, but as the athletes get

37:26

their get their sessions, um, we're

37:29

talking to them before. We've got a

37:31

whole list of questions that we asked

37:33

before. What were the results after? So

37:35

that's been the majority of our research

37:37

so far um for the bars for athletes

37:40

side, but we have some other stuff in

37:41

the works.

37:43

>> So there's a lot in the works. Sean,

37:45

thank you so much for for making us

37:47

appetite for more. I will definitely be

37:49

watching out for the website and poking

37:52

you to get it up and running. Um, and I

37:55

hope also that you will come back from

37:58

Floronopoulos from the Copasur uh event

38:00

with lots of more updates and

38:04

information. Sean, thank you so much for

38:07

joining me here. Um, and as we uh just

38:10

spoke so much about Adriana,

38:13

the lady who literally initiated that

38:17

access bars can actually start this

38:19

direction. um was interviewed by

38:22

Katarina Valentine and I think well

38:24

let's just listen now to what Adriana

38:27

has to share with us about bars for

38:30

years.

38:30

>> So joining me now is Adriana and she has

38:34

been redefining what the human body is

38:36

capable of doing after 40 years old. She

38:39

is a former professional athlete, a

38:41

coach and currently the event director

38:44

for Copas which is the Latin American

38:46

CrossFit Games semi-final. And in 2025,

38:50

she bridged the gap between elite

38:53

competition and alternative recovery by

38:56

introducing access bars to hundreds of

38:59

athletes and thousands of spectators

39:01

across Brazil and Argentina. So today or

39:05

right now, we'll be exploring how the

39:08

bars could be like a secret weapon for

39:10

faster regeneration, injury prevention,

39:13

and mental focus for athletes. So,

39:16

welcome Adriana.

39:18

Thank you so much, Cat, for this

39:20

introduction. Yes, I did it.

39:25

>> You did. Well, so let's start with you.

39:27

Like, how did how did bars contribute or

39:31

change the way you be with your body and

39:33

how you be with the athletic parts of

39:36

your body?

39:38

>> Wow, that was a huge difference in my

39:41

life. This was I was in the pre-season.

39:46

What week? this season competition

39:48

season starts. I was preparing myself

39:52

and as athlete we are always asking for

39:56

something new. We are always making

39:59

questions asking

40:01

what can help me recover better. You

40:04

know we are seeking for something as

40:08

athlete. I was actually I will speak for

40:11

myself. I was always seeking for

40:14

something to help me to recover better

40:16

to sleep better. And one day access bars

40:20

came true by

40:24

the people the person that was a friend

40:27

of mine. She's a really good friend of

40:29

mine. She invite me to make part of

40:32

conversation with women's conversations.

40:35

And in that moment, someone between this

40:40

group of women's she told she was

40:44

talking about bars and my body says that

40:50

you know when your body just say

40:52

something for you. What is that access

40:54

bars?

40:55

>> Yeah.

40:55

>> And she just give me some a little

40:58

explanation. You must to find someone

41:00

close to you to run the bars and blah

41:02

blah blah. My body just say to me go

41:06

there you know and

41:09

wow was a game change literally

41:13

literally talking about game was a game

41:16

change for me. I was uh preparing myself

41:20

for the competition season and my body

41:23

just was doing great completely

41:27

different from another another moment of

41:30

my life and I just realized that okay

41:35

the only thing I am doing different is

41:37

bars I will keep doing this and after

41:40

competition season I will make more

41:43

researches about it

41:46

simple

41:49

That's amazing. So, so

41:52

just like so when you then were working

41:54

with the CrossFit semi-final and you had

41:57

you put these elite, you know, athletes

42:00

on the table, how was it like how was

42:04

that for them? What was their reaction

42:06

when they got this process run for the

42:09

first time? And how long was it? How did

42:12

you, you know, how did you do it? How

42:13

did you introduce it to the athletes?

42:16

I invite them to join for the first time

42:19

at the copasur as venture actor. I

42:22

invite them to join us for this uh

42:27

recovery tool. H just telling them look

42:32

you go lie down someone will touch your

42:35

head and you just recover better. You

42:39

will sleep better this night. H for the

42:42

compassur I asked them okay if you have

42:46

done all your competitions during the

42:49

day you can come here later and get a

42:52

longer session but if you have a

42:56

competition to do during the day if you

42:59

are in between competitions

43:02

you can join us to have a 20 minutes 30

43:05

minute session and that was amazing they

43:10

were so surprised

43:12

when they were talking talking with me

43:16

after that they just was wow what is

43:20

that I like so much I'm feeling

43:26

full recovery I'm ready to go for the

43:29

competition floor again and crash

43:32

was amazing was beautiful it was like

43:35

this they were excited

43:38

>> well then in Argentina I think you also

43:41

did a survey, right? In in addition to

43:44

actually providing or offering bars, you

43:46

did a survey. So, what did that survey

43:48

show? What did you find when you were

43:50

asking questions about sleep and

43:52

recovery?

43:54

>> Wow. The results, we are not looking for

43:58

results, I know, but the results of the

44:01

survey was amazing. cat.

44:05

They show me what I

44:09

what I was perceiving since first time I

44:12

get my bars are and the survey showed me

44:16

of okay this is amazing tool for

44:19

everybody in this part world because the

44:23

result was amazing. They was feeling

44:27

much less anxiety

44:30

after bars, more focus.

44:34

The mental clarity was very high after

44:38

bars and even their bodies

44:42

was perceiving the the

44:45

recovery effects of the bars the

44:48

session.

44:50

All of them were surprised. And one one

44:53

thing, one piece here for me was huge

44:57

>> in Argentina.

44:59

I made it

45:01

in the in the competition environment,

45:04

you know, was two floor and the the the

45:10

floor zero, let's say, was the

45:12

competition floor and the first floor

45:15

here in open area was a public area for

45:19

everybody watch the athletes there. I

45:23

build this place for them there. So was

45:27

in their environment with very loud

45:32

music, a lot people going through

45:35

everywhere. And even in this

45:38

environment, the athletes go in the

45:41

table and they shut down.

45:46

They might just get calmer calmer

45:49

calmer. Some of them told me after I I I

45:54

slept during the session was amazing was

45:58

beautiful and they were very well

46:03

recovered and perceiving their body

46:06

ready to go again. This was awesome.

46:11

>> That's amazing. That's truly so amazing

46:13

also in that environment and also the

46:16

sessions were not that long, right? Is

46:18

that correct? like 15 20 minutes

46:21

>> maximum 30 was between 20 to 30. So in

46:27

Argentina

46:29

>> when I when I build the the questionary

46:32

I was

46:34

perceiving my body asking to my body

46:37

what questions should I ask them and how

46:42

long this session

46:45

uh must take. I was following my body. I

46:49

make questions and I perceive yes and

46:52

no. Go here,

46:54

>> go there. This is the maximum. And I got

46:58

it. Okay. It's maximum for these

47:01

athletes is 30 minutes because they are

47:03

in competition. They have a more event

47:06

to do after. If they their day is done,

47:10

that's okay. get it longer but if not

47:14

math with 30 minutes and was amazing.

47:19

>> You also talked about um

47:23

connecting energetically with like

47:25

equipment like barbells and this is so

47:29

fascinating. How does that mental

47:31

energetic connection lead to more

47:34

effective training?

47:37

I'm so grateful for access consciousness

47:40

to to open the new door, a new way, a

47:45

new universe of possibilities for me and

47:49

every single day is the same. Today I

47:52

did exactly exactly what you are talking

47:56

about now. I did in my morning session

47:58

today was a huge session, heavy session

48:01

with heavy weights and gymnastic skills

48:05

uh movements

48:07

and I was in alone at the the the this

48:11

place where I were were training the

48:13

crossfit gym completely alone 6:00 a.m.

48:17

in the morning and I was connecting

48:20

myself with all the equipments,

48:26

>> everything there and I I just asked my

48:30

body body lower my barriers and I asked

48:33

my body to

48:35

to my being to expand out and perceive

48:41

the energy of the equipment

48:45

and I I get it before I lift from the

48:50

floor

48:52

125 kilos in the barbell today.

48:57

I was perceiving the plates,

49:01

the bar and very fast. This is not long.

49:05

I was there. I just opened my arms and I

49:09

perceive the equipment

49:11

and I I perceive in my body that's okay.

49:15

Go there. Lift it. You are good. This is

49:20

okay for you. You know, it's funny. And

49:24

yes, I I I do this.

49:28

This is this

49:31

ability. Everybody has it is for free

49:36

>> and this is a prevention.

49:40

>> And I'm talking with my colleagues and

49:43

with

49:45

some athletes that I can this is for

49:48

free and this can prevent injuries.

49:51

So you can ask you are allowed to ask

49:57

>> you don't need to pay to for ask them to

50:00

contribute with you and to let your body

50:03

know if this weight is good for your

50:05

body if it not

50:09

>> and when I I you know when I perceive

50:12

something

50:14

I ask questions. This is mine.

50:17

>> This is not mine.

50:20

Who does it belong to?

50:22

And I perceive this is is with me or I

50:27

am picking up something someone else

50:30

thought you know about what's going on.

50:34

>> And this is gold for us athletes. This

50:37

is gold, you know. We can

50:40

>> it's like working with your body.

50:44

in deep connection with the body and

50:47

also

50:49

aware

50:51

aware about what's going on here.

50:54

>> I am I'm going to the competition floor

50:57

after years. I qualified for the

51:01

semi-final for the CrossFit games in my

51:03

age category. I got the spot. So, I'm so

51:06

happy with this and I will be competing

51:10

in the official competition, a big

51:13

competition in June

51:16

and I know that will be in Colombia in

51:21

Medlin Colombia in June. So I'm I'm

51:25

preparing already my body to be high

51:28

aware what is going on around me and

51:33

bars allows me to be deeply connected

51:38

with my body and the same time aware

51:42

about what's going on around me. I'm

51:45

here in my lane to do my movements to

51:49

beat them you know and in the same time

51:52

I am working to do this connect with the

51:55

equipment and aware who is coming here

51:59

who is passing faster than me you know

52:03

and and in the same time completely

52:08

focused

52:10

focus where with what I am

52:15

Wow. And I cannot express my gratitude

52:19

for access because of my athletes

52:22

carrier Kahir and my

52:25

my joy

52:27

the joy to be athlete and to do workout

52:32

and to move in my body and not with more

52:37

the talks. No pain no gain. No pain no

52:40

gain. No, it's not mine. Who does this

52:43

belong to? You know, for me, it's just

52:46

joy and fun and yeah, enjoying my life.

52:51

This is amazing.

52:54

>> Wow, that is so beautiful. We could go

52:57

on exploring forever and we're going to

52:58

have to round it up and I just That was

53:00

such a good place to end on. Thank you

53:03

so much for coming on and for really

53:05

inviting people to start using bars to

53:08

get in that deep communion with their

53:11

bodies and actually start having a

53:14

conversation with their bodies. Thank

53:16

you so much, Adriana.

53:18

>> Thank you so much, Kat, for your time.

53:20

Thank you so much.

53:24

>> Okay, we're back a little quickly. I

53:27

just want to take a moment and take you

53:30

further on because now we're going to go

53:32

to Asia. We're going to have an

53:33

interview where David talks about how

53:36

you can bring bars also to hospitals and

53:40

even just specifically for doctors. And

53:43

right after that, we're just going to

53:46

take a moment like five minutes and just

53:49

be with how bars are all over the world.

53:53

So, first to Asia and then a little

53:55

worldwide tour.

53:58

And today now I have the great honor to

54:02

interview my amazing friend Ryan T who

54:05

is originally from Malaysia. Uh started

54:09

his f first bar session. I think it was

54:12

over 15 years ago and has since then

54:16

explored and I want to say conquered the

54:19

Asian world um with his bars classes

54:24

creating miracles in the in the entire

54:27

Australian

54:28

uh area. Welcome Ryan. Thank you so much

54:31

for being on today.

54:34

>> Hello David. Thank you for that. Um and

54:38

hi everyone.

54:40

So Ryan um always goes into the beyond.

54:44

Um and what what I love about him that

54:48

whenever people go this is too

54:50

difficult, this is not possible. This is

54:52

where he starts and what he did for exis

54:55

bars um he actually facilitated an

54:59

entire bar class for more than 10

55:03

medical doctors. one area that a lot of

55:07

people um have difficulties with because

55:10

they always think that doctors don't

55:12

believe in energy. So Ryan, you made the

55:16

impossible possible. You facilitated a

55:19

class only for doctors. Um can you just

55:22

share how how did this come along that

55:26

you had 10 doctors asking you to give

55:30

them a math class?

55:32

Well, um I know them for about two

55:37

years. So, started about two years ago,

55:40

I started to attend some trainings about

55:43

body work and so that's where those

55:47

doctors uh they knew me and I I would

55:51

say one thing is um they don't try to

55:54

sell access bars. They don't try to sell

55:57

consciousness. So I was never even for

56:00

once like telling telling them that hey

56:02

this is what you should do you know but

56:04

because uh people might see that as like

56:06

you are like trying to show them you are

56:09

much greater and then they also maybe

56:11

from their side maybe they also think

56:13

that oh whatever I'm doing this is the

56:15

best you know so don't sell it don't

56:18

sell access like Gary said that you

56:19

cannot sell access you can also you can

56:22

only invite people to more possibilities

56:25

and how do you invite uh just by what

56:28

you be. So what do I mean by that? Uh so

56:30

after they knew me for one year plus

56:34

then they started to have some

56:37

curiosities about what I was doing. So

56:41

they asked me and I show them what they

56:45

could receive. Okay? Don't show people

56:48

everything just because they ask you one

56:50

simple question like what do you do and

56:51

then you start telling them like all the

56:53

stories for two hours. And so and then

56:56

they also saw that um like because

56:59

sometimes I I was like um helping them

57:03

with a with a few things like let's say

57:05

they're like oh I I think I'm I'm having

57:07

some pain or something and they're like

57:09

okay let me try something with you and

57:11

then they're like oh that's amazing and

57:13

again I still didn't sell them anything.

57:16

I'm like oh yeah so that's it. And then

57:19

uh and then finally they asked me like

57:21

hey we really want to learn this from

57:23

you and some of them they have already

57:24

heard about access bus from other places

57:27

but they didn't get the chance to learn

57:29

or maybe they the timing was just not

57:31

right for them because they are very

57:33

busy and well universe has its own sense

57:38

of timing and it's so u that day I just

57:43

cancel a class uh in Taiwan and about 1

57:48

hour later. So they asked me like, "Hey,

57:50

we want to learn from you. When do you

57:52

have a class?" I'm like, "Um, I just can

57:54

a class." So I have, they just became

57:57

available. And then they're like, "Yes,

57:59

yes, yes, we want that." So that's how

58:02

it got created. That's how it got

58:03

started.

58:06

So

58:07

a year and a half, almost two years of

58:10

of engaging and being present with with

58:13

them. And what I love about you, right,

58:14

you you really had uh the patience

58:18

um to wait until they ask. And of course

58:22

um there was this one day that you were

58:24

available and then everybody said,

58:25

"Okay, we will make it." Um so when you

58:28

started that bar class, what was

58:30

different? Was it different than a

58:32

normal bar class? Um how did you how did

58:36

you get to work with just with with just

58:38

doctors in the room?

58:41

Um honestly before I started that class

58:44

I had a lot of like all kind of thoughts

58:47

like h what is it that they can hear

58:50

they cannot hear what is it that they

58:52

want. So I intentionally uh made that

58:56

class all about only for them so that we

58:59

can talk about like how to use uh access

59:03

to help themselves to contribute to

59:05

their own lives and also to their

59:07

clients if that's what they choose to do

59:09

and if that's what their clients can

59:11

receive.

59:13

Uh so that's the intention for that

59:15

class and it turned out that that class

59:19

it was very easy very simple um and I I

59:23

I would even say that they receive bars

59:27

and also that class very very well it's

59:30

like one of the bars classes that I have

59:32

facilitated that

59:34

it was the most wellreceived so I was

59:37

shocked I was surprised and of course I

59:39

was very happy about that

59:41

>> and you told One very funny thing you

59:44

mentioned that they had difficulty

59:46

finding the points.

59:49

How did you resolve that?

59:51

>> Well, it's it's not that um they had

59:54

difficulties in finding the points. Um

59:58

it's more like some of them they are not

1:00:00

so used to this energy work. So yes,

1:00:04

they they found the points they they

1:00:06

they know they knew like where to put

1:00:08

the fingers their fingers but um it's

1:00:12

like some of them they're like just like

1:00:13

many other people like at first we like

1:00:15

oh I'm not so sure if I'm having my

1:00:17

fingers at the right place like I

1:00:19

couldn't feel energy but it's not that

1:00:21

they couldn't feel energy. I mean, some

1:00:23

of them they felt it right away and some

1:00:25

of them they I could sense that they

1:00:28

actually felt it but they're like um I'm

1:00:31

not so sure like if this is uh the

1:00:34

correct way of feeling the energy. Um so

1:00:37

I have to use their language. So I ask

1:00:40

them like okay so like if by having

1:00:42

let's say having your fingers here

1:00:46

like how do you feel? What do you feel?

1:00:48

And then so if you just tell them about

1:00:51

the lightness, the heaviness, that might

1:00:53

not be their language. But so I asked

1:00:55

them like, "Okay, what do you feel

1:00:57

here?" And it was funny. One of the

1:00:59

doctors, he described it this way like,

1:01:01

"Oh yeah, it's like I'm touching a dead

1:01:03

body if there's no energy."

1:01:06

And it's like I'm touching someone

1:01:08

that's alive if I feel the energy. But

1:01:10

great. So you do feel but you use a very

1:01:13

different language in your mind and yeah

1:01:16

to to understand that so like okay so go

1:01:19

with that so I didn't insist oh yeah you

1:01:22

must feel the energy the tingling

1:01:25

sensation no I didn't do that

1:01:28

>> wonderful so after the pastas did you

1:01:30

get did you get any feedback from the

1:01:32

doctors are they using it or how are

1:01:34

they using it have you have you kept up

1:01:36

with them

1:01:38

>> um so at the in as you remember at the

1:01:40

end of that day uh they a few of them

1:01:43

they say like wow this is like a very

1:01:45

relaxing day like I can imagine normally

1:01:47

they might be very very stressed um so

1:01:51

they're like wow we we should do this

1:01:53

more

1:01:54

and then I didn't really keep up with

1:01:57

all of them but I heard from them like

1:01:59

some of them from time to time or maybe

1:02:01

I saw their uh social media platform and

1:02:05

I saw that what they were doing and some

1:02:07

of them they really use

1:02:10

what they learned from the bus class,

1:02:12

not just the bus itself, you know,

1:02:14

because now in the access one day access

1:02:17

one day class, we have so many tools to

1:02:20

deal with many many things and those

1:02:23

that they use it. Yeah. Um they have

1:02:25

good result. So once again, I'm very

1:02:28

happy about that.

1:02:30

>> Wonderful. Ryan, thank you so much for

1:02:32

opening up that gateway. hospitals,

1:02:35

doctors. It's considered the most

1:02:37

difficult area to get in to get in. But

1:02:40

thank you for proving all of us wrong.

1:02:43

And I'm sure if anyone out there has

1:02:46

questions, ideas, or

1:02:48

friends in hospital, you would be the

1:02:51

go-to person to get inspired how to even

1:02:55

invite medical doctors to something cold

1:03:00

energy, which we all know it isn't. So,

1:03:03

thank you so much, Ryan, for going

1:03:05

there. Thank you so much for taking one

1:03:08

for the team. And please, please keep

1:03:11

going and keep being the gift that you

1:03:15

are using access bars in your daily

1:03:18

work. Thank you so much, Ryan.

1:03:21

>> Thank you, David. Thank you, everyone.

1:04:05

Heat. Heat.

1:04:40

Well, This was a little sneak peek on

1:04:44

where else Access Bar sessions are

1:04:48

possible. Um, and I want to take this

1:04:50

opportunity to say thank you to everyone

1:04:53

out there who is actually taking access

1:04:57

to all those areas um where other people

1:05:00

might consider it difficult. And one

1:05:04

person that I'm actually very very

1:05:06

honored uh to present to all of you

1:05:08

today is Vanessa Carlo who is using

1:05:14

access bars also in medical uh medical

1:05:19

area. She has

1:05:22

started offering this technique to her

1:05:25

recovery programs. Um before I get the

1:05:30

honor to interview Vanessa here, we have

1:05:33

prepared a little video of the brilliant

1:05:37

and amazing work she has done.

1:05:50

Hello everyone. I am Vanessa from

1:05:53

Phoenix, Arizona. I am an Access Bars

1:05:56

facilitator. I've been spreading the bar

1:05:58

since 2019 and I am really grateful to

1:06:02

have recently been bringing the bars to

1:06:05

addiction recovery centers and opening

1:06:08

all the possibilities and so I am very

1:06:11

enthused and excited to share with you

1:06:13

all some of the stories from them of

1:06:16

possibilities and change that it has

1:06:18

created. What else is possible and how

1:06:20

does it get better than this? Hello, my

1:06:22

name is Lely and I just wanted to check

1:06:24

in with you guys to let you know how

1:06:25

Access Bars has impacted my life in my

1:06:28

recovery. In the beginning of recovery,

1:06:30

I was very had a lot of anxiety and I

1:06:32

couldn't handle my stress or manage a

1:06:34

lot of things that were coming at me on

1:06:35

a daily basis. And Access Bars has

1:06:38

helped me to calm down. It's gotten me

1:06:39

to get in touch with my creative side.

1:06:42

It's opened up areas of my life that

1:06:44

have allowed me to be at peace. And I

1:06:46

would recommend Access Bars to anybody

1:06:48

that is struggling in recovery or needs

1:06:50

a way to relax from anxiety and stress.

1:06:53

>> I just wanted to say that I am usually

1:06:55

100% resistant to anything holistic. I

1:06:57

kind of always thought it was like

1:06:58

hippie stuff. I never believed it could

1:07:00

do any good. What good is having someone

1:07:02

touch points on my head going to do for

1:07:04

me? Having said that, I've had multiple

1:07:07

sessions of access bars done with

1:07:09

Vanessa, and I am a believer. It I

1:07:12

instantly feel a difference afterwards.

1:07:14

The tightness in my chest is gone and my

1:07:17

uh anxiety is at a very low point.

1:07:21

>> Hi, my name is Jason Hathaway and this

1:07:24

video is about my experience with this

1:07:27

therapy

1:07:28

exercise called the bars. My experience

1:07:31

with the bars was pretty

1:07:34

pretty life-changing. I'm always

1:07:37

annoyed, stressed. I move around a lot

1:07:42

and after experiencing bars, it calmed

1:07:44

me down and I was able to think.

1:07:46

>> Access bars are amazing. It changed my

1:07:50

brain. This recovery healing practice. I

1:07:54

needed a new energy, a new restart, a

1:07:56

new reboot. And Access Bars was my

1:08:00

reboot. It helped calm me. It gave me

1:08:03

true electric energy that I needed. Hi,

1:08:08

I'm Michael and today I'm going to be

1:08:10

sharing with you guys about something I

1:08:12

just recently learned about. It's called

1:08:14

the access bars and it's actually really

1:08:16

helpful in my recovery. It's been very

1:08:18

common. It's almost like meditation and

1:08:21

I really think it's something that you

1:08:23

should check out. I would say it's

1:08:24

similar to acupuncture. And if you're

1:08:27

into natural holistic teachings and in

1:08:30

recovery, it's very beneficial that you

1:08:34

will try it and that you enjoy my little

1:08:38

Torres. Thank you for giving me this

1:08:39

platform to share my story. For me, I

1:08:42

met Vanessa

1:08:44

and she started performing her therapy

1:08:47

of bars every week. And as she continued

1:08:52

doing it, I started to feel peace. I

1:08:55

started seeing the anxiety that I was

1:08:58

having go away. And I started feeling

1:09:01

better uh to the point where I was able

1:09:04

to get the strength to be able to

1:09:07

overcome

1:09:08

uh my dependence.

1:09:09

>> My name is Daniel. I just wanted to give

1:09:11

you guys a little rundown of my

1:09:13

experience of access bars. I actually

1:09:16

had been dealing with some depression,

1:09:18

anxiety. I can tell you that just the

1:09:21

the whole experience itself really it it

1:09:24

it really helped me push through a lot

1:09:27

of those things that were troubling me.

1:09:28

I don't have anxiety anymore. My

1:09:31

depression is gone. I feel amazing. Just

1:09:34

give it a chance, you know. Give it give

1:09:37

it a shot and uh I promise you, you

1:09:39

won't regret it.

1:09:40

>> Hi, my name is Sammy. Uh I use Access

1:09:43

Bars all the time. I've been using it

1:09:45

for about a year now. I use it to help

1:09:46

reduce stress. I use it for anxiety. I

1:09:48

use it for my depression. It's pretty

1:09:50

much my go-to anytime I need to ground

1:09:51

myself and regulate my emotions. I would

1:09:54

definitely recommend it for anybody

1:09:55

who's in recovery, especially addiction

1:09:57

recovery. It helps so much with the

1:10:00

day-to-day challenges that we have with

1:10:01

that. So, check it out.

1:10:14

And I now have the honor to talk to the

1:10:18

person who made these miracles possible.

1:10:22

Manessa, welcome to the bar celebration

1:10:25

day. Thank you so much for joining me

1:10:28

today.

1:10:28

>> Thank you for having me, David. It's an

1:10:31

honor in return.

1:10:33

Vanessa, seeing this, when I first saw

1:10:36

this video, I was I was there were so

1:10:39

many ways that that that surprised me

1:10:40

with what you did. And I know um I

1:10:43

received backend messages that I only

1:10:45

have 10 minutes with you because I could

1:10:47

literally go on with you forever. Um you

1:10:51

broke so many um areas open that, um I

1:10:54

would say as a European lawyer, I would

1:10:57

have never thought would be possible.

1:11:00

the the people you interviewed are

1:11:02

absolutely not the stereotype of people

1:11:05

who would actually believe in a

1:11:06

spiritual energy work. You using it

1:11:09

officially in recovery. Um how how did

1:11:14

you get started? How did you master

1:11:18

all these different um tasks to finally

1:11:22

go and and and run a a session on on

1:11:25

your patients? So, um I technically was

1:11:30

contracted um by by a clinic. Um and the

1:11:34

way that it began was actually because

1:11:36

of the access bars. Um I facilitated a

1:11:40

class back in 2021 where a participant

1:11:44

was an owner of uh hospice hospitals at

1:11:48

that time. Um and she was looking into

1:11:50

changing into something different. and

1:11:53

she calls me about maybe 6 months after

1:11:55

her access bars class. Um, and you know,

1:11:59

she calls me and she tells me, "You

1:12:00

remember how you told me, you know, um,

1:12:03

that you were open to collaborating and

1:12:05

to opening possibilities together." And

1:12:08

I said, "Yeah, you know, you ready? I I

1:12:10

I'm very curious what it could do in

1:12:12

hospice." And she's like, "Well, guess

1:12:14

what? I'm not doing hospice anymore.

1:12:16

I've changed into behavioral health."

1:12:18

And I'm like, "Okay, tell me more." Um,

1:12:21

and the energy was very inviting, just

1:12:23

whatever this was, because I never ever

1:12:26

in my life imagined being involved in

1:12:29

addiction recovery. And so she tells me,

1:12:32

well, I uh I'm doing behavioral health

1:12:34

and I want to open an addiction recovery

1:12:36

clinic and I wanted to have an

1:12:39

integrative, you know, holistic um

1:12:42

component to it. Um, and I'd love to see

1:12:44

what the access bars can do. And uh when

1:12:47

she when she mentioned it at the moment

1:12:49

I was living in Puerto Rico, she was in

1:12:51

Arizona. And I'm like, "You're in

1:12:54

there's so many there's so many other

1:12:55

people in in Arizona." And she's like,

1:12:57

"Nope, I feel the energy is you. It's

1:12:59

got to be you." And I said, "Okay. Uh

1:13:02

well, then let's do it." And I went

1:13:04

ahead and started with that clinic. Um

1:13:06

I'm now at my second clinic um that I

1:13:09

brought this to. Um and uh it just the

1:13:14

possibilities David uh it is more than I

1:13:16

could have ever imagined. Um so it

1:13:19

actually found me in a way

1:13:22

that's the best way to put it. Yeah.

1:13:24

>> And having you here live on this

1:13:25

interview your enthusiasm of course that

1:13:27

they only wanted you. Um we we are

1:13:31

streaming this worldwide especially here

1:13:34

you know in the old-fashioned Europe um

1:13:36

where a lot of people are are um

1:13:39

hesitant to go to areas uh in the

1:13:42

medical sector uh because they always

1:13:44

think they need studies and they need

1:13:46

proof and they need whatever scientific

1:13:49

research. Did you need any of that to

1:13:52

get started? Well, uh, to an extent, um,

1:13:56

because I've, uh, been able to at least

1:13:59

get, um, this practice out even into

1:14:02

other residential homes, um, and even

1:14:05

like I mentioned, I'm with my second

1:14:07

clinic. So, when I was, um, looking into

1:14:10

uh, you know, expanding into another

1:14:12

clinic, um, I did, you know, present it

1:14:15

in a way of it being a way to regulate

1:14:18

the nervous system, which is absolute

1:14:20

truth.

1:14:22

you know it is that and more. Um you

1:14:25

know and I present it in the way of

1:14:27

utilizing pressure points on the head.

1:14:29

Um I to put some context around it so

1:14:32

that you know people I to create

1:14:34

curiosity and to create intrigue I tell

1:14:37

people well it's uh it's very similar to

1:14:39

acupuncture without the needles just my

1:14:41

hands

1:14:43

you know where we're working with um uh

1:14:45

pressure points and that that does

1:14:48

exactly what it is. It it creates

1:14:50

curiosity. Oh, tell me more. You know,

1:14:53

and and so that's when um you know, I

1:14:55

just the chance the chance to be able to

1:14:57

to let someone try it and from there

1:15:00

they're in, you know, that's what it

1:15:04

does. Yeah.

1:15:05

>> You did offer free sessions to the

1:15:07

decision makers. Is that how you could

1:15:09

actually convince them?

1:15:11

>> Yes, that is that is one of the ways to

1:15:13

do so. And also um when I was at the

1:15:16

second clinic, some of the uh

1:15:19

participants actually had moved from the

1:15:22

clinic I was at previously and were

1:15:24

there. So uh what was helpful is during

1:15:26

my interview, they were passing by and

1:15:28

they saw me in the office and they're

1:15:30

like, "Vanessa," and then they tell the

1:15:32

owners, "You you got to bring her. She

1:15:35

does she brings some some some really

1:15:37

great stuff. You've got to bring her

1:15:38

here." So you know, the universe

1:15:41

coordinates things as such as well.

1:15:44

So that definitely helped.

1:15:47

>> You just jumped to the second burden

1:15:49

because you know presenting it uh in a

1:15:51

in a professional way and giving giving

1:15:54

um trial sessions to the decision

1:15:56

makers. That's the first step. But my

1:15:59

second question now is um how did you

1:16:02

invite the people actually receiving the

1:16:05

therapy? Because I I do get that they

1:16:07

have choice. You can't really force them

1:16:09

into you need to do this otherwise you

1:16:11

getting kicked out.

1:16:12

>> And what I saw and what I love about

1:16:14

your video Vanessa as I said before

1:16:17

these people are not typically uh they

1:16:19

don't look like typical people who are

1:16:21

into spiritual healing methods going

1:16:24

from the yoga class to yoga breathing.

1:16:26

They're like this street gang, you know.

1:16:29

>> Absolutely. Yes. How

1:16:31

>> how did you how did you invite them with

1:16:34

such a

1:16:35

you know holistic approach?

1:16:38

>> Yes.

1:16:39

>> Can you share some experience?

1:16:41

>> Um from day one to this day. Okay. From

1:16:45

day one um I always start out with

1:16:48

asking the question, what do you want to

1:16:50

create? Why are you here? What do you

1:16:52

want to create for yourself? Um and I do

1:16:55

prep them. And at this point, I already,

1:16:57

you know, I I've been doing this for a

1:16:59

year and a half. So, even participants

1:17:01

that have already been there, they prep

1:17:04

new participants and they say, "Oh, get

1:17:06

ready. This is different." Um, and

1:17:08

that's pretty much how I've presented

1:17:10

it. I I

1:17:19

>> Vanessa has

1:17:21

>> I think her her video is frozen now.

1:17:23

Let's see if she comes back. Um,

1:17:28

while we are waiting for Vanessa to come

1:17:30

back, um, can someone let me know, are

1:17:32

these videos available somewhere? I

1:17:34

mean, Vanessa's video, Vanessa's story

1:17:36

with all the people she interviews. If

1:17:38

anybody would like to use this, um,

1:17:41

where are these videos available? On

1:17:45

YouTube. Thank you so much. I have an

1:17:46

amazing

1:17:48

backend team. um it's on the bars in

1:17:51

business YouTube channel and I think if

1:17:55

you have signed up for um notifications

1:17:59

to be part of this event today um we

1:18:02

will send out a follow-up email with

1:18:05

recordings where we'll add where you can

1:18:08

find all these incredible beautiful um

1:18:11

videos that we put together. And I just

1:18:14

saw that Vanessa obviously dropped. She

1:18:16

lost her connection. Oh, here she is.

1:18:18

She is back.

1:18:23

Let's bring her back on and then let's

1:18:26

continue. She literally dropped out in

1:18:28

the most exciting moment. You know how

1:18:32

to make people curious.

1:18:34

Brilliant. Brilliant move. And we would

1:18:37

have, no, she's gone. Exactly where the

1:18:40

most important information was coming.

1:18:42

It's just

1:18:42

>> it's a reflection of the energy. All the

1:18:45

energy, all the excitement. And I love

1:18:47

it.

1:18:48

>> So we we could hear you until you said

1:18:51

well you started with the question and

1:18:54

>> yes. Yes.

1:18:55

>> From the question session.

1:18:58

>> Yes. So then from uh from there I uh I

1:19:02

just asked them you know what what do

1:19:03

you want to create? And and I was going

1:19:05

with the statistics in recovery you know

1:19:08

I remind them um you know doing the same

1:19:10

thing over and over again. You already

1:19:12

know what that's going to create. So how

1:19:14

about trying something different? And

1:19:17

that's that's where, you know, they

1:19:19

really open up and they're like, you

1:19:20

know what? Yeah, I've been doing this.

1:19:22

I've I've been this is my second program

1:19:24

or this is my third program. And so I

1:19:27

tell them, you know, let's let's explore

1:19:29

um uh something different. Let's uh

1:19:32

let's see what what that can create. Um

1:19:35

and from there, it just uh they they

1:19:37

really um open up. And really uh to be

1:19:41

completely honest as well, David, I have

1:19:44

to also practice the same tools within

1:19:46

myself. I have to ask questions. What

1:19:48

energy do I need to be? How does it need

1:19:50

to be delivered? What does this group

1:19:53

require? What does this individual

1:19:54

require? And you know, from there, um,

1:19:58

it it moves the energy and it opens

1:20:00

things up. And, um, and it it surprises

1:20:03

me just as much as you, David, when I

1:20:05

have someone covered in tattoos, big

1:20:07

muscles, nice and tough, really, really

1:20:09

macho, uh, looking at me and saying,

1:20:12

"Let's do this. Let's try it." And then

1:20:14

seeing them, you know, come off of the

1:20:16

massage table and just looking

1:20:18

completely uh, refreshed and rejuvenated

1:20:22

and and in a completely different space.

1:20:24

>> Beautiful. So, how long do you do the

1:20:26

sessions when you're when you're doing

1:20:28

it in this recovery program? Is it 1

1:20:30

hour or is it less?

1:20:32

>> So, it is um an hour including the

1:20:35

exchange. So, they each get 30 minutes

1:20:37

each is typically what we're able to do.

1:20:39

And we do them every other Friday. Um we

1:20:42

call them holistic Friday. So, we rotate

1:20:44

with different modalities. Um but the

1:20:46

access bars is something they get super

1:20:48

excited for. Um, and it it always amazes

1:20:51

me and it's one of the coolest things to

1:20:53

see, David, to see all of the chairs

1:20:55

lined up and to see all of these tough

1:20:58

individuals just engaging in this and

1:21:01

seeing them just in this beautiful space

1:21:04

um of empowerment and relief and and

1:21:07

receiving and it's just it's it's been

1:21:10

an honor. It's been a complete honor to

1:21:11

be a part of it

1:21:13

>> and it's an honor for us because another

1:21:15

thing that I want to share with our

1:21:16

audience and our guests today is that um

1:21:18

you didn't reach out hey people from

1:21:21

Basin Business I have this idea can you

1:21:22

do this for me. I mean we found out

1:21:24

about you after you have actually

1:21:26

implemented it.

1:21:29

>> So you just you you just did it with all

1:21:32

the resources you you you had available.

1:21:35

Um, I know there are hundreds of people

1:21:38

out there who have similar ideas and the

1:21:41

the the question we get asked most is,

1:21:44

"Oh god, I have this amazing idea. How

1:21:46

do I start?" Can I take that opportunity

1:21:49

to ask you if someone asked you the

1:21:52

question, how should I start? What would

1:21:55

you advise? How would you advise people

1:21:58

to to the idea

1:22:01

into actually doing it?

1:22:03

>> Yes. Well, um the greatest way that I

1:22:06

can answer that, David, um in complete

1:22:09

honesty is to ask yourself the question.

1:22:13

The person needs to ask themselves, how

1:22:15

do I need to present this? Um how do I

1:22:18

need to show up? What does this

1:22:21

particular clinic, what does this

1:22:23

particular organization need to hear?

1:22:25

How does it need to be delivered? Um

1:22:27

because when you ask the question

1:22:29

yourself, as as many participants and

1:22:31

individuals on this call know,

1:22:33

everything starts with the question. And

1:22:35

so when you utilize the question

1:22:37

yourself, then it starts opening, you

1:22:39

know, that that awareness and that

1:22:41

energy because every clinic is

1:22:43

different. Every owner is different. And

1:22:46

so every single person is going to

1:22:47

require um something different. Uh, some

1:22:50

people may need a presentation. Some

1:22:52

people may need a taster. Some people

1:22:54

may need you to just, you know, with

1:22:56

your simple enthusiasm, they're like,

1:22:58

"Whatever that is, let's try it." You

1:23:01

know, so it's you just genuinely got to

1:23:03

ask so that uh you can channel the

1:23:06

energy of what's required.

1:23:08

>> Wonderful. And I know there's also a

1:23:09

podcast interview that was done with

1:23:11

you. Um, you're you're our star now.

1:23:14

Last question. I know I'm getting

1:23:17

messages from the back end team that I'm

1:23:19

we're over time, but hey, I have you

1:23:21

here live now. Um

1:23:24

um if anybody would require some

1:23:27

assistance and help uh do you did you

1:23:30

actually do you offer sessions? Do you

1:23:31

help other people getting started in

1:23:33

this area? Is that an something you

1:23:36

already explored? Can people reach out?

1:23:37

>> Absolutely. Um I'm currently helping. A

1:23:40

shout out to Yoli in Pennsylvania. she

1:23:43

reached out to me after watching uh one

1:23:45

of the podcasts. Um and then I have

1:23:47

someone that I touched base this week

1:23:49

actually in New Mexico um that that

1:23:51

reached out to me. And so I'm I I tell

1:23:55

them, you know, whatever way I can be

1:23:57

here, whatever um way I can contribute

1:24:01

um in order to be able to spread this.

1:24:03

Um I obviously would love to see this

1:24:05

grow into lots of clinics all over the

1:24:08

United States, all over the world. Uh

1:24:11

because these individuals, David, it's

1:24:13

really important that I end with this.

1:24:15

These individuals are actually highly

1:24:18

gifted, which is why they fall into

1:24:20

addiction. No one they they they didn't

1:24:23

have anyone guiding them on their

1:24:25

wrongness actually being a strongness,

1:24:27

them actually being very gifted. And so

1:24:30

when they finally come to that awareness

1:24:32

and they finally step into that, all the

1:24:35

possibilities start opening for them. So

1:24:37

think of what is possible if we can get

1:24:40

to more people. So yes, I am definitely

1:24:43

here to contribute.

1:24:45

Thank you so much and thank you for

1:24:47

being the gift for all these people um

1:24:50

reaching out and requiring the magic and

1:24:54

the possibility of nex sessions. Vanessa

1:24:57

for going. Thank you so much. Bye bye.

1:25:00

>> Bye everybody.

1:25:03

>> So and I I hope that Katarina now jumps

1:25:05

on here in the excitement of

1:25:08

interviewing Vanessa. I I got lost. What

1:25:10

What do we have next? Katherina what

1:25:12

>> well we're not we're moving into this

1:25:14

new area so and it's not totally new but

1:25:18

what we're moving into is looking a

1:25:19

little bit how can you use bars in times

1:25:22

of turmoil conflict trauma when really

1:25:26

you're contracting you don't know how to

1:25:28

deal with the world and a lot of things

1:25:29

are happening around you and we wanted

1:25:32

to start by first show this video about

1:25:34

actually sleeping how bars can help you

1:25:37

sleep because that that's one of the

1:25:38

first things you lose when you get

1:25:40

really really worried worried and you

1:25:42

kind of get caught up in the fear. And

1:25:44

then right after that, we wanted to show

1:25:46

all of you an interview um about I don't

1:25:50

know if you remember, but around New

1:25:52

Year's there was a big fire in

1:25:54

Switzerland and there was a lot of young

1:25:56

people that died in a nightclub and a

1:25:59

few of our team went there and ran bars

1:26:01

just a few days after. So Laura, one of

1:26:04

our co-creators, have interviewed them.

1:26:06

So, we wanted to show you those two

1:26:09

sides of that and then we're going to

1:26:10

dive even deeper into this after.

1:26:13

>> Yeah, I remember the sleep. I think this

1:26:15

is why I found bars before like 11 years

1:26:18

ago when I had my first bar session. I

1:26:21

so struggled with um being able to fall

1:26:24

asleep waking up at night and I remember

1:26:26

my whole you know when I as an

1:26:28

international lawyer have these big

1:26:29

projects um and these big closing coming

1:26:32

up and I already knew 3 4 days before

1:26:35

that I would be just so um excited,

1:26:38

nervous, concerned that I couldn't

1:26:40

sleep. Well, thanks God I found access

1:26:42

bars because all of that has changed.

1:26:46

Um, and I think we are ready now for

1:26:49

access bars for sleep, an interview with

1:26:51

Dr. Terry Hope, um, who did some

1:26:54

research on sleep.

1:27:04

One of the biggest problems in society

1:27:07

today is lack of sleep.

1:27:10

This isn't necessarily relating to

1:27:13

stress, but also relates to people who

1:27:16

are professionals, who have jobs that

1:27:19

take them outside the normal regular

1:27:21

sleeping hours, like doctors, nurses,

1:27:24

people who travel a lot, like pilots,

1:27:27

executives, and flight attendants. They

1:27:30

all have disregulated sleep patterns

1:27:33

because of the hours that their job that

1:27:36

keeps them from having a normal sleep

1:27:38

pattern. One of the challenges with

1:27:40

having lack of sleep or disregulated

1:27:42

sleep patterns is it changes people's

1:27:45

capacity for focus, concentration,

1:27:49

memory, agility,

1:27:52

and changes behavioral patterns.

1:27:55

Professionals who have chronic sleep

1:27:58

changes often have a hard time relaxing

1:28:01

and falling asleep or staying asleep.

1:28:04

And what that does is it exacerbates the

1:28:07

challenges in actually sleeping in and

1:28:10

of itself. The less restful sleep they

1:28:13

get, the more challenged they become to

1:28:16

be able to get that deep and

1:28:18

regenerative sleep. And this over time

1:28:21

creates exhaustion. What's interesting

1:28:23

is that the professionals who require

1:28:26

this would never actually ask for

1:28:30

something to change their sleep

1:28:32

patterns.

1:28:33

they keep going no matter what. One of

1:28:36

the ways for people to naturally and

1:28:39

rapidly recover and change disregulated

1:28:42

sleep and actually have deep and

1:28:45

uninterrupted sleep is with access bars.

1:28:48

I've been researching access bars for

1:28:51

over 12 years. And one of the things

1:28:53

that we found is that access bars

1:28:56

creates deep relaxation not only in the

1:28:59

body but calms the mind. And people

1:29:02

experience deep sleep after an access

1:29:05

bar session or if they use it after they

1:29:08

have had a long flight or a long shift,

1:29:12

it actually reregulates them even in a

1:29:15

session as short as 45 minutes to an

1:29:18

hour and they can actually return to

1:29:20

normal functioning as if they had 8

1:29:22

hours sleep. And an access spar session

1:29:24

is done with a practitioner who lightly

1:29:28

touches, places on the head, and it

1:29:31

allows the body to relax, the mind to be

1:29:34

calm, and then people can actually

1:29:37

experience regulation of their body

1:29:40

again and their brain, which be

1:29:42

indicative of people having deep sleep.

1:29:46

We've seen this in changes in brain wave

1:29:49

patterns neurologically where the body

1:29:53

calms down, the brain wave patterns slow

1:29:56

and there's this deep level of

1:29:58

regeneration that occurs in this

1:30:01

specific signature that is unique to

1:30:04

access bars which includes activation at

1:30:08

one hertz which is indicative of deep

1:30:12

sleep and regeneration. Organizations

1:30:15

and individuals who have added access

1:30:18

bars to their well-being programs have

1:30:20

reported faster recovery and more ease

1:30:24

with having sleep

1:30:27

and being able to perform their daily

1:30:29

tasks not only in their job but in their

1:30:32

private life. I often work 20our days

1:30:36

doing research and I added access bars

1:30:39

as a way of being able to recover faster

1:30:43

from long nights and being able to

1:30:45

concentrate better and I highly

1:30:48

recommend it.

1:31:04

So many of you will remember the New

1:31:05

Year's Eve tragedy in Switzerland at the

1:31:08

start of this year where 41 people died

1:31:10

and 116 others were injured at a as a

1:31:14

fire tore through the accredited bar at

1:31:16

a Swiss ski resort in the town of Kuran,

1:31:19

Montana.

1:31:21

Many of these um people were teenagers

1:31:25

and young adults gathered to celebrate

1:31:27

and welcome in the new year.

1:31:29

So I'm joined by Angelique Bernard and

1:31:33

Theresa Dodova who went there actually

1:31:37

to this town within a week of all this

1:31:39

happening to run bars on the people who

1:31:41

were affected by this um awful tragedy

1:31:45

as a way um to contribute some sort of

1:31:48

trauma relief. Um, Angelique, first of

1:31:51

all, can you tell us what happened

1:31:53

directly after

1:31:55

this event um and the circumstances that

1:31:58

led you to actually end up with being

1:32:00

there?

1:32:02

>> Yeah, when I heard about this accident,

1:32:05

I was really uh shocked and impacted by

1:32:08

by what's happening. It's uh 1 hour 30

1:32:10

from my house and um and I was really

1:32:15

asking what contribution can I be uh to

1:32:18

those people and asking some friends

1:32:21

friends of mine uh would you like to

1:32:24

would you like helping to send

1:32:26

contribution energetic contribution to

1:32:28

those people um to help the families the

1:32:32

people who used to have PTSD

1:32:34

um etc people who have been injured and

1:32:38

so after asking some questions um

1:32:41

something came to my universe and okay

1:32:45

what if you can be more than just an

1:32:47

energetic contribution right now what if

1:32:49

you can just go physically there and

1:32:53

contribute to those people with the

1:32:54

tools you know that can contribute to

1:32:56

them which is access bars and um and so

1:33:01

I was sending a a message to a client of

1:33:05

mine saying hey I know you have some

1:33:08

family there. Uh, and I would love to be

1:33:10

able to contribute to them. Uh, whoever

1:33:13

would like to receive bars after this

1:33:15

accident. Do you know anyone who would

1:33:17

like to receive bars and I can come for

1:33:18

free and contribute to them? And he

1:33:21

said, "Oh, you know what? It's a really

1:33:23

great idea. Um, let me organize that. I

1:33:25

will ask anyone who would like to

1:33:27

receive bars." He knows a lot of people

1:33:29

in common. And uh, he organized that. He

1:33:32

say, "Oh, maybe if you come with a

1:33:34

friend of you, it would be better. we

1:33:35

can do run bars to even more people. He

1:33:39

said I think we should maybe come three

1:33:41

days to run as much as we can and so

1:33:45

uh I found like I contacted Terza and uh

1:33:49

she said right yes right away uh she

1:33:52

didn't know really what's happening she

1:33:54

was in holiday before but she said okay

1:33:56

yeah let's I'll go with you. So I'm

1:33:58

really grateful for you Terza. I would

1:34:00

like to tell you again for coming with

1:34:02

me and running bars uh with to those

1:34:05

people during those days just after the

1:34:07

accident. It was really intense also. So

1:34:11

um yeah. Wow. So you both arrive. Um

1:34:16

Theresa, perhaps you can tell us a

1:34:17

little bit about what happened when you

1:34:19

arrived, you know, and people that you

1:34:22

ran bars on and and and tell us a little

1:34:24

bit about how that went.

1:34:27

So actually we were thanks to

1:34:30

Angelique's client you know we were well

1:34:32

taken in care of and uh he was

1:34:35

connecting us with the different people

1:34:37

and even the people that uh we ran bars

1:34:40

on they were um you know they were

1:34:43

willing to tell other people. So in

1:34:46

total we actually ran bars on 20 people.

1:34:49

We had 20 sessions and uh people of

1:34:53

various ages, sometimes teenagers or

1:34:55

young adults, you know, even sometimes

1:34:57

whole families, their mothers or fathers

1:35:00

and uh sometimes also people, you know,

1:35:04

that were connected to the event uh in

1:35:06

different ways. some people who lost

1:35:08

their friends, some people who were in

1:35:11

leadership positions, some people you

1:35:13

know who needed to represent or who were

1:35:16

at the site of the accident while it was

1:35:19

happening actually. So really people who

1:35:22

were affected connected to the event and

1:35:24

also after the event you know who had to

1:35:26

deal with a lot of things

1:35:28

>> in different ways. Um yeah and you know

1:35:31

we were there the two of us with

1:35:33

Angelique also supporting each other

1:35:35

with all the other tools that we have

1:35:39

with access you know and running each

1:35:40

other's bars as well. So it was a truly

1:35:43

a beautiful contribution.

1:35:45

>> Wow. Well we all know that bars is a

1:35:48

great contribution for you know towards

1:35:50

PTSD and so um Angelie what did you

1:35:54

notice when you were running bars? What

1:35:56

sort of um I mean did you do you have

1:35:58

any feedback that you can give us? How

1:35:59

how was it received as you were doing

1:36:02

this with them?

1:36:04

>> It was really interesting and really

1:36:06

different. I'm riding bars for 10 years

1:36:08

now and uh it was the first time I was

1:36:10

riding bars to people after a big trauma

1:36:14

like and uh it was

1:36:18

it was really intense and uh it was a

1:36:22

before and an after the change was um

1:36:25

yeah really big and you can see that

1:36:28

like even the I remember two people who

1:36:31

used to be on site during the accident

1:36:33

so they saw all the everything all the

1:36:37

people who used to be figurally burnt

1:36:40

etc. So those people I could see how

1:36:44

they used to be

1:36:47

um the stress that they have that was

1:36:49

really in their body and during all the

1:36:53

sessions their gut was like moving so

1:36:56

strongly. Uh it was a big uh release of

1:37:00

pain and stress you know from from their

1:37:03

body and their body was loud. So even

1:37:07

them they say that was like oh my baby

1:37:09

was so noisy and things was moving so

1:37:12

much in my solar plexus and after the

1:37:15

session they say wow like it it's

1:37:19

amazing it changed so much I was so

1:37:21

stressed I have more clarity now uh

1:37:24

everything is less intense and uh and

1:37:28

they could sleep uh better after that

1:37:30

because they couldn't sleep for four or

1:37:32

five days during after this event. So,

1:37:36

um, everything was really intense and

1:37:38

the the shift was was pretty huge before

1:37:41

and after the session.

1:37:43

>> Wow. Gosh. Um, I can't imagine. And what

1:37:47

about you, Theresa? Did was there

1:37:49

anything that you noticed? Um, I mean,

1:37:52

how was that for you and the people that

1:37:54

you were running both on

1:37:55

>> also? Very, very different experience,

1:37:58

of course. And just what Angelique was

1:38:01

saying, plus you could also see, you

1:38:04

know, some people came with hands that

1:38:06

were shaking and during the session, for

1:38:09

example, they could fall asleep, they

1:38:11

could let go, you know, and they were

1:38:13

telling us how much calmer they feel,

1:38:18

how much less thinking, constant

1:38:20

thinking and noise there is in their

1:38:22

heads. Or if we go went out in the

1:38:26

evening and we saw these people maybe in

1:38:29

the you know in the town then they would

1:38:31

tell us again that they feel much calmer

1:38:34

or that it was actually the first time

1:38:36

that they were laughing since the event

1:38:39

you know and um it was so received uh so

1:38:44

well received people were so grateful

1:38:47

and some people that did not make it to

1:38:49

our sessions they said for example I

1:38:51

can't but you You know what this

1:38:53

actually gave me the idea because I have

1:38:55

some tools as well. There were some

1:38:57

practitioners of other modalities that

1:38:59

were like okay now I am going to offer

1:39:01

something. So it contributed even even

1:39:04

more in these very unexpected ways and

1:39:08

um yeah.

1:39:11

>> Wow that's amazing. Thank you so much

1:39:14

ladies. Gosh, what an incredible gift um

1:39:16

you were just to be there for for uh for

1:39:19

for these people and so quickly after

1:39:21

this, you know, this happened and you

1:39:23

know, it's a real testimony to to the

1:39:25

bars and how it can help in any

1:39:28

situation, especially something like

1:39:30

this as well. So, thank you so much for

1:39:32

being here, for sharing that experience

1:39:34

for you and you know, and the feedback

1:39:37

that was for them. Um, thank you so

1:39:40

much.

1:39:41

>> Thank you, Laura. Thank you, Angelique.

1:39:46

Okay, thank you everyone.

1:39:49

We're jumping in. So, we're actually

1:39:51

going to continue into an area where we

1:39:53

have worked quite a lot, which is to

1:39:55

bring bars to schools. And for this

1:39:58

section, since we're looking more into a

1:40:01

bit more intense areas, we are going to

1:40:04

look at what it is like to bring bars to

1:40:06

a military school in India. And India,

1:40:10

it's an amazing activity in India,

1:40:14

especially when it comes to schools. So,

1:40:15

we brought access bars to so many

1:40:17

different schools in India already. And

1:40:19

this is just one example. So, if you're

1:40:22

Indian and you've been bringing bars out

1:40:24

to different schools, thank you. It's

1:40:28

truly amazing the capacity you have to

1:40:31

get this into the all kinds of different

1:40:33

sizes of schools and ages. And this

1:40:35

particular school is a military school.

1:40:37

and we're gonna um join Kumal and we're

1:40:40

gonna see what she has to tell us about

1:40:42

that.

1:40:46

So, how do you introduce a wellness

1:40:50

modality to a male only military school?

1:40:54

That's what we're going to explore with

1:40:56

our next guest, Kumal. and um she used

1:41:00

like a mix of family legacy and social

1:41:03

media and then partnered with um she's

1:41:06

probably going to correct me Rashtriaya

1:41:09

Military School to run bars on 250

1:41:13

students there. And today we're going to

1:41:15

explore what impact that had and also

1:41:18

how she's trying to make Access Bars a

1:41:20

daily self-care

1:41:23

staple for this academy. So, so how did

1:41:27

it all start? I heard you were sharing

1:41:29

your work on social media and actually

1:41:31

got contacted to come to this school. Do

1:41:34

you want to tell us about that?

1:41:36

>> Yes. I u firstly thank you so much for

1:41:39

the introduction. I got so much

1:41:41

information when you said that together.

1:41:44

Yeah. So, I uh got reached out by a

1:41:47

distant family friend who had been

1:41:48

seeing our work and she her son studies

1:41:51

in that school. So I wonder if something

1:41:53

pulled her because her kids studies

1:41:55

there and she later told me that she as

1:41:57

a parent was very distressed seeing um

1:42:00

because they do they call it under the

1:42:02

garb of ragging. There's a lot of like

1:42:04

physical stuff that the younger kids

1:42:05

have to you know do because they're also

1:42:07

getting trained to join the army. Yeah.

1:42:10

So she her heart went out and she was

1:42:12

contemplating whether she should even

1:42:14

send her son or not. But I I wonder what

1:42:16

she saw when we were running bars in the

1:42:18

other schools and she was like, you

1:42:19

know, I please and she made it so like

1:42:21

after that it was she organized

1:42:23

everything. I didn't even have to go get

1:42:25

a meeting before. She was literally just

1:42:27

like you take a train and just come and

1:42:30

we have your stay, we have everything

1:42:32

and I didn't have to move a finger. And

1:42:34

I think that is how easy entering

1:42:37

schools can also be.

1:42:40

yet totally.

1:42:43

>> Well, so if you look at um the kind of

1:42:47

like the nurturing masculine

1:42:50

perspective, so in this male only

1:42:54

environment, how did you introduce the

1:42:57

idea to these boys of running each

1:42:59

other's bars in a way that you know was

1:43:02

natural and empowered, not so soft and

1:43:05

out of place for the context?

1:43:08

>> Yes. Um I would like to say the youth

1:43:11

manual. We used the youth manual for

1:43:13

this class and the diagrams there were

1:43:16

amazing because when they saw those kids

1:43:18

with the bars points they were there was

1:43:20

an instant curiosity and I also realized

1:43:22

all the kids in the youth manual are of

1:43:24

different um races and ethnicities and

1:43:27

which was very like I could see that

1:43:29

creating a lot cuz they were like what

1:43:31

the hell are we doing?

1:43:33

And but then having said that there were

1:43:35

moments where you know they were being

1:43:37

very harsh or like running bars in a

1:43:39

very like quote unquote I would say

1:43:41

masculine or you know just wanting to

1:43:43

shrug the other person and then but I

1:43:45

think me and my co-f facilitator for

1:43:48

this event she's a bars practitioner

1:43:49

called Chitra Satya um this wouldn't

1:43:52

have been possible without her we both

1:43:54

literally at one point had to be the

1:43:56

energy of like hey no nurturance like

1:43:59

we're doing this with a very and we I

1:44:02

saw the energy in the flip wherein it

1:44:04

was like no you nurture this person for

1:44:06

this one hour and then we don't care

1:44:07

what you do but for these this two hours

1:44:10

you you have to take care of this person

1:44:12

who's on your lap and once we were being

1:44:15

that it percolated seamlessly and then

1:44:17

the kids were like okay you know so I

1:44:19

saw that happen as well which was very

1:44:21

interesting

1:44:23

>> like the shift in the room

1:44:25

>> yes it was literally like we were like

1:44:27

no this is not this is not how you run

1:44:29

bars you know and this is not the energy

1:44:31

of this event it's very different. So

1:44:33

yeah and that that just then translated

1:44:36

and um um yeah I mean there were people

1:44:38

who were not interested there were kids

1:44:40

who were playing and having fun but then

1:44:41

there were I could see kids deeply

1:44:43

receiving as well and after the event

1:44:46

there's a girl who came to me and she

1:44:47

was like uh you know we live in these

1:44:49

dormitories and I can't sleep at night

1:44:51

and but when I go home I sleep so well

1:44:53

and then I just told her okay just do

1:44:55

your implants at night this point that

1:44:57

we taught you and yeah yeah so just the

1:45:00

fact that they could come up and tell us

1:45:02

that says something about this.

1:45:06

>> What did you see like what kind of

1:45:08

effects did you see just watching the

1:45:10

group and maybe individuals like what

1:45:12

what did you notice?

1:45:14

Oh yeah. So much. I noticed that firstly

1:45:17

they were not happy in being in this

1:45:20

particular schools mostly most of them

1:45:22

because they were like you know we asked

1:45:24

them what is stressful to you and they

1:45:26

were like you know just being here can

1:45:29

get very stressful and I was like oh I

1:45:31

never saw that like you know it is um

1:45:34

and then I was like okay cool. So then

1:45:36

we also realized that they were u like

1:45:38

when the energy changed and then I

1:45:41

noticed that we didn't really have to

1:45:43

teach them how to nurture another person

1:45:45

like there's so much that we already

1:45:46

know about nurturance and you know once

1:45:49

they were doing that then they were like

1:45:50

okay are we doing it correct or you know

1:45:52

and and then some kids were falling

1:45:53

asleep and we're like no it's all fine

1:45:56

and um I also know since we've been

1:45:59

talking about chaos so much I don't try

1:46:01

to control it a lot I just I know

1:46:03

consciousness has my back. So, I'm like,

1:46:05

"Okay, let's just have fun and do this

1:46:08

and and we'll see what happens."

1:46:12

>> Well, when you say um we didn't have to

1:46:16

teach them how to nurture, do you mean

1:46:17

that that's something they innately

1:46:19

know? Is that what you mean?

1:46:21

>> Yeah.

1:46:22

>> Like we just know it.

1:46:23

>> Yeah. I get that. We know it. Like when

1:46:26

they we know we know that we have that

1:46:28

and we and these and and that when we

1:46:32

relax into that that relaxes them. so

1:46:34

much and because we were after the event

1:46:36

we were taking testimonials and two of

1:46:38

them were coming together and you know

1:46:40

talking about it and um and then I was

1:46:42

like okay and then and a kid gave us

1:46:44

this whole speech on stress and I'm like

1:46:46

okay they they already know what they

1:46:49

already know so much and what we have to

1:46:51

just go is just empower them with what

1:46:54

they know it was like this beautifully

1:46:56

like you know the space of okay they

1:46:58

know and we don't really have to do much

1:47:01

>> yeah less less like talking and more

1:47:05

actually action into well it sounds

1:47:07

weird but action into being instead of

1:47:10

doing.

1:47:11

>> Yeah.

1:47:12

>> Yeah. Um so you're I think I think if I

1:47:15

understood it correctly your both your

1:47:17

dad and your brother has been to this

1:47:19

particular school and so how did they

1:47:21

react to you going there or a similar

1:47:23

school? Yeah, my dad's with my dad is an

1:47:26

alumini and my brother is in the army

1:47:29

but I actually closely saw his training

1:47:32

and I when I saw it I was just

1:47:34

pockinping myself and like which is a

1:47:36

clearing like using the access tools and

1:47:39

I was like okay what will it take to

1:47:41

really enter these places and you know

1:47:44

how how easier can it be because there

1:47:45

were cases of like uh kids who have left

1:47:48

the academy or you know have taken their

1:47:51

own lives etc like a lot of that comes

1:47:53

out so Um my both my I think my parents

1:47:57

and my brother know that this isn't the

1:47:59

easy life like they know so they were

1:48:01

pretty okay like they were pretty like

1:48:03

um happy about it in a way cuz I have

1:48:06

run their bars every now and then and

1:48:09

though they they're not like very they

1:48:10

don't come to me and ask to get their

1:48:11

bars run but they I think what I'd

1:48:14

learned is the energy speaks louder than

1:48:16

the words here because even if they

1:48:18

don't know exactly what I'm doing but

1:48:20

energetically something's getting

1:48:22

created which is uh very you can't deny

1:48:25

that.

1:48:27

>> Yeah, it's interesting. I I did an

1:48:30

interview before um from Israel where

1:48:33

she said a very similar thing where she

1:48:35

said like the bars kind of just showed

1:48:38

people that they, you know, this was

1:48:40

what they required. It wasn't so much

1:48:42

about explaining or talking about it.

1:48:43

It's like the the energy of what they

1:48:46

were, you know, facilitating just pulled

1:48:48

people in. Now you're looking at

1:48:51

creating this as a like a daily a more

1:48:54

you know um regular practice at the

1:48:57

school. Uh how are you doing that and

1:48:59

how is it going?

1:49:01

>> Yes. So firstly there were no plans but

1:49:03

once we ended the kids just literally

1:49:05

hogged us and they were like when are

1:49:07

you coming next we need a sleeping day

1:49:08

and

1:49:11

I was like okay and there was like this

1:49:12

loud. So now we're just u we also want

1:49:15

to uh play with pricing it a little bit

1:49:17

for the next time and you know see what

1:49:19

how school responds to us coming in and

1:49:21

you know pricing it per student. So

1:49:23

we're just working on that. I'm also and

1:49:26

thankfully both the admin and the

1:49:28

principal here are pretty open. So I'm

1:49:30

just going to have a conversation and

1:49:31

we're in the we're in move in in that

1:49:33

moving pieces period wherein we're just

1:49:36

seeing how do we make it work for them

1:49:37

but also make it work for our time the

1:49:39

travel the u the everything. Um so yeah

1:49:44

that's in progress and uh how I'm

1:49:46

planning it is to have one followup

1:49:48

every year because what they told me is

1:49:50

during uh September August there isn't a

1:49:53

lot of academic stress that the school

1:49:55

goes through so there's some leeway time

1:49:57

that the kids have. So they recommend

1:49:58

that time period when we can do it. So

1:50:00

yeah that's still a conversation in

1:50:03

progress with the school at the moment.

1:50:05

Do do you do you also plan to like teach

1:50:08

them the bars points so that they

1:50:10

continue running it even when you're not

1:50:12

there?

1:50:13

>> Yes. So we did teach them the points

1:50:16

this time but what I did see is that

1:50:18

they remember barely like one or two

1:50:21

after on Yeah. You know even though

1:50:23

everybody got a head chart and

1:50:25

everything so yeah follow-ups will make

1:50:28

them more um clear about where the

1:50:30

points are and and I'm curious to see

1:50:33

what happens then. Yeah.

1:50:35

Yeah. How do you see like if you tap

1:50:38

into kind of like the future, if this

1:50:41

was actually a part of the military, if

1:50:43

if this was something that was there

1:50:45

regularly, how do you think that would

1:50:47

change

1:50:49

the school and the you know the lives

1:50:51

for the kids too?

1:50:54

>> Yeah. Um I just want to say once I was

1:50:56

having a conversation with another

1:50:57

colleague of ours who's Monica Gileiam

1:50:59

about this and she said something very

1:51:01

interesting. She said that you know you

1:51:03

can tell them that they'll become better

1:51:05

soldiers. And I saw that as such a

1:51:08

curious thing because people think that

1:51:10

if bars enters they'll relax and they

1:51:13

won't do anything or there'll be no

1:51:14

hierarchy or whatever. But when she said

1:51:16

that I was like yeah that is the energy.

1:51:18

they will become better soldiers cuz

1:51:20

I've seen my brother grow up and I know

1:51:23

when what he des like he wanted to

1:51:24

always join the army so I could see what

1:51:26

he gets from the institution also but

1:51:30

then I can still see him get stressed

1:51:32

also so I'm like okay how do we make

1:51:34

this work for you so I guess we'd have

1:51:37

more nurturing kinder people in the army

1:51:40

as well and I I think that is very

1:51:42

possible like

1:51:45

>> but there is such a good point in in

1:51:47

Monica as our comment colleague actually

1:51:49

said because stress does not lead you to

1:51:52

good decisions or allow you to actually

1:51:56

act instantly on things that is required

1:51:59

or choose you know strategically for the

1:52:02

future. And when you have the clarity

1:52:03

that you actually get when you're not

1:52:06

stressed, when you've had your bars run,

1:52:08

when you actually have that space, that

1:52:10

will yeah create better soldiers or and

1:52:13

and also um possibly soldiers that are

1:52:18

actually happier, which would also

1:52:21

contribute. Yeah. So um are the um are

1:52:26

there any other projects that you are

1:52:29

currently looking at based on this one?

1:52:31

Like did this inspire you to create

1:52:34

something more? Yeah, I think what we're

1:52:36

looking at now, we've done two schools

1:52:39

as of now and what we're seeing is no

1:52:41

matter what whoever says the feedback

1:52:43

from the students is very has been very

1:52:45

gratifying for us and we are looking at

1:52:48

um going through because what I'm also

1:52:50

realizing if we know somebody from the

1:52:52

school administration it becomes easier

1:52:55

to enter the schools you know rather

1:52:57

than sending them emails or whatever I I

1:52:59

get that engagement. So I'm really

1:53:00

looking at this lady herself is very

1:53:02

excited about where she can take us

1:53:04

next. So I'm like, okay, we're just like

1:53:06

riding on what they know and just going

1:53:09

along. So uh yes, yeah, looking at uh

1:53:13

connecting, engaging more with people

1:53:15

and then using them to enter schools

1:53:17

would be what I say. Yeah,

1:53:20

>> I love that. Like finding an ambassador

1:53:22

for this and allowing that ambassador to

1:53:24

like open the doors and get this amazing

1:53:27

modality in. Yeah.

1:53:30

>> Yeah. Thank you so much. And I I can

1:53:32

just see in front of me this room full

1:53:34

of So it's boys and girls, am I correct?

1:53:37

Not just boys, it's both genders. Oh

1:53:40

>> yeah. Yeah. Now we're having more women

1:53:42

in the army as well.

1:53:45

>> So it's a school for like both boys and

1:53:48

girls getting their bars run. That

1:53:50

sounds so amazing. Thank you so much for

1:53:52

coming on and telling us and then

1:53:54

looking into the future what else is

1:53:56

possible. Thank you.

1:53:58

>> Thank you, Katie. Thank you for this.

1:54:00

Yeah.

1:54:14

Thank you for this beautiful interview.

1:54:16

BS in military schools. Um what a great

1:54:20

idea. Um, next topic we would like to

1:54:24

dive into and explore is the science

1:54:28

behind excess bars because there is

1:54:30

science. There are many people um out

1:54:33

there in the world who were curious

1:54:36

enough um to go wait a minute how does

1:54:39

an access bar session actually work in

1:54:42

the brain in the body? What does it do?

1:54:45

Um, Access Consciousness itself never

1:54:49

did any

1:54:51

scientific research, deep research. The

1:54:54

founders of Access Consciousness and we

1:54:56

will interview them later on. They

1:54:58

always says why do you need proof if

1:55:01

this is something um you get to choose.

1:55:04

So you like it or you don't. And if you

1:55:06

don't like it, well then find another

1:55:08

modality that gives you that sense of

1:55:10

relaxation. And we know especially when

1:55:14

talking to the corporate world um to

1:55:17

medical areas to military it can be

1:55:20

helpful to have some scientific research

1:55:25

available. So we tapped into some of

1:55:28

this. We invited uh Dr. Aelves Vesta and

1:55:32

Mia Deuca to do some research on how uh

1:55:36

access works. And in our next video, you

1:55:40

will explore some of the science behind

1:55:43

excess bars.

1:55:47

>> We invited people and we said just bring

1:55:50

someone that can give you bars and then

1:55:52

we take measurements before bars and

1:55:54

after bars. We are bridging the gap

1:55:57

between science and evidence and

1:56:00

research. So, we're actually measuring

1:56:02

vital signs like blood pressure, pulse

1:56:05

rate, breathing rate, and what's called

1:56:07

heartb brain coherence. Some people were

1:56:10

also very high in coherence. It was

1:56:12

absolutely astonishing.

1:56:18

I'm Dr. Astred. I'm from the

1:56:19

Netherlands. I work for almost 30 years

1:56:23

as integrative medicine doctor and I am

1:56:26

with Axis from 2018. I'm Mia Tuca. I am

1:56:30

from West Palm Beach, Florida. I have

1:56:33

been in Access Consciousness since I was

1:56:35

6 years old. I was actually the first

1:56:38

child facilitator in all of Access

1:56:40

Consciousness. So that means I have

1:56:43

about 20 years of experience in this. I

1:56:46

just got my bachelor's in biology and

1:56:49

I'm now living my absolute dream

1:56:54

researching the access bars.

1:57:00

Axis bars is about 32 points on the head

1:57:04

that you can touch and if you touch them

1:57:06

then you can get the brain in about a

1:57:09

delta state so that people can recover

1:57:12

from anything that they have that they

1:57:14

can release anything that they are not

1:57:17

happy with and that's also what you can

1:57:19

see on the heart math device that people

1:57:22

relax more and that they come in a high

1:57:24

coherence state.

1:57:30

The measurements we took was pulse and

1:57:34

heart, the blood pressure and the breath

1:57:37

per minute and the heart mass before and

1:57:42

then directly after bars. We did that

1:57:44

again. And what happens is you're

1:57:46

measuring the heart rate variability,

1:57:49

the milliseconds in between your

1:57:51

heartbeats. When you're stressed out,

1:57:53

when you are holding on to different

1:57:55

points of views or picking up

1:57:58

energetically

1:57:59

everything that's going on around you,

1:58:01

your heart rate variability will kind of

1:58:04

go out of whack, a little bit irregular.

1:58:06

The number will lower, meaning your

1:58:09

heart rate is faster. So you measure the

1:58:13

heart rate and also the heart

1:58:15

electricity and the brain electricity

1:58:17

working together or not. So and then the

1:58:20

device is going to give that a number.

1:58:23

Is it working together? Then the number

1:58:24

is high. Is it not working together then

1:58:27

the number is low. So it translates to a

1:58:30

number. The number is not telling a

1:58:32

story but it's for the comparison

1:58:35

compared to before and after.

1:58:43

So you can say that with pulse and with

1:58:47

pressure, blood pressure and with

1:58:50

breathing about 3/4 of the population

1:58:53

that we tested we are going better and

1:58:57

with the heart brain coherence it was

1:58:59

about I think 60% going better and that

1:59:04

happens after the bars because we're

1:59:07

releasing the electromagnetic charge

1:59:10

associated with different points of

1:59:12

views that are now sticking you in your

1:59:15

life and in your body and creating

1:59:18

stress creating disees

1:59:22

in your life.

1:59:24

And the beauty was also what we

1:59:26

discovered is that uh the brain

1:59:29

coherence go up every day that we did

1:59:32

the foundation class for everyone.

1:59:53

Hello. And I been as we're listening to

1:59:57

this, I actually been running my piece

1:59:59

called my gratitude bars. And this is

2:00:01

one of the most amazing parts about

2:00:03

bars. Yes, you can get a whole session.

2:00:05

You can really like get, you know, a 30

2:00:08

minutes, one hour session and you can in

2:00:12

times of great change or things going on

2:00:15

literally just find the points for calm

2:00:18

gratitude and just like

2:00:23

so we're actually going to jump into

2:00:26

something about that. Who are you gonna

2:00:29

talk to David? Well, next topic uh is an

2:00:33

area where where getting a bar session

2:00:36

is an incredible relief. We're talking

2:00:39

about um getting your bars run when the

2:00:42

whole country is in panic. We have um a

2:00:45

bar facilitator, Marco Des who he's

2:00:49

Italian and he happened to be in

2:00:52

Venezuela at the beginning of the year

2:00:54

and as you probably have heard in the

2:00:57

news um Kagas was bombed uh January 3rd

2:01:02

of 2026 because President Donald Trump

2:01:06

took out Maduro. Um you can imagine what

2:01:11

is going on for the people who live

2:01:14

there. Marco was there um and Marco

2:01:19

immediately had the sense of okay let's

2:01:21

do something to calm everyone down to be

2:01:25

that contribution that is required when

2:01:28

panic takes over and I remember I myself

2:01:33

was in me last year in September Kakas

2:01:36

an amazing uh beautiful city people very

2:01:40

curious very creative but yes I'm living

2:01:42

in a very very difficult political

2:01:45

situations for over 17 years. Um so what

2:01:50

Marco discovered and I'm going to

2:01:52

interview him very soon here. Um how

2:01:56

beautiful it can be if you have actually

2:01:59

no point of view. You know when one

2:02:02

country attacks another. Uh there's a

2:02:04

lot of um taking position uh going on in

2:02:08

society. Um, what Marco created was a

2:02:12

space to be with no need of having an

2:02:17

opinion, with no need of taking a

2:02:19

certain side, just the energy of, well,

2:02:23

what if we could just relax and not

2:02:26

worry about anything for 30 to 45

2:02:30

minutes.

2:02:31

>> And that is actually one of the most

2:02:33

amazing parts about bars is that you can

2:02:36

find the space to know what's true for

2:02:37

you. And hello, Marco. I'm gonna jump

2:02:39

out so you can

2:02:40

>> And here he is, Marco. Thank you,

2:02:43

Katarina. And welcome, Marco, our uh

2:02:47

brave, let's say, well, war hero. Um I

2:02:50

can imagine that being in Kadakas,

2:02:53

Venezuela during that difficult um

2:02:58

stressful situation. Um

2:03:01

was it difficult? How was it for you?

2:03:03

How did you experience that that night

2:03:06

of of the attack? And how did the whole

2:03:11

idea come up with organizing a bar

2:03:14

session for everybody who was stressed?

2:03:17

>> Well, that was actually my very first

2:03:19

time experiencing a bombing and the

2:03:23

apartment I rent was fairly close for

2:03:25

the with the very first point of

2:03:27

bombing. So it was like the the window

2:03:32

shaking

2:03:33

uh these sounds that you know what they

2:03:36

are and sometime you don't believe it.

2:03:39

So I did the things that only purely a

2:03:42

European will do to just lay down on the

2:03:44

rooftop and check.

2:03:47

Of course I as question and it was was

2:03:49

light. So I could see the fuming

2:03:53

and um it was a very interesting

2:03:56

situation to me cuz when you have tools

2:04:00

you know that you can ask a question

2:04:02

when you have tools and also you're not

2:04:04

by yourself because there's a lot of

2:04:06

people in the world and especially in

2:04:07

Venezuela using these tools using bars.

2:04:10

So having a community an online

2:04:12

community of people there to even like

2:04:15

just text and being on the chat that hey

2:04:16

what's going on what's happening because

2:04:19

the most frightening part actually to be

2:04:21

honest is for 4 hours we didn't actually

2:04:24

know what's was going on there was no

2:04:26

news there was nothing I even reach uh

2:04:28

back home like different country you

2:04:30

have you heard anything about what's

2:04:31

going on in Venezuela nobody knew so

2:04:34

having a community first of all is is

2:04:36

really like have someone having your

2:04:38

back and you having the back of everyone

2:04:40

one like knowing that you're not by

2:04:42

yourself and that's is huge and someone

2:04:45

that invite you and it's someone you can

2:04:47

invite to ask a question. So there was a

2:04:51

moment where I really perceived in my

2:04:53

body like the panic of okay they're

2:04:55

bombing the city what's going to going

2:04:57

on it's war what's going to be and

2:05:00

that's what I know that

2:05:03

I'm perceiving also a lot about all the

2:05:05

bodies and all the people around me yes

2:05:07

who does it belong to and what can I

2:05:10

choose here oh I actually can choose to

2:05:14

know that all of life comes to me with

2:05:15

ease and joy and glory That that is what

2:05:20

really showed me like well your point of

2:05:22

view change your reality and creates

2:05:23

your reality. So on this chat in a

2:05:25

certain point I was like guys let's

2:05:27

really go on all of life come to me with

2:05:29

ease and joy and glory and when you mean

2:05:31

all even abs

2:05:38

like okay what's uh what's possible here

2:05:41

and the beauty of it and if talking

2:05:43

about the community because in this

2:05:45

situation you're never alone there are

2:05:47

always people the beauty of access also

2:05:50

is we are or an organization worldwide

2:05:52

spread there there's always someone also

2:05:55

someone else you can rely on and you can

2:05:57

be there for someone. This is massive

2:06:00

for me at least. So

2:06:03

um we we had to stay home like for a few

2:06:07

days also um the bigger things that I

2:06:10

could recognize knowing a bit the

2:06:12

country now is this was not just a

2:06:14

bombing in a country. There was like a

2:06:16

big trigger of um an ongoing u PTSD.

2:06:22

>> Mhm. the trauma of the the war, the

2:06:24

trauma of the the what they had for 16

2:06:27

years was actually kicked in once again

2:06:30

was actually a trigger for that. So

2:06:32

there was not a presence with what's

2:06:33

actually possibly going on but it was

2:06:35

actually a big um a big energy a big

2:06:38

like uh a stress from oh we going to be

2:06:41

back again how it was oh my god is we

2:06:44

are not done okay so the bars can

2:06:49

actually open up and change PTSD as well

2:06:53

and knowing that is okay we we got a

2:06:57

possibility we got an invitation we know

2:06:59

it who else should know it notice.

2:07:02

>> Well, you obviously knew it. You knew

2:07:04

that the access bars could actually help

2:07:06

people with that. And and if I remember

2:07:09

it correctly within a week, you

2:07:12

organized uh what we call bars, gifting

2:07:14

and receiving, just organizing or

2:07:18

calling people together and organize uh

2:07:20

get togethers where people can actually

2:07:23

exchange bars and invite everybody to

2:07:25

run bars. Um, you you talked about the

2:07:29

beautiful community of bars

2:07:31

practitioners and bars facilitators in

2:07:33

uh, Venezuela. How long did it take you

2:07:36

to set it up? How did you organize this

2:07:39

uh, countrywide

2:07:42

um, possibility for people to get their

2:07:45

bathroom and I also remember that people

2:07:47

from a lot of other Latin American

2:07:49

countries where experts from Venezuela

2:07:52

lived um, organized it too. it it

2:07:55

somehow became a a Latin American

2:07:58

movement not just something in Karakas

2:08:01

>> there was there was a global David and

2:08:03

there was was amazing also I have to be

2:08:06

I'm very grateful to Paula Fumeayor

2:08:08

which is a Venezuela living in the

2:08:10

states and she was big part of it as

2:08:12

well so um the idea was like everybody

2:08:16

have to know this and everybody can do

2:08:18

this so I be like hey to all the

2:08:20

community hey uh we can just sit you we

2:08:23

can just like that um different places

2:08:26

around the city where we advertise that

2:08:29

everybody can get bars be in a place

2:08:31

that like you're familiar with or like

2:08:32

be with someone there because also in in

2:08:35

this case uh the city is not always like

2:08:38

uh safe everywhere. So also it was

2:08:41

actually aware of it and so I chose to

2:08:43

where to go and where to not asking

2:08:45

question and be aware of also what

2:08:47

people knew about it. So we we've been

2:08:49

able it was was easy actually because we

2:08:51

all desire it. We all desire more ease.

2:08:53

We all desire to be helpful to other

2:08:55

people. We all desire to invite other

2:08:57

people to the possibility that sometimes

2:09:00

situation like this one seems to take

2:09:02

away and they don't. So bars can

2:09:05

actually bridge the lie and be like,

2:09:07

"Hey, they didn't take away anything.

2:09:08

We're actually in reaction to something.

2:09:10

Our bodies is perceiving that they they

2:09:13

trigger a trauma. Let's allow us to be

2:09:16

ourself again. Let's get present with

2:09:18

bars." Two days, three days. And people

2:09:22

keep popping, hey, can I do it, too? So,

2:09:24

we're like 10 10 uh 10 of these places

2:09:27

in Karacas, 10 in all Venezuela. We have

2:09:30

like people that just don't need to be

2:09:31

in Karacas to be like, you know, to to

2:09:33

perceive this effect and don't know

2:09:35

what's going on and to be like, hey,

2:09:37

it's time to run bars. It's time to

2:09:39

offer the people. It's time to invite

2:09:40

everyone. And that was great. And and

2:09:44

Paula like invite everyone. We had

2:09:46

people in Lebanon inviting Venezuelan

2:09:48

people to bars. We're like, how did he

2:09:51

go so far? How did he go so lucky? So

2:09:53

was was global phenomenon which

2:09:56

seriously amazing. And that trigger

2:09:59

something else. That trigger a lot of

2:10:01

other people being like what was that?

2:10:03

Uh can we have it again? Will you do the

2:10:05

next? And so for me that was like okay

2:10:07

now people are more aware of a different

2:10:10

possibility. This is where the moment we

2:10:12

have to keep going. And two weeks from

2:10:16

then on the Saturday 23rd of January, we

2:10:20

organized a big um bars in the park

2:10:23

which actually was like a stress cleave

2:10:26

at the park. Parks at the park de the

2:10:30

east park in Karacas is a place where

2:10:32

like people go for gymnastic and yoga

2:10:35

and music and any kind of stuff every

2:10:37

Saturday. So is a massive crowd. We

2:10:40

organized to have there about 30 bar

2:10:44

practitioner

2:10:47

to me where was like people coming

2:10:49

together they didn't know even each

2:10:51

other they just like willing to spend 10

2:10:52

hours 8 hours at the bas of anyone that

2:10:56

is queuing there this is amazing to show

2:10:59

the strength of a nation to show the the

2:11:02

the a possibility that we can all be and

2:11:06

we organize it in a different way this

2:11:07

time we organized it with like um you

2:11:10

know a Google form so people could

2:11:12

actually choose the time they would come

2:11:14

so we could organize how many of us were

2:11:16

required what the waiting time and doing

2:11:19

so was also a way to invite them to

2:11:21

commit because a lot of time you propose

2:11:24

things to people and oh yeah this

2:11:26

amazing they forget about it the day

2:11:28

after they text you oh was it was today

2:11:30

was yesterday like no no no no pick a

2:11:32

time and we wait you for that time um so

2:11:36

we did that um about 200 people

2:11:41

experienced bars for the first time. We

2:11:44

had 300 people showing up in the park in

2:11:47

the like in a span of eight hours. Uh we

2:11:50

were just like over the moon. I never

2:11:53

seen so many people line up for

2:11:54

something they don't even know what is

2:11:55

but like hey there is an energy here and

2:11:58

so that was massive.

2:12:01

>> That is beautiful. And thank you so much

2:12:03

Marco for for for sharing this. I have

2:12:06

to say unfortunately um there are other

2:12:09

areas uh that would probably require

2:12:11

that too. You mentioned Lebanon. We

2:12:14

talked about the Middle East. We all

2:12:15

know what is going on in Iran right now.

2:12:18

If there is anyone out there who

2:12:20

probably just got inspired. Um please go

2:12:24

and copy what Marco did. Um most

2:12:28

important as Kadrina

2:12:31

mentioned it before we started interview

2:12:33

about taking position. This is not about

2:12:35

having an opinion. This is about being

2:12:38

the gift of creating a space where we

2:12:40

where people can relax. So, thank you,

2:12:44

Marco, for everything you did for Exus

2:12:47

Bath, for Venezuela, for everyone um who

2:12:50

received that session. Um and as I

2:12:53

mentioned to the to the other people

2:12:55

interviewed, please please keep going.

2:12:57

The world needs magic like you. And of

2:13:00

course, PA, I know she was she's a

2:13:03

powerhouse of organization. So, if

2:13:05

you're listening, PA, thank you so much

2:13:08

for everything you contributed. Thank

2:13:10

you, Marco.

2:13:11

>> Thank you, guys. Thank you very much.

2:13:13

>> Bye-bye.

2:13:16

>> And that actually leads into this. So,

2:13:18

if wherever you are in the world and if

2:13:20

you get inspired by this and you would

2:13:22

like to learn bars, there is a

2:13:24

possibility of doing that whether or not

2:13:25

you can find, you know, even get

2:13:27

yourself to a live bars class. So, we

2:13:29

have a bars class coming up online once

2:13:32

a year. Dr. Dane here does the only

2:13:35

online bars class that we have and it's

2:13:38

coming up on June 2nd and we have an

2:13:42

invite right now for that class.

2:13:49

Hi, my name is Dr. Dean here and I've

2:13:51

spent the last several years showing

2:13:53

people how to have more ease in their

2:13:55

lives. Wouldn't it be really cool if

2:13:57

there were a way that by being with

2:14:00

someone and using these miraculous gifts

2:14:05

called your hands, you could decrease

2:14:08

someone's anxiety, stress, and

2:14:10

depression an average of 87%

2:14:14

in about an hour.

2:14:16

Guess what? There is. It's called Access

2:14:19

Consciousness bars.

2:14:21

this particular

2:14:24

technique, if you will, this particular

2:14:26

I had an experience of it 26 years ago

2:14:30

that quite literally saved and changed

2:14:33

my entire life and future.

2:14:35

That's a bit of a big statement to make,

2:14:38

but that's exactly what happened. I was

2:14:40

at a very low point in my life and

2:14:44

I needed a lifeline and out of the blue,

2:14:48

I saw an ad in the paper. I had an

2:14:51

Access Consciousness bar session and I

2:14:54

went from angry, depressed, and suicidal

2:14:57

to grateful to be alive in about an hour

2:15:00

and 15 minutes. And I still remember

2:15:03

looking out the window of my office at

2:15:05

the time right after that bar session

2:15:07

thinking, has it always been this

2:15:09

beautiful here?

2:15:11

So,

2:15:13

we're going to have a global bars class

2:15:15

that you can take from anywhere around

2:15:17

the world as long as you have a partner.

2:15:19

And I'm going to show you how to do

2:15:20

this. Not only that, we're going to

2:15:23

laugh a lot. We're going to play a lot

2:15:25

because a lot more change occurs with

2:15:26

laughter than tears. But also, you'll be

2:15:29

with thousands of people from around the

2:15:31

world. And there's an undeniable surge

2:15:36

like a tsunami that occurs when you get

2:15:38

together with that many people to do

2:15:40

something that's about all of us

2:15:42

receiving more, all of us contributing

2:15:45

more, all of us getting to experience

2:15:48

and know the gift that we are more than

2:15:51

we ever have before. So consider

2:15:53

yourself warmly invited to the global

2:15:56

bars class that we will be doing live in

2:16:00

Prague and everywhere around the world.

2:16:03

And in the meantime, I have a really

2:16:04

wonderful, very easy to use tool for

2:16:06

you. You probably heard it already if

2:16:09

you've ever followed me anywhere. Um

2:16:11

that would be weird if you were

2:16:12

following me places. I'd be like, "What

2:16:14

are you doing there?" You're like, "I'm

2:16:15

following you. I'm a follower." I'm

2:16:16

like,

2:16:18

Anyway, uh it's this. All of life comes

2:16:22

to me with ease and joy and glory. All

2:16:25

of life comes to me with ease and joy

2:16:27

and glory. All of life comes to me with

2:16:30

ease and joy and glory. I suggest using

2:16:32

it all day long. Do it for 3 days and

2:16:37

let me know what happens. This is truly

2:16:39

the beginning of something greater than

2:16:42

has ever been before and way more fun.

2:16:45

And what if you truly being you are the

2:16:47

gift, the change, and the possibility

2:16:49

this world requires. See you soon,

2:16:51

beautiful you. Bye-bye for now.

2:16:56

Bye-bye for now. And hopefully see you

2:16:59

soon in one of the upcoming Bath

2:17:02

classes. If you are curious where to

2:17:05

find your next access bar, well, there

2:17:08

are websites accessconsciousness.com.

2:17:11

Um you can look for your next bars class

2:17:15

when you can also check out

2:17:16

barsinbusiness.com.

2:17:18

Um we have a few hundred people who have

2:17:21

their profiles there all around the

2:17:23

world. Uh what is um my favorite part of

2:17:26

that bars and business website. You have

2:17:28

this world map and then you can actually

2:17:30

pick your location and see who is close

2:17:34

to you by zooming into your country into

2:17:36

your city. Um, and if you're curious

2:17:39

enough to come to Dane's bars class on

2:17:43

June 2nd, please remember you need a

2:17:45

second person who is with you because

2:17:48

one thing that that bars really requires

2:17:50

is someone touching the head by just

2:17:53

sitting on your computer watching as we

2:17:55

do now. It would just be half of the

2:17:57

fun. So find yourself a partner and come

2:18:00

to Dane's global bar class or check out

2:18:03

where you find your next mass class and

2:18:07

check it out. Um try it out and then see

2:18:10

if it works for you. Um another group of

2:18:15

people who obviously really enjoy bars,

2:18:19

there are 500 women in Tel Aiv for the

2:18:23

International Women's Day on March 18,

2:18:26

2025.

2:18:28

Um, Mkhal organized something really

2:18:32

amazing. What is that? Well, watch our

2:18:35

next video. Katarina interviewed Mikal

2:18:38

about what she created in Tel Aviv with

2:18:42

Exas.

2:18:46

Welcome everyone. Right now we are going

2:18:50

to explore how you take a modality like

2:18:54

access bars and scale it to 500 people

2:18:58

in a governmentf funded setting and Mal

2:19:02

did exactly that. She worked with Tel a

2:19:05

Viv Yafo municipality for International

2:19:08

Women's Day this year. And she led a

2:19:10

team to support 500 women including

2:19:13

nurses working in high pressure hospital

2:19:17

environments.

2:19:18

And we're going to look at that whole

2:19:20

event and also see why the city has

2:19:23

already signed up to do the same thing

2:19:25

next year. So welcome Mikat.

2:19:27

>> Hi. Hello.

2:19:30

>> So let's

2:19:31

>> the birds join too. Yes. And you have

2:19:34

the most beautiful background. It's like

2:19:36

the earth is talking.

2:19:38

And one of the things I really like I

2:19:40

just want to start with the actual you

2:19:43

know event. You know here you are you

2:19:47

have 500 participants and you have 14

2:19:49

practitioners. This is like a massive

2:19:52

logistical feat. So how did you

2:19:55

coordinate the flow of all these people

2:19:58

getting a 15inut you know taster

2:20:01

session? How did you how did you even do

2:20:03

that? Just so people can get the picture

2:20:04

in their heads of this event.

2:20:08

>> Yeah, it it was amazing. It was 15

2:20:11

minutes each one of them. We were 14

2:20:16

um paritioners

2:20:19

and we invited each time 14 women to

2:20:23

join and then we did 15 minutes no

2:20:28

talking at all. We didn't explain almost

2:20:30

anything. Maybe one or two minutes just

2:20:34

to say explore it. And we started and we

2:20:39

didn't talk the whole time. We looked at

2:20:41

each other from time to time. And it was

2:20:44

amazing. We did it five and a half hours

2:20:47

the first day, five and a half hours the

2:20:50

second day

2:20:52

and it was amazing how much we could

2:20:55

create in 15 minutes. So during that

2:20:59

time we became more and more you know it

2:21:03

was more and more ease and quick and and

2:21:05

and potent and powerful and it's just we

2:21:09

finished we entered and and people wait

2:21:12

women waited outside we finished the 15

2:21:14

minutes we took two minutes and we

2:21:16

entered more and then they went out and

2:21:18

then we went we added more and we had

2:21:22

only

2:21:24

almost we didn't have a break. It was

2:21:26

amazing. The energy and the power was so

2:21:29

we just continued doing it and

2:21:34

it was wow. And most of the women didn't

2:21:36

know what is access bars.

2:21:39

>> They had no clue what it is, what we do.

2:21:42

>> But the the the energy of running the

2:21:45

bars for 14 women in one time, the same

2:21:49

time, 15 minutes, it was huge. Really.

2:21:55

What um shifts did you notice like what

2:21:58

what did you you know for example when

2:22:00

you had nurses on there that may have

2:22:02

been in a lot of you know stressful

2:22:04

environments in their work know not at

2:22:07

the moment of the bars but like what did

2:22:09

you notice and what did they notice?

2:22:11

What did you hear after? They were

2:22:14

they're really shocked how uh fast it

2:22:17

can be in 15 minutes that they have such

2:22:20

a quiet

2:22:23

in in in everything they they have such

2:22:26

a a clear mind and some of them even

2:22:30

came again and again and again because

2:22:32

they wanted more. So they came again to

2:22:34

the line. There were some that did four

2:22:36

or five times and um and and most of

2:22:41

them were like, "Wow, we didn't know

2:22:43

what is it? What what's what did you

2:22:45

do?" And and the the peace and quiet

2:22:49

they had was the most important the most

2:22:53

um thing we heard more.

2:22:56

>> Yeah. You actually this project also

2:22:59

after October 7 you also had a project

2:23:03

where you were running I think bars in

2:23:05

libraries.

2:23:06

>> Yes. Or

2:23:07

>> so how did like that was like a call to

2:23:10

create calm basically. So could you talk

2:23:13

a little bit about that and how that

2:23:14

actually led into this project?

2:23:18

>> That was a different project.

2:23:21

>> Um

2:23:23

>> we had an idea. It's with colleagues,

2:23:25

not only me, of course. Uh

2:23:28

>> that uh we had the idea to do it in the

2:23:30

lab library because it has a open space

2:23:33

for that and invite the neighbors to

2:23:36

come and just uh relax a little bit. And

2:23:39

also we didn't explain a lot. We just

2:23:42

say come and clear your m your mind.

2:23:45

>> And it was so much ease in both projects

2:23:51

to bring the people to come and join.

2:23:53

There were waiting lists from bars

2:23:55

practitioners who wanted to to do that

2:24:00

and uh I had a waiting list really and

2:24:03

they said tell me when we have a and

2:24:05

when you have another thing like that

2:24:07

let us know and there was a friend of

2:24:08

mine we even uh ask to learn the access

2:24:12

bars so she can contribute. It was

2:24:14

amazing. I think the magic was that, you

2:24:18

know, you just

2:24:20

ask for something and you don't care

2:24:23

what it is, just something that that

2:24:26

will let go a little bit and and clear

2:24:29

your mind and and and people didn't ask

2:24:33

so many questions. So, it was amazing

2:24:35

and and the one who received were so

2:24:39

ready to receive that made it all so

2:24:42

magical. We did it twice and I have an

2:24:45

idea. I have an ask to do it in all

2:24:48

libraries everywhere. It can be ex uh to

2:24:52

so many people that doesn't know the

2:24:54

access bars can explore it. And what

2:24:56

contribution would that be?

2:24:59

>> And I love also the the credit line of

2:25:01

bars practitioners who wanted to

2:25:02

contribute because it really shows that

2:25:04

the simultaneity of gifting and

2:25:06

receiving which occurs you know always

2:25:09

and maybe especially a parent in bar

2:25:12

sessions like you get a session when you

2:25:14

gift one.

2:25:16

>> Yeah, it was amazing. You know the

2:25:18

friend that learned the bars almost

2:25:20

didn't do a lot afterwards. She just so

2:25:23

much wanted to contribute

2:25:25

>> in that period of time.

2:25:27

>> So there was a magical time that

2:25:30

everyone just

2:25:32

asked to to to gift whatever they can.

2:25:36

>> Yeah. Well, it's also if we go back to

2:25:39

the women's project, it's it's rare to

2:25:42

see like a city municipality like Tel

2:25:44

Aiv uh fully fund and be part of a

2:25:48

holistic project of this size. How did

2:25:50

you bridge the gap between like

2:25:53

alternative wellness and formal

2:25:56

government infrastructure?

2:25:58

>> You know, something happened in Israel

2:26:00

in this in the whole world and in Israel

2:26:03

too in this last two years that people

2:26:05

really asked for something. They didn't

2:26:08

know what it is, but they were open to

2:26:10

receive whatever they can in order to

2:26:16

lower their nervous system from

2:26:18

everything that goes on. and and and um

2:26:22

and and more people ask for that now

2:26:24

actually for everything you know just to

2:26:27

to to get a method that can um make them

2:26:31

more relaxed. So this is in general what

2:26:34

happened here in Israel. or more people

2:26:36

are open to to hear to listen something

2:26:39

was you know uh our minds were so we we

2:26:43

have so much information that we just

2:26:46

ask for it more than before and um

2:26:51

>> yeah that that's really interesting and

2:26:53

and what happened in this municipality

2:26:55

if the one who produced the whole thing

2:26:59

asked his friend what can he do for 15

2:27:02

minutes with women that doesn't need you

2:27:05

know oil for massage tables and things

2:27:08

to have so many preparations. So he

2:27:12

thought about raiki and a colleague of

2:27:15

mine suggested him to do the access bar.

2:27:17

So he didn't know he didn't know

2:27:19

anything about it. She explained it and

2:27:22

he said to the municipality that there

2:27:25

would be raiki that you know raiki is a

2:27:27

bit more common and people know it and

2:27:30

that bar. So it was amazing um that this

2:27:34

is what uh people waited for and there

2:27:38

were a few people from the 14 people who

2:27:41

came who knew also raiki and we started

2:27:44

with both but the access bars was so

2:27:47

strong. I think there was there was only

2:27:50

one that didn't know the access bars and

2:27:53

the rest all knew it and

2:27:55

>> and the energy just shifted to the

2:27:58

access bars

2:28:00

>> most of the time. So it was, you know,

2:28:03

the energy asked for it and we just

2:28:06

said yes.

2:28:07

>> Followed.

2:28:08

>> Yeah. We followed the energy.

2:28:09

>> It's like now the the energy asked to

2:28:12

show some

2:28:13

>> Yeah.

2:28:15

>> some earth and be outside. Yes.

2:28:18

>> Well, so we have to run off because you

2:28:21

know this is part of this bigger global

2:28:23

birth day.

2:28:25

I want to say also just that uh sorry

2:28:27

that um it was in women in women's day

2:28:31

last year

2:28:33

>> and they took them all out and did also

2:28:36

more things not only the bars there was

2:28:40

sound healing there was the stations

2:28:43

>> this time I do it again in another

2:28:46

municipality and I will have a lecture

2:28:49

on um listening to your body and I will

2:28:54

show I will introduce the access bars

2:28:56

and a bit from their body processes to

2:28:59

300 people from other municipalities.

2:29:01

So, how does it get any better than that

2:29:04

to take something from, you know, take a

2:29:07

day like a women's day and see what um

2:29:11

municipalities look for something

2:29:13

interesting? So, what can that create as

2:29:15

an inspiration?

2:29:17

>> Yeah. And that was actually my last

2:29:19

question because since it was preedered

2:29:20

for this year, like that is your

2:29:23

long-term vision then and the libraries.

2:29:25

Is anything else that you have in your

2:29:27

long-term vision?

2:29:29

>> I don't have I don't know. I don't think

2:29:31

we have time for all of this. Uh I have

2:29:34

so many ideas and you know um sometimes

2:29:37

it just why doesn't why don't it happen

2:29:40

now? So I wanted it to happen already

2:29:42

and then when you ask and let go

2:29:46

things start to come and um yeah I don't

2:29:51

I don't remember now what ideas I have

2:29:53

but it's like every time I run bars I

2:29:56

facilitate the class I meet people I see

2:29:59

things I just have new ideas because we

2:30:02

are when we are connected to the ask of

2:30:05

the people we can hear them and then we

2:30:07

can uh follow the

2:30:11

Well, I actually think that's a

2:30:13

beautiful place to end. Like you ask and

2:30:15

then you relax and you see what shows up

2:30:18

and

2:30:19

>> you know to relax

2:30:21

to let go.

2:30:24

>> We all love to practice to relax. Thank

2:30:26

you so much for coming on my

2:30:28

>> and uh good luck and what else is

2:30:31

possible. Thank you.

2:30:33

>> Bye bye.

2:30:36

So, as we were working on this global

2:30:38

bar celebration, there's so many stories

2:30:42

all over the world that we would have

2:30:45

liked to include and that we could have

2:30:47

included. So, we made

2:30:49

a little compilation of some unusual

2:30:52

stories about bars, things where people

2:30:55

were really surprised from what effect

2:30:59

running the bars had. So, here here you

2:31:02

go. Here you get to meet some of those

2:31:04

people from around the world again.

2:31:16

One day one of my clients had treatment

2:31:19

resistant depression. He received an

2:31:22

access bar session as a gift. Then

2:31:24

another one and another one and he

2:31:27

started to come back to life. A year

2:31:31

later, he came to a access bars class

2:31:35

and said to me, "I'm going to learn this

2:31:38

and I will run bars for anyone who gets

2:31:42

stuck in the dark room."

2:31:45

One of my clients actually came to me

2:31:47

for a bars class and she had an issue

2:31:50

where she wasn't finding work for about

2:31:52

3 4 months before the class and she came

2:31:54

she got her bars run before the like 24

2:31:59

hours later she messages me and goes

2:32:01

like dude what is this? This is

2:32:04

supremely amazing and and crazy cuz she

2:32:06

got three offers. her previous job

2:32:08

called her with a salary increment and

2:32:12

also um two other job offers just came

2:32:15

through. So it was quite spectacular. I

2:32:18

had a client who got her bars run for

2:32:20

the first time and she described it as

2:32:23

um her mind getting to go on vacation

2:32:26

and after she had one bar session she

2:32:28

picked up the guitar which she hadn't

2:32:30

done for a long time and was much more

2:32:32

engaged in her creativity and music and

2:32:35

art and it was fabulous. In one of my

2:32:38

bars classes, a participant brought her

2:32:42

husband who was sitting in a wheelchair.

2:32:45

So when she was gifting bars, she gifted

2:32:48

him the bars. And after his first

2:32:51

session, right after the session, he was

2:32:55

able to get up on his own feet and had

2:32:58

not to use the wheelchair anymore until

2:33:01

today. How does it get any better than

2:33:03

this? I have a friend who had car

2:33:06

accident last year

2:33:09

and afterwards she wasn't able to drive.

2:33:12

She wasn't able to sleep. She wasn't

2:33:15

able to do anything.

2:33:18

But she was just like, I will make it by

2:33:20

myself. It's okay. But it wasn't okay at

2:33:23

all. And after 2 days of no sleep,

2:33:28

she came to me with her ask, "Please run

2:33:30

me my bars. I will try it." And next

2:33:35

day, she was able to drive nearly 60

2:33:37

kilometers

2:33:39

with no fear.

2:33:41

I have six years old young client, super

2:33:44

smart boy who was hurting himself and

2:33:48

after two sessions, he told me yesterday

2:33:50

that he uh doesn't have the need to hurt

2:33:53

himself anymore and he definitely will

2:33:55

come for a bar session again. One of my

2:33:58

clients brought her son to see me to

2:34:00

have his bars done. He is autistic and

2:34:03

nonverbal. And after the bar session at

2:34:06

the end of the week, um she called me up

2:34:09

and she said, "Ellen, I cannot believe

2:34:10

it. He used to hit his head with his

2:34:13

fist about 40 50 times a day since he's

2:34:16

had his bars run. He's done it once."

2:34:19

One of my clients was trying to get

2:34:21

pregnant for years. They were trying

2:34:23

everything with her husband and nothing

2:34:24

was really working. Then she came for a

2:34:26

bar session and a week later she texted

2:34:30

me, "She's pregnant. Now she has a

2:34:32

beautiful boy." A woman came to me to

2:34:35

try Access Bars. She had no spark in her

2:34:40

eyes. She was kind of gray and low. And

2:34:44

an hour and 15 minutes later, she got

2:34:47

off the table and she looked like a

2:34:49

completely different person. And the

2:34:51

cool thing was that her husband was

2:34:53

waiting outside the session picking her

2:34:55

up. And as she entered the car, he just

2:34:57

started crying and saying, "Ah, I got

2:35:01

you back finally.

2:35:16

Okay. So, we're back and we're actually

2:35:21

premiering something right now. Today,

2:35:24

we're launching a brand new book. Access

2:35:27

Consciousness Public Publishing Company

2:35:30

is launching the book, The Neuroscience

2:35:32

of Access Consciousness. And it's

2:35:34

written by I I'm probably not saying

2:35:37

this correct, Juan Zuarees. And he'll be

2:35:41

joining us right now. And we're going to

2:35:42

chat a little bit about his book.

2:35:46

Oh, David came on for a moment, but here

2:35:48

he is. Hello.

2:35:50

>> Hi, Karina. How are you? It's so nice to

2:35:53

see you.

2:35:54

>> It's so nice to see you. It's early

2:35:56

where you are. Isn't it?

2:35:58

>> Yes. I'm early at 9:00 a.m.

2:36:01

>> Oh, that's okay. That's like that's an

2:36:04

okay time to join us.

2:36:05

>> It's a good time.

2:36:07

>> Yeah. So, you've written Do you have the

2:36:09

book? Could you hold it up if you have

2:36:11

it? Do you have a physical copy of it? I

2:36:14

don't have my physical copy yet because

2:36:16

it's like something we are here in

2:36:19

Ecuador to bring the books, but it's a

2:36:21

great thing that we can have it today in

2:36:24

a digital

2:36:26

presentation and it's out for everybody

2:36:29

and it's such a like a dream came true

2:36:33

with all these tools that in the book

2:36:35

and it's the the real thing that I am

2:36:38

here talking to you about this this

2:36:40

book.

2:36:41

You're so welcome. And I have some

2:36:44

questions to you from the book. So my

2:36:47

first question is in your introduction,

2:36:51

you described your first bar session as

2:36:54

like your head went plop and it felt

2:36:56

like it shortcircuited and you're an

2:36:58

osteopath and you really train in that

2:37:02

like precision of how the body moves and

2:37:04

releases. So what was your osteopath

2:37:07

brain telling you about that moment?

2:37:10

Well, it was incredible because it it

2:37:12

doesn't has a a bar session. Actually,

2:37:15

it was a facilit facilitating session.

2:37:18

>> I was talking with Bruno. He he is a CF.

2:37:22

And when we when he was talking to me

2:37:25

about the things and he was using the

2:37:27

clearing a statement, I started sense my

2:37:30

my nose like wet and my my my pulse was

2:37:34

changing during the session and I said I

2:37:37

don't know what's happening here but my

2:37:39

system is changing from this sympatic

2:37:42

method that that I was using now to a

2:37:44

parasympatic state of calm and I said

2:37:48

just talking and it's something weird

2:37:51

happening here and I start to want to

2:37:55

understand what is happening because the

2:37:57

change what like immediately and very

2:38:00

fast and that was like for for a people

2:38:04

who works with the with the body and

2:38:06

with that that kind of system and the

2:38:08

nerves it's like amazing the the the

2:38:12

change and the speed like it was very

2:38:15

fast for me.

2:38:17

Well, and it's amazing because the whole

2:38:19

book you go through all of these

2:38:21

different tools of access consciousness

2:38:23

and then you put this neuroscientific

2:38:26

angle on it. So for example, you use

2:38:28

this analogy that our brains are like a

2:38:31

computer running Windows program and if

2:38:34

somebody is stuck in a loop of financial

2:38:36

lack or bad luck, the brain like keeps

2:38:40

running and then the clearing statement

2:38:42

comes in and updates I think you

2:38:45

described like updates the software.

2:38:47

Could you talk a little bit about that?

2:38:49

>> Yes. Let let me let me show you an

2:38:52

example to the people who is here. Now

2:38:55

let's let's do this. Okay. Say in your

2:38:57

mind hello. Say your name. I am here.

2:39:02

Done with your voice. Don't open your

2:39:03

mouth. Just say hello. I am here in your

2:39:07

mind.

2:39:09

And see what happens in your body. It's

2:39:12

like you have this presence in your

2:39:14

body.

2:39:15

>> Let's do the same. Let's let's say um

2:39:19

hello.

2:39:20

I'm not enough in your mind.

2:39:24

and see what happens.

2:39:27

So your brain is listening all the time.

2:39:30

>> All the your brain is listening your

2:39:33

thoughts. So when you use the clearing

2:39:35

statement, when you use the the tools

2:39:38

that the basic tools, let's say, you

2:39:41

start to change that information and you

2:39:44

start to change the areas in your brain

2:39:47

that are hearing you all the time, that

2:39:49

are listening you all the time. So when

2:39:52

you start to change all these ways, you

2:39:55

c you came out from um survival mode to

2:39:59

a creativity mode. And it's it's

2:40:02

interesting because the change

2:40:05

made a um a big space in your brain and

2:40:09

it's a in a longer time. It's not just

2:40:12

for a seconds,

2:40:14

>> right? That was very clear even that

2:40:16

practice. Is that what you call pension?

2:40:19

Pensac.

2:40:23

It's pensation. When you thought

2:40:26

something and you feel it in your body.

2:40:28

So it's it's a new like word in the

2:40:32

Spanish that you say, I think something,

2:40:35

I feel it in my body. So the the tools

2:40:38

design this this change in your brain to

2:40:41

get out of this space. So you think

2:40:44

something and you can stop this thought

2:40:46

in your mind.

2:40:48

Well, you also talk about the bars in

2:40:50

the book. Um, and you talk about the

2:40:52

vagus nerve running through several of

2:40:55

the R bars access points like time and

2:40:57

space. So, for anyone listening to this

2:41:00

who is more of a skeptic and just think

2:41:02

this is like touching the head. What is

2:41:05

the biological significance of

2:41:07

stimulating that specific nerve during a

2:41:10

session? Okay, this is an amazing thing

2:41:13

because you know everything that we have

2:41:16

in our world when get in the brain you

2:41:19

have just electrical science science

2:41:22

okay so it's electricity nothing else so

2:41:25

when you touch in the I don't know joy

2:41:30

and sadness when you touch in times of

2:41:32

space when you go in the in the implant

2:41:36

bars you are touching a very important

2:41:40

nerve for the brain that is the vagus

2:41:43

nerve. So if you touch it softly you

2:41:46

will change the structure of the nerve.

2:41:49

If you change the structure of the nerve

2:41:51

you change the way that the information

2:41:54

cames into your brain. So the

2:41:57

electricity that came that goes like

2:42:00

very high it goes down and very slow and

2:42:03

that relax your body.

2:42:07

>> Wow. Oh, so my final question is

2:42:10

>> this is really the first book to bridge

2:42:13

access consciousness with neuroscience.

2:42:16

What was the most uncomfortable belief

2:42:19

you had to put aside as a medical

2:42:21

profession to professional to allow this

2:42:25

book to be written?

2:42:27

The the thing was with the body process

2:42:29

like was an interesting thing you know

2:42:32

because like an osteopath or a body

2:42:35

worker you touch in some specific place

2:42:38

in the body and you have to wait that

2:42:41

the tissue open and and change the

2:42:43

tension and you you need to do something

2:42:46

you need to move to to create this

2:42:48

change but with the body process you

2:42:51

just put your hands and the body change

2:42:54

and and I said I don't know what's

2:42:55

happening in here. So it was like the

2:42:59

tricky thing for me because I said I do

2:43:01

all these specific techniques to create

2:43:04

this change in the body and and now I

2:43:07

just need to put my hands change the

2:43:09

energy and change the body. So it was

2:43:12

very very tricky for me.

2:43:14

>> Wow. I really I found your book

2:43:17

fascinating and I really recommend it to

2:43:19

anyone who is interested in neuroscience

2:43:22

and interested in these kind of

2:43:24

energetic techniques that access

2:43:26

consciousness you know have available.

2:43:28

So thank you so much for coming on.

2:43:31

>> Thank you so much Katherine. It's a

2:43:32

pleasure.

2:43:33

>> And you can find this book um on Amazon.

2:43:37

You can find it on ACP's website access

2:43:39

consciousness publishing website. It is

2:43:42

now available from today. If you got

2:43:44

curious right now, head over and get

2:43:46

your own copy.

2:43:48

>> Yes, go for it. It's a pleasure to be

2:43:50

here.

2:43:51

>> Thank you.

2:43:52

>> Thank you so much.

2:43:56

>> And I'm back.

2:44:01

>> There you go. I got help because I

2:44:03

couldn't remember what was

2:44:04

>> Yes. I was I was just fascinated

2:44:06

listening to this interview. Thank you

2:44:07

so much, Katherine. And wow, it's just

2:44:10

it's just amazing to find out. Um I want

2:44:13

to say how it works behind the scenes

2:44:16

and behind the scenes is actually here

2:44:18

in in in in our brain. Um beautiful,

2:44:22

beautiful work you've done and I

2:44:24

literally can't wait to read the book.

2:44:26

I'll order my copy right away. Um what

2:44:29

is next on our schedule? Well, as

2:44:32

Katarina mentioned, what is being

2:44:34

created around the world u with people

2:44:37

running bars, there are beautiful,

2:44:40

amazing, inspiring

2:44:43

stories that people reported to us. Um,

2:44:46

our first idea of of this um global bar

2:44:49

celebration was to interview them, to do

2:44:52

videos, to bring them on live and then

2:44:54

someone said, "Well, we we don't have

2:44:56

two and a half days, we have four

2:44:58

hours."

2:45:00

So what what we did to just give you an

2:45:03

idea and probably some inspiration on

2:45:06

what else is possible, we've created

2:45:10

another video videos video of stories of

2:45:13

change um where we picked some beautiful

2:45:17

ways on what getting your bars run can

2:45:21

actually change in your world. So next

2:45:24

video, stories of change. What else is

2:45:27

truly possible with access bars?

2:45:45

What's up, guys? My name is Andrew

2:45:47

Reagan. I'm from Boulder, Colorado, and

2:45:49

this is my bars story of change. It all

2:45:52

started when I was a football player in

2:45:53

college at the US Air Force Academy in

2:45:55

Washington State University. And I had

2:45:57

been hit in the head so many times. I

2:46:00

couldn't think straight. I was

2:46:01

frustrated. I was irritated. I had brain

2:46:03

fog every day. And I knew that I could

2:46:06

not go on like this. And so I started to

2:46:08

become anxious. I even became depressed

2:46:10

because I wasn't being myself and I

2:46:12

couldn't do the things that I wanted to

2:46:13

do. And so I spent a very long time,

2:46:17

over a year, trying all these different

2:46:18

modalities, all these different tools.

2:46:20

And I knew there was something out there

2:46:21

that was just going to rock my world.

2:46:23

And when I finally got my bars run, my

2:46:26

whole world changed. I finally felt

2:46:29

calm, peaceful, relaxed. My brain was

2:46:32

working again. And I was like, "Oh my

2:46:34

gosh, I finally want to be alive." So, I

2:46:38

got my bars run every day for as many

2:46:40

days as I could. And my whole world just

2:46:43

kept expanding and getting better. And I

2:46:45

was thinking more clearly. And I can

2:46:47

confidently say today, my brain is

2:46:50

working the best it's ever worked. My

2:46:51

memor is incredible. I'm a lot more at

2:46:54

peace. I'm so much happier. And thank

2:46:57

God for Access Consciousness Bars

2:46:59

because I would not be who I am today

2:47:02

without it. So, if you've never had your

2:47:04

bars run, please go check it out. It's

2:47:06

amazing. The worst case scenario is your

2:47:08

whole life will change.

2:47:35

Hi, my name is Samantha Maria and I am a

2:47:39

bars facilitator from Brazil.

2:47:43

In September 2025,

2:47:47

we held a bar event at the biggest

2:47:51

hospital in Latin America, the hospital

2:47:57

clinical. We had 33 practitioners and we

2:48:02

gifted sessions to 243

2:48:07

people.

2:48:09

All of them were invited to answer a

2:48:12

feedback form.

2:48:15

60 people answer it.

2:48:19

They say they would like more events

2:48:22

like this and they would even pay for

2:48:26

it.

2:48:27

100%

2:48:30

say they left feeling lighter, more

2:48:34

relaxed and better than when they

2:48:37

arrived. They all say they say the event

2:48:42

and the bar sessions were great or

2:48:46

excellent.

2:48:48

What would it take to bring bars to all

2:48:52

the hospital in the planet? How can be

2:48:56

better than this?

2:49:24

Hi, my name is Carla Lightfoot and I'm

2:49:27

an Access Bars facilitator in New York

2:49:30

City. I have been facilitating and

2:49:34

running bars for about seven to eight

2:49:37

years now. And I wanted to share a story

2:49:40

about a client of mine who was diagnosed

2:49:43

at with MS at age 24 and showed up on my

2:49:49

doorstep 20 plus years later. Uh she had

2:49:55

been having difficulty walking over a

2:49:58

number of years. Sometimes felt like the

2:50:00

ground was just going to drop out

2:50:02

beneath her. Um that her feet were just

2:50:05

going to crumble. And sometimes it was

2:50:08

worse than others, but she hadn't been

2:50:10

able to hike and walk, which is

2:50:13

something that she loves to do. And uh

2:50:16

so I ran her bars. We ran her bars about

2:50:19

three or four times. And it completely

2:50:22

changed her life. Soon after uh maybe

2:50:27

six months after working together uh and

2:50:30

also providing her with some tools, uh

2:50:33

she wrote me that she had walked her

2:50:36

1500 mile and that she was so grateful

2:50:39

for me and access bars and that

2:50:43

everything had turned around for her and

2:50:46

she knew it was changed and uh she has

2:50:50

been walking ever since up until now.

2:50:53

And I'm so grateful for the bars and so

2:50:56

many stories of change and so happy for

2:50:59

her.

2:51:02

Thank you.

2:51:32

So when I found Access Consciousness, I

2:51:35

had been I was about 26 years old and I

2:51:40

had would wake up every morning with a

2:51:43

lot of anxiety. I woke up every morning

2:51:45

with depression like this sense of the

2:51:47

world ending and I had no reason why. So

2:51:52

I was successful, I was young, I had

2:51:54

absolutely no reason why I would be

2:51:56

depressed or anxious. So I went to a

2:51:59

doctor and he said, "Your brain is just

2:52:01

different and it's not balancing." So

2:52:03

the only way to balance it is if we put

2:52:05

you on medication. So they put me on um

2:52:10

they tried like three different

2:52:11

medications. Lexapro, Prozac, all sorts

2:52:14

of stuff. They would try it for six

2:52:16

months. The anxiety and the depression

2:52:18

would come back. So then they would up

2:52:20

the dosage and add in different

2:52:22

medications. So I think after about two

2:52:25

years, I was on um a dosage and a half

2:52:29

of Prozac plus um Xanax in case some

2:52:34

anxiety attack came that I couldn't

2:52:35

handle. And then also sleeping pills in

2:52:39

case I couldn't fall asleep at night.

2:52:40

Plus, I was also occasionally

2:52:42

self-medicating with like alcohol and

2:52:44

whatever just to get through the day

2:52:47

without having this like intense stuff

2:52:51

going on. You know, after a couple years

2:52:53

of that and none of it was working,

2:52:55

somewhere in my world, I knew something

2:52:56

else had to be possible. So, I started

2:52:58

asking some questions and looking around

2:53:01

and I have a family of weirdos who try

2:53:04

all sorts of different modalities. And

2:53:06

um

2:53:09

this one lady I called and I had a

2:53:11

session with her and she said you know I

2:53:13

have a question for you. She said you

2:53:15

know do you live in an apartment

2:53:16

building? Yes. You know what's going on

2:53:18

at work? She was asking me all these

2:53:20

questions and she said do you know

2:53:21

there's this new thing that I've tried.

2:53:23

It's called Access Consciousness. And

2:53:25

there's a question that they ask and

2:53:27

it's what if 98% of your thoughts,

2:53:29

feelings, and emotions don't actually

2:53:31

belong to you? And at the time I was

2:53:34

like, "Oh my god."

2:53:37

So that was the first doorway into

2:53:40

Access Consciousness. And then the next

2:53:42

step was actually getting my bars run.

2:53:44

And the first time I had my bars one was

2:53:46

the first time that I ever actually had

2:53:47

a sense of peace just being me.

2:53:56

And that was 15 years ago. And it's a

2:54:01

constant tool that I use in my life

2:54:02

because what I learned from that is that

2:54:04

I'm aware of the entire world. And the

2:54:06

medication that I was taking was trying

2:54:08

to help numb that awareness and dilute

2:54:11

it so that I could actually, you know,

2:54:13

be happy, have a sense of peace. So now

2:54:16

I don't take medication obviously and I

2:54:18

use the questions of access

2:54:20

consciousness and access bars to have

2:54:22

that sense of ease with the awareness of

2:54:25

the world around me so that I know that

2:54:26

it's not mine and that I can change it.

2:54:54

beautiful stories of change and I know

2:54:56

we are all getting ready to hear uh Gary

2:55:00

Douglas and Dr. today in here. Uh the

2:55:02

founders of Access Consciousness, they

2:55:04

are getting ready as we speak. Um and to

2:55:07

give them a little bit more time and

2:55:10

also give you another um sneak peek into

2:55:13

what else is possible with Access Bars

2:55:16

and the tools of Access Consciousness.

2:55:18

There is a last video that we have for

2:55:23

you. Um

2:55:25

an inspiration

2:55:27

uh an invitation

2:55:29

um to probably consider what else is

2:55:34

truly possible if you start

2:55:35

acknowledging what do you actually know

2:55:38

and what do you want to create in your

2:55:42

life. And if you know anyone out there

2:55:44

who might be interested in more of what

2:55:48

we've been talking about the last three

2:55:50

hours, um, share the link. Um, there are

2:55:54

seven minutes until the Gand finale

2:55:57

where Dr. Dane here and Gary Douglas

2:56:00

will be our guests and then we can ask

2:56:02

them all the amazing questions um about

2:56:06

that incredible method uh called Access

2:56:09

Bars, how it came along, what their

2:56:11

vision was and where they want to see

2:56:14

the world um using Access Bars as one

2:56:18

way to relax, get ready, prepare

2:56:21

themselves and find who find themselves,

2:56:25

find out who they truly Julia. So, join

2:56:29

us now for a beautiful final video

2:56:33

before we get ready for the big

2:56:35

interview.

2:56:44

Hello, beautiful. You

2:56:47

get the sense of being out in the

2:56:49

forest, deep, deep in the woods.

2:56:53

While you're here, you have no reason

2:56:55

for walls, barriers, or anything else.

2:56:59

You hear the birds chirping, the insects

2:57:02

buzzing, the lizards scurrying around.

2:57:06

You notice the soft, sweet melody of the

2:57:09

leaves rustling in the wind. You are

2:57:12

home and you know you're not alone in

2:57:16

the most wonderful of ways.

2:57:21

There's a sense of not only total peace,

2:57:23

but a sense of connection with

2:57:24

everything.

2:57:26

Be with that for just a moment.

2:57:29

Having a sense of you getting to be

2:57:31

everything you are. No longer alone,

2:57:34

nurtured by everything around you.

2:57:41

While you're there, breathe in the

2:57:43

forest.

2:57:45

Breathe with the forest.

2:57:48

Breathe with the earth.

2:57:51

Let our home contribute to you.

2:57:59

Just notice all the plants, all the

2:58:01

animals are with you and contributing

2:58:04

being this beautiful space of just being

2:58:09

what they are.

2:58:11

Just being is a contribution.

2:58:16

And now what I'd like you to do is

2:58:18

notice you. Notice your space.

2:58:23

Notice the ease of having it and being

2:58:25

it.

2:58:26

And there's nothing to think about,

2:58:28

nothing to have as

2:58:31

any mental thought,

2:58:35

any structure.

2:58:38

You get to just be.

2:58:42

So right now, what if you were to ask

2:58:44

for everything that you can access from

2:58:46

and as that space with you in the forest

2:58:49

and the earth and just be with it for a

2:58:52

moment? Maybe even enjoy it.

2:58:57

Now ask yourself, what would it be like

2:59:00

if I were to undo this thing that I have

2:59:04

created as this solid structured me?

2:59:12

What would it be like if I could be free

2:59:14

to be who, what, where, when, why, and

2:59:17

how? And beyond it, beyond the who,

2:59:20

what, where, when, why, and how, that is

2:59:22

what I truly be.

2:59:26

So, here's what I'd like you to do. I'd

2:59:29

like you to unzip your body from behind

2:59:32

and step out as the light being that you

2:59:34

are, the being of consciousness.

2:59:47

And then rather than just having a light

2:59:49

being, light body, let it go as big as

2:59:52

your being wants to get. As big as your

2:59:54

being knows that it is. As big as the

2:59:57

real you knows it is.

3:00:07

And notice as you do how the forest is

3:00:09

like this is awesome. Like, yay, you're

3:00:14

here. Kind of like in the movie Cocoon,

3:00:17

except you get really big all of a

3:00:18

sudden and you're all light expanding

3:00:21

through the entire forest.

3:00:31

The forest speaks to you. The forest

3:00:34

receives from you.

3:00:37

The forest speaks through you and

3:00:40

something far more beautiful and

3:00:42

wonderful than words.

3:00:44

The forest is alive even more because of

3:00:47

you being there.

3:00:54

Does that being need to fear anything or

3:00:57

anyone?

3:00:58

No.

3:01:00

Does that being need to think?

3:01:03

No.

3:01:04

That being enjoys being for the sake of

3:01:07

being.

3:01:18

Now, for a moment, get a sense of the

3:01:20

you that you were pretending to be

3:01:21

before you unzipped,

3:01:24

before you expanded the you that you've

3:01:26

been calling you your whole life.

3:01:30

that person who was out in the forest

3:01:32

having peace. But once you unzipped and

3:01:35

came out and got bigger, how much more

3:01:37

did you connect with the forest and the

3:01:40

entire earth? And for some of you, maybe

3:01:43

the universe or universes.

3:01:46

Notice how different that is. Expand

3:01:49

that even further.

3:01:54

One of the things I've heard is that you

3:01:56

might actually be an infinite being.

3:01:58

Man,

3:01:59

>> crazy, right? Infinite

3:02:02

or not.

3:02:02

>> Now, get the sense of Sorry, by the way,

3:02:06

zipping you back up at this point.

3:02:09

>> I know. I hear you. You're like, why

3:02:11

would I go back to that? I can't. I'm

3:02:12

not going back to that tiny thing. But,

3:02:15

my friend, notice how it doesn't have

3:02:17

nearly the same angst, the same charge,

3:02:20

the same point of view. Doesn't have the

3:02:23

same solidity or need to maintain a

3:02:25

reality as it did before. Because now

3:02:28

you know you can unzip you. And when you

3:02:31

access that space that you are when you

3:02:33

unzip,

3:02:35

you can't compress yourself into the

3:02:38

same compressed lie that you were

3:02:42

functioning from before.

3:02:45

And you always know you can unzip again

3:02:48

at any time. And this is where something

3:02:52

beautiful called choice comes in.

3:02:55

Hey, by the way, you never were a tiny

3:02:57

thing. You just been pretending your

3:02:59

entire life.

3:03:02

So, all you got to do is get a sense of

3:03:04

you in the deep forest,

3:03:07

unzip, and expand and have more of what

3:03:11

you truly are. Anytime,

3:03:14

any place.

3:03:16

And all it has to take is less than a

3:03:19

second. This is your choice, my

3:03:22

beautiful friend.

3:03:24

Let choice begin.

3:03:40

Let the choice begin. What a beautiful

3:03:44

way to continue our journey of global

3:03:47

bar celebration. And Katarina, I think

3:03:49

um we have Gary Douglas and Dr. Dane

3:03:53

here ready to join us. Meet the two

3:03:56

people who came up with all of this

3:03:59

because of you Gary and Dane. Welcome.

3:04:02

We are here today. Thank you so much for

3:04:05

being our guests today.

3:04:07

>> I'm sorry. It's his fault actually. He

3:04:10

did it. I did it.

3:04:11

>> It is. And we just finished a beautiful

3:04:14

journey around the world. um thousands,

3:04:19

ten thousands, 14,000 bars practitioners

3:04:22

around the world, an endless number of

3:04:24

people running bars. We've heard stories

3:04:26

of people uh running bars in hospitals,

3:04:30

in clinics, even in the sports and

3:04:33

athletic um field bars made its way in.

3:04:37

Um we heard people talking about how

3:04:40

they use it with post-traumatic stress

3:04:42

syndrome after bombing attacks. Um this

3:04:46

is a global worldwide movement available

3:04:49

in almost every every area of life. So

3:04:53

um we also heard that you Gary started

3:04:56

this in your garage about 30 years ago.

3:05:00

I was wondering did bars did bars

3:05:03

actually develop as you have planned it

3:05:05

according to your business plan 30 years

3:05:07

ago or are you surprised 30 years plan?

3:05:11

>> This is part of my 300y year plan. Uh, I

3:05:15

actually didn't have a plan. I just

3:05:18

started. Um,

3:05:21

you know, I was I actually was

3:05:24

channeling at the time it first started

3:05:26

and I got a call from a guy in New York

3:05:29

who wanted me to come and and do a

3:05:32

channeling for his massage therapist

3:05:34

while he got a massage. I said, "Okay,

3:05:37

so do I have to take my clothes off? Do

3:05:39

I have to look at your body? do I have

3:05:41

to have my eyes open or what? He said,

3:05:44

"No, you just have to tell my massage

3:05:47

therapist what to do." So, I went I

3:05:50

closed my eyes. I went into channel

3:05:52

mode. I started channeling and the bars

3:05:55

began to be talked about and I was like,

3:05:59

"Hm, interesting." I had no idea what to

3:06:02

do. We went out to lunch afterwards and

3:06:05

I felt this slap upside my head like

3:06:07

I've been hit between the ears with a

3:06:08

2x4. Bam. This is a class you dummy me.

3:06:12

Okay, I got it. Bam. This is a class you

3:06:15

Okay, fine. I'll do it. I swear to God.

3:06:17

Just don't do that again. Bam. Do this

3:06:20

class. As soon as I get home, I will do

3:06:22

the class. So, I got home and I called

3:06:24

up four friends and I said, I'm doing a

3:06:26

class on what

3:06:29

energy work.

3:06:31

Notice that that was not a statement.

3:06:34

And I said, how long is it? Uh, 3 days.

3:06:38

And how much is it? uh

3:06:42

$75.

3:06:44

None of those were statements. All of

3:06:46

those were questions because I have no

3:06:47

idea what I was doing. And so I started

3:06:50

and I chneled all the information about

3:06:52

doing the bars. And that's how it all

3:06:54

began,

3:06:56

you know, 30 some odd years ago.

3:06:59

>> And tell them about when they left in

3:07:01

the middle of a class.

3:07:02

>> Yeah. And then after about six months of

3:07:06

doing classes where I just had to sit

3:07:07

there with my eyes closed, they said,

3:07:10

"Okay, that's it. We're done. You get to

3:07:12

work." And I said, "What? No, I don't

3:07:15

want to get to work. I don't want to get

3:07:18

to work." And they left and they didn't

3:07:21

come back. And I had to get up there and

3:07:24

figure out how to do things and get it

3:07:26

working. And I did.

3:07:29

And that's how it all began.

3:07:30

>> Yeah. It's been it's been a lot of

3:07:34

people making a lot of choices ever

3:07:36

since,

3:07:36

>> you know, and it's like I love the fact

3:07:38

that it's in so many countries at this

3:07:40

point in time. I think we're in like 179

3:07:44

different countries and there only 193

3:07:46

in the entire world. So, we're doing

3:07:48

pretty good.

3:07:49

So Gary, like looking at that this

3:07:51

worldwide phenomena, what is it with the

3:07:54

bars that makes it like transcend

3:07:56

culture, transcend religions, transcend

3:07:59

borders, work in any kind of

3:08:01

circumstance?

3:08:02

>> Well, it's like it's working with the

3:08:04

energies of our bodies and we all know

3:08:06

that we have thoughts, feelings,

3:08:08

emotions, but we don't know why. And we

3:08:11

don't actually ask the question about

3:08:13

that. We always try to figure out what's

3:08:16

the purpose, what's the reason why we

3:08:17

should or shouldn't. And the one thing

3:08:20

that I became aware of in doing the bars

3:08:23

is it didn't matter what your point of

3:08:25

view was. If it wasn't relevant,

3:08:32

it would disappear. And that right there

3:08:36

is not relevant again

3:08:37

>> goes away.

3:08:38

>> Yeah.

3:08:40

Well, and also many of the stories today

3:08:42

or some of the stories have been about

3:08:44

kids and running bars with kids.

3:08:46

>> Yeah.

3:08:47

>> What's the most surprising thing that

3:08:49

you two discovered when you've been

3:08:51

running bars on kids over the years?

3:08:54

>> Uh they're smarter than adults and

3:08:56

they're quicker way. Yep.

3:08:59

>> You know, I've had notes from kids that

3:09:01

were in class and I said, "Could you

3:09:03

have a class for just kids? These adults

3:09:05

are too damn slow."

3:09:08

Literally, we have notes from kids

3:09:11

saying that. And the thing about kids is

3:09:14

it's interesting because they'll just

3:09:16

let it happen because they don't know it

3:09:18

can't.

3:09:19

>> And they don't have a point of view

3:09:20

about what it's supposed to do. They

3:09:22

only know that they can experience

3:09:24

something. And they experience it. I get

3:09:27

a big kick. There was a lady in New

3:09:29

York. She had a boyfriend. He had a son.

3:09:32

He brought his son to New York City.

3:09:34

and uh

3:09:38

and his son tried to grab the suitcase

3:09:40

and got hurt. And so he said, "Well, let

3:09:43

let Elizabeth work on you, son. She does

3:09:46

magic." And she started to work on him

3:09:49

with bars and stuff and and energy work.

3:09:53

And the kid said, "Dad, this is not this

3:09:56

is not magic. This is science. I can

3:10:00

feel it. Therefore, it's real.

3:10:02

Therefore, it's science.

3:10:05

which I thought was amazing.

3:10:07

>> This is a beautiful bridge. We had we

3:10:09

you probably know that today a new book

3:10:11

uh got launched about exactly that

3:10:13

topic. Um that nowadays people find out

3:10:17

what a bar session actually does to your

3:10:19

brain, how it actually activates the

3:10:21

varus nave. So when you started you had

3:10:24

none of this scientific proof. Um, how

3:10:29

how did you how did you

3:10:33

find out or how did you keep yourself

3:10:35

>> put my fingers on the spots and went,

3:10:37

"Okay, something's happening." I hope

3:10:41

I would sit there for a while and go,

3:10:43

"How's this feeling to you? Oh my god,

3:10:47

so much stuff is changing." Okay, cool.

3:10:50

How's this bar feeling? Oh my god, it's

3:10:53

so hot. Okay, cool. I had no idea. I had

3:10:57

no awareness of what was going on. I was

3:11:00

the least competent person who ever came

3:11:02

to access. I could sense nothing

3:11:06

and I learned to ask questions.

3:11:09

>> And he just kept going. You know, it

3:11:11

wasn't like, oh, this is proven,

3:11:12

therefore I'll do it.

3:11:13

>> No,

3:11:14

>> it was I'm doing this. I wonder what

3:11:16

this will create.

3:11:17

>> Yeah. And it's like, and I learned from

3:11:19

each and every person that came what

3:11:21

created for them, what happened. I had

3:11:24

one lady who came and she was having

3:11:27

terrible problems with her body and

3:11:29

stuff and I did some sessions on her. I

3:11:31

did about 10 sessions on her and I

3:11:33

finally I don't think I'm accomplishing

3:11:34

anything. Why the hell am I doing this?

3:11:37

I said okay so you know it's like are

3:11:39

you getting anything out of these

3:11:40

sessions? Oh my god, you have no idea. I

3:11:42

said okay well tell me. She said after

3:11:45

the first session I lost the pain in my

3:11:48

feet that I've had for the last 15

3:11:51

years.

3:11:53

I said, "What?" She said, "Yeah, but I

3:11:56

was afraid to tell you because I thought

3:11:57

it might come back, but it hasn't in 15

3:12:00

sessions,

3:12:03

bitch." You know, it's like she wouldn't

3:12:05

tell me cuz she thought it would go

3:12:07

away. I thought it was hysterically

3:12:09

funny because I finally realized, wow,

3:12:11

this is working. Whether I know it is or

3:12:13

not, it is working. And I was always in

3:12:15

the curiosity of what's happening here,

3:12:17

not what am I doing.

3:12:20

>> Could you imagine? I mean, being in

3:12:22

Gary's position, you get this

3:12:24

information, you have no idea if it's

3:12:26

doing anything. You just know you need

3:12:28

to keep doing it.

3:12:29

>> Yeah.

3:12:30

>> And then 30 years later, you know, or

3:12:33

decades later, you get scientific

3:12:35

validation.

3:12:36

>> Yeah.

3:12:36

>> But after

3:12:38

decades of seeing what it does,

3:12:40

scientific validation is totally

3:12:42

irrelevant.

3:12:43

>> Yeah. It's not, you know, it's only

3:12:44

relevant to those people who need

3:12:46

science.

3:12:47

>> The stories have changed.

3:12:48

>> I like magic. Magic. Me too. But the

3:12:52

stories have changed. I mean, that's

3:12:53

what today's been all about. It's like

3:12:55

>> the stories of change.

3:12:56

>> I mean, this

3:12:58

what what study is going to make all

3:13:00

that happen, you know?

3:13:02

>> Well, we heard your story, Dane. Uh we

3:13:04

saw a clip of an interview where you

3:13:06

spoke with Shannon O'Hara where you

3:13:08

found this little um advertising in a

3:13:11

newspaper and then you you picked up the

3:13:13

phone. But I think there is a tiny

3:13:15

little there there's some more to that

3:13:17

because you didn't see it and go oh my

3:13:19

god this is what will help me. Um what

3:13:22

is the real story of this advertising

3:13:25

story is the because the ad said all of

3:13:27

life comes to me with ease and joy and

3:13:29

glory.

3:13:31

you. My life is pain suffering and

3:13:34

gory. I hate you. I just and I literally

3:13:37

got so angry I grabbed the paper and

3:13:40

threw it in the trash. came out the

3:13:42

following week and all I see is this

3:13:44

little ad. That was the only thing.

3:13:46

>> It wasn't that big. It was that big.

3:13:48

>> I mean,

3:13:49

>> it was one line. It was a dollar

3:13:52

ad.

3:13:53

>> Let's put it this way. If it showed up

3:13:54

today, I wouldn't even be able to read

3:13:56

it. Okay. So glad that happened when it

3:13:58

happened.

3:13:59

>> But you still had eyesight. Yeah. you

3:14:01

know, and I mean I I just but I had

3:14:06

there was something that also clicked

3:14:08

simultaneously the second time when I

3:14:09

read it of the idea if you love

3:14:12

something or you hate it, there's

3:14:13

something in it for you. And I was like,

3:14:16

okay, fine. So I called,

3:14:18

>> okay, I'll do it.

3:14:19

>> I had a session that oh, no big deal.

3:14:22

Just literally saved my life. took me

3:14:25

out of being suicidal, but it gave me an

3:14:27

experience that I couldn't describe if I

3:14:31

tried. But it I went from the ugliness

3:14:34

that I had been living to the sense of

3:14:37

the beauty of what I knew should always

3:14:39

be possible that I wasn't seemingly able

3:14:41

to create and it was just there. I was

3:14:44

like, "Holy shit." Like, you know, you

3:14:48

you have this thing, this interaction

3:14:50

with somebody an hour and 15 minutes

3:14:52

later. You go from angry, depressed, and

3:14:55

suicidal to grateful to be alive. And I

3:14:58

remember looking out the windows going,

3:14:59

"Is it always been this beautiful here?"

3:15:01

And I just knew something was so

3:15:03

different. I'm like, "Okay, I'm in. This

3:15:07

is the world I can I can create with

3:15:08

this, you know, the other stuff. Uh-uh.

3:15:11

I I just wasn't going to do it anymore."

3:15:15

So looking at that like the first few

3:15:17

sessions well in the beginning and today

3:15:20

when you receive a bar session is your

3:15:22

experience different now like 20 years

3:15:24

later thousands of sessions later is the

3:15:27

experience of receiving bars different

3:15:29

for you too?

3:15:31

>> Yeah. My whole life changes every time.

3:15:34

>> Yeah. I would say something similar

3:15:36

because one of the things bars does is

3:15:38

it it opens you up to more receiving

3:15:41

without definition. So it's like, "Oh,

3:15:44

there's something. Okay, cool. I can be

3:15:45

with that. Oh, I can receive that." And

3:15:48

if anything, it it seems to actually be

3:15:51

more dynamic. Now, I'm But also, if you

3:15:56

look at the comparison for me from where

3:15:58

I started in that depressed, suicidal

3:16:01

place to not, that was I mean, I will

3:16:05

always, always, always remember that.

3:16:07

And a massive

3:16:09

>> probably the most academic change you'd

3:16:11

gotten in your whole life. It was up

3:16:12

until that point. It definitely was.

3:16:15

Now, having done bars and a lot of other

3:16:18

access stuff and facilitating, I've had

3:16:21

far larger changes than that since then,

3:16:24

>> but each one of those opens up more

3:16:27

space where the bars contribute more and

3:16:30

more and more.

3:16:33

>> So, is there a telltale sign that makes

3:16:36

you to go, I need to have my bars run?

3:16:38

Like, how do you know?

3:16:39

>> Oh, yeah.

3:16:40

>> Yeah.

3:16:40

>> Oh, yeah. For me, I get cranky.

3:16:42

>> Me, too. And one of us, there's there

3:16:45

are times where

3:16:46

>> And if I yell at David Kubis, I know I

3:16:48

need my bar done.

3:16:51

>> Oh, yes.

3:16:52

>> Yeah. If you find yourself yelling at

3:16:53

people, you might go, "Maybe I should

3:16:55

get my bars run." Cuz here's the weird

3:16:57

part, right? So, any of us, Gary

3:17:00

included, me included, it's like that we

3:17:04

can be different in the world if we

3:17:06

choose. In other words, so that very

3:17:09

thing like let's say one of us is cranky

3:17:12

and one of us will look at the other and

3:17:14

go hey how about if I run your bars

3:17:17

>> and I always go no touch me and if he

3:17:20

says that I'm like guess what I'm

3:17:22

running your bars okay and at this point

3:17:25

you know we we have that communication

3:17:27

with us it works really well but here's

3:17:29

the interesting part is if you look at

3:17:32

whatever situations of life whatever

3:17:35

cranky when you're cranky After bars,

3:17:39

it's all different. It's like

3:17:42

>> you lose cranky.

3:17:44

>> Yeah, it goes away. Why would you put

3:17:45

that much energy into being unhappy and

3:17:48

being

3:17:49

>> fun? Oh, yeah. I forgot.

3:17:51

>> Okay, good.

3:17:52

>> Yeah, that was

3:17:53

>> you had to be cranky and and unhappy.

3:17:55

>> That was the first 30 years. Sorry. But,

3:17:57

you know, it's like it's so interesting

3:17:59

to me that that seemingly the very situ

3:18:02

the situations are exactly the same. But

3:18:06

after bars, they don't seem the same.

3:18:08

But here's the weird part is after bars,

3:18:11

they're not stuck anymore. The weirdest

3:18:14

part is like we all know what it's like

3:18:17

when you get cranky, you know, and you

3:18:18

want to like separate from people and

3:18:20

you're just like get get away from me.

3:18:22

And nothing looks like it works. You get

3:18:24

a bill that you weren't supposed to.

3:18:26

You'll check your account and be like,

3:18:28

"Wait, it's $10,000 short or whatever."

3:18:31

But the weird part is the space you be

3:18:34

after bars, you look at your account,

3:18:35

you're like, "Hey, they returned the

3:18:37

money. Oh, that bill I called them. They

3:18:40

said they sent it by mistake." It's it's

3:18:42

literally it changes the space.

3:18:44

>> Weird things happen.

3:18:45

>> Changes what goes on around us because

3:18:47

the space we get to be.

3:18:48

>> Yeah.

3:18:49

>> And that ties into your point of view

3:18:51

creates your reality. Reality doesn't

3:18:53

create your point of view.

3:18:54

>> Yes.

3:18:55

>> Yep. Totally

3:18:56

>> exactly that

3:18:57

>> the person right under Canarina.

3:19:00

>> I can't read the name.

3:19:02

>> Susan, Italian translator.

3:19:04

>> Ah, Susan, Italian translator. Hi,

3:19:06

Susan.

3:19:07

>> Hi, Susan Italian translator.

3:19:10

>> This is us.

3:19:11

>> We are translating this into 19

3:19:14

languages.

3:19:15

>> That's so great. Have you ever when you

3:19:18

when you started this Gary when you came

3:19:21

along in the video we saw you had two

3:19:23

three facilitators and and were in three

3:19:26

countries. Have you ever could you ever

3:19:28

believe that this will become a a

3:19:30

worldwide movement or did you visualize

3:19:33

>> everybody told me everybody told me it

3:19:35

couldn't.

3:19:36

>> Okay.

3:19:37

>> You can never be that big. You're you're

3:19:39

not that person. You're not that great.

3:19:41

You can't be that big. I went okay

3:19:45

>> okay. Thank you.

3:19:46

>> Whatever you say. But what I noticed is

3:19:49

that what happened is someone in the US

3:19:53

knew somebody in in Italy and they'd

3:19:56

call their friend and their friend would

3:19:58

say, "What's happened to you? You're

3:19:59

different." They say, "Oh, I found this

3:20:02

stuff called access. I get my bars run

3:20:04

now." They say, "Oh, how can I find

3:20:06

that?" What? I don't know how it

3:20:09

happened. It's like literally the

3:20:11

dandelion as the flower of access is

3:20:15

there because that's the way it works.

3:20:19

You blow on it, the seeds go where they

3:20:21

go and it grows where it grows and we

3:20:23

have no control. And I like that.

3:20:27

>> What would you say is and wants your

3:20:30

energy to keep going? Like what is it

3:20:32

that gives you that fuel both of you?

3:20:37

For me, it's just I can't give up. I

3:20:41

know that things are changing and they

3:20:43

are getting better. How do I know?

3:20:46

Because Trump is no longer

3:20:48

the perfect guy.

3:20:51

You know, I know that we're changing

3:20:53

something. I don't know what we're

3:20:54

changing, but we're changing something.

3:20:56

People are willing to see him in a

3:20:58

different way where I thought that was

3:21:00

never going to happen.

3:21:02

>> And for me, it's a similar thing. I just

3:21:04

I don't know why, but I'm never going to

3:21:07

stop. I have such a demand for more.

3:21:10

>> Y

3:21:10

>> and that more is not more houses, more

3:21:13

cars, more followers, more whatever.

3:21:16

It's more for all of us. I know we're

3:21:19

capable of something way different. And

3:21:22

an interesting part about bars for me is

3:21:24

it does something else I've ever

3:21:26

experienced does. It shows you that it

3:21:29

connects you to that universe of more

3:21:31

being possible. And I know what it was

3:21:34

like for living without these tools. And

3:21:39

also the other part for me is, you know,

3:21:41

one of the reasons I create a lot and

3:21:44

try to uh put as much out there and make

3:21:47

it available to people because when I

3:21:50

really needed the tools, I I couldn't

3:21:52

find them until I did until I was almost

3:21:54

at the end of my rope. And I want people

3:21:57

to know you don't have to live in

3:21:59

suffering. You don't have to live in

3:22:00

poverty. And it sounds, you know, it can

3:22:03

sound like a

3:22:04

>> it's it's very sweet and, you know,

3:22:07

>> but it's really, you know, candy. Oh,

3:22:10

>> yeah.

3:22:11

>> Frankie grandfathers.

3:22:13

Yeah. Yeah. But it's it's actually not

3:22:15

candy coated for me. It's like it truly

3:22:17

is. It's like,

3:22:18

>> guys, there's there's some

3:22:20

>> I see all kinds of people change and I

3:22:22

see people who don't, you know, it's

3:22:24

like it's fine. I ran my sister's bars

3:22:26

at one time. Said, "Well, that was a

3:22:28

glorious waste of time.

3:22:31

Cool. Thanks, sis. See you later. Bye.

3:22:35

>> So, in one of the videos, in one of the

3:22:37

videos, um, where, uh, Ryan T, he's from

3:22:41

Malaysia was giving a bath class to only

3:22:44

medical doctors. And the one thing he

3:22:46

mentioned is, um, he obviously heard

3:22:49

from you, Gary, don't sell access bars,

3:22:53

invite people to it. So

3:22:55

>> yeah,

3:22:56

>> having an audience of hundreds of

3:22:57

thousands of people around the world

3:22:59

today, um, what would you recommend how

3:23:02

to introduce? We all want more. Um, how

3:23:05

do

3:23:06

>> I'm doing this weird I'm doing this

3:23:08

weird wild wacky thing called access

3:23:10

bars and it really helps. Would you like

3:23:12

to try it?

3:23:16

>> Beautiful. Straight to the point. No

3:23:18

explanation. Yeah. It's just like with

3:23:20

the sex you have David. You walk up to

3:23:22

somebody say hey would you like to play

3:23:25

and they go yeah done

3:23:29

>> or no and I think that is the second

3:23:32

part that that I literally learned out

3:23:34

that the level of allowance and not

3:23:36

looking at access is the solution that

3:23:39

everybody needs.

3:23:40

>> Um

3:23:41

>> well it's not it's never going to be a

3:23:44

solution. It's a choice for possibility

3:23:46

that people will either choose or not.

3:23:48

And it's their life, not yours. And you

3:23:50

can't control people.

3:23:54

>> As much as you may want to and think you

3:23:56

should

3:23:57

>> and I think I should because if I were

3:23:59

God, this would be a much better world.

3:24:02

>> Happy planet.

3:24:04

>> So, you know, that allowance, that

3:24:06

willingness to receive and know and go,

3:24:08

"Okay, cool." Everybody's got to choose

3:24:10

what they choose when they choose what

3:24:12

they choose.

3:24:12

>> If they choose it. Yep.

3:24:15

>> And you don't have to get upset about

3:24:16

their choice. Their choice should be

3:24:18

theirs. It should be their life, you

3:24:20

know. Let them let them choose.

3:24:25

>> So for someone looking like at the news

3:24:28

or the world, the state of the world

3:24:30

right now,

3:24:30

>> oh, why would you look at the news?

3:24:32

Sorry. Go ahead.

3:24:34

>> Well, if they do or

3:24:36

>> if somebody doesn't want to be happy.

3:24:38

Okay, go ahead.

3:24:40

>> Yeah, go on.

3:24:42

If somebody comes here goes, "Hey, I'm

3:24:43

too happy." What do you recommend for

3:24:45

that? Hey, watch the news.

3:24:46

>> Watch the news. Watch the news. So, say

3:24:48

somebody was stupid enough to watch the

3:24:50

news and they're like overwhelmed by the

3:24:52

state of the world. Um, what is one

3:24:55

thing that you know about consciousness

3:24:58

that could change their perspective?

3:25:00

>> Well, if you run their bars, you say,

3:25:01

"Hey, I have something that might help

3:25:04

make this easier for you

3:25:06

>> and give you more clarity and ease, I

3:25:08

think. Would you like to try having your

3:25:10

baron?

3:25:15

>> So, we've done a a tour a world tour of

3:25:20

of of areas where people applying the

3:25:23

bars, sports, hospitals, uh, prisons.

3:25:27

If there was one addition area where you

3:25:30

would like to have bars more label,

3:25:34

where would you where where else would

3:25:36

you like to see bars being applied?

3:25:39

>> Everywhere.

3:25:41

See, it's like I don't say that there's

3:25:42

a place where bars need to be applied. I

3:25:45

think there's a possibility that can be

3:25:46

created in the world if we apply bars.

3:25:49

So, apply bars wherever you can. Run a

3:25:52

set of bars. Yeah, if you run somebody's

3:25:55

bars once, it will continue to work on

3:25:57

them for the rest of their life whether

3:25:59

they like it or not

3:26:03

>> and what would occur like we know that

3:26:07

175,000 people actually been to a bar

3:26:10

class which is absolutely amazing.

3:26:14

>> So

3:26:14

>> pathetic.

3:26:17

>> So what if we doubled that? What would

3:26:19

that change?

3:26:20

>> What if we quadrupled it? What if we

3:26:22

whatever it is, it's going to create a

3:26:24

difference in the world for the level of

3:26:26

consciousness that's here. People will

3:26:29

have less violence, less crime, less

3:26:32

sickness, less less of everything

3:26:35

and more of possibility and choice. And

3:26:38

those are the things we really want in

3:26:40

life. Less and more possibility

3:26:46

>> in my estimation. Whatever that means.

3:26:50

>> I like that. Maybe that could be a new

3:26:52

tagline. Bars, less more

3:26:54

possibility.

3:26:54

>> Yeah,

3:26:56

>> I think that is what access really gives

3:26:58

you. It it gives you choice. We had we

3:27:01

we we mentioned it. Um bars is the one

3:27:03

thing that works everywhere. There is no

3:27:07

>> no culture, no religion, even the

3:27:10

language barrier. Um it is the one

3:27:12

method that literally works everywhere.

3:27:16

>> Well, I love it.

3:27:18

I love it that we got kicked out of

3:27:19

China for being a cult

3:27:22

which is very funny and because it was

3:27:25

advertised as a multi-level marketing

3:27:27

plan which they don't do in China

3:27:29

>> and neither do we

3:27:30

>> and we never do either but these people

3:27:32

in China wanted to make it what they

3:27:34

wanted to make it so they did that and

3:27:36

so we got kicked out but they found that

3:27:39

bars worked so they put it into

3:27:41

hospitals and they're now doing bars in

3:27:43

hospitals

3:27:44

>> in China

3:27:50

>> and not a beautiful way of

3:27:52

consciousness.

3:27:53

>> They discovered it. It wasn't us.

3:27:55

>> Yeah. Oh, by the way, they're taking

3:27:56

credit for it.

3:27:57

>> Yeah.

3:27:58

>> Yeah.

3:27:58

>> It's fine.

3:27:59

>> Mhm. Who cares? The beauty of

3:28:02

consciousness, the beauty of bars is

3:28:04

it's not about who gets credit. It's

3:28:06

about it works if you do it.

3:28:08

>> Yeah.

3:28:08

>> Period. That's it.

3:28:10

>> Work it.

3:28:10

>> And that is all we care about.

3:28:12

>> Yeah.

3:28:12

>> People are doing it. It's like, "Oh,

3:28:14

well, consciousness has an amazing sense

3:28:16

of humor." That's all I got to say. It

3:28:17

>> sure does.

3:28:19

>> Don't you like the fact that Dane and I

3:28:21

got dressed in separate rooms, yet our

3:28:23

shirts go together?

3:28:26

>> How weird is that?

3:28:27

>> Hello.

3:28:30

>> If we only shared a brain,

3:28:31

>> we didn't talk.

3:28:33

>> Nope. I did not call him and go, "Hey,

3:28:35

we're going to be on bars. What color

3:28:36

are you wearing?" I've got a bright

3:28:37

fuchsia.

3:28:41

That's part of what happens when you're

3:28:43

uh present and connected with people.

3:28:46

You'll you'll vibrate on a particular

3:28:48

wave that allows some very interesting

3:28:50

things to happen.

3:28:51

>> Truly,

3:28:55

>> you know, Gary often say that you'll be

3:28:58

successful when everybody uses the tools

3:29:00

and nobody remembers your name.

3:29:02

>> Yes.

3:29:03

>> And I think that is like let's get it

3:29:06

everywhere.

3:29:06

>> Yeah.

3:29:07

>> I want it everywhere. I would like to

3:29:09

see it everywhere. I mean, it's like the

3:29:11

stuff that they did in the prison. It

3:29:14

was amazing. They got results that they

3:29:16

hadn't ever gotten before.

3:29:19

And why wouldn't you use it?

3:29:21

>> I mean, and the stories today. Oh my

3:29:24

god.

3:29:25

>> It's so cool cuz it's one thing to be on

3:29:29

the side of providing it. It It's so

3:29:32

cool to see people taking it, using it,

3:29:35

>> and running with it. running with it in

3:29:37

their own unique sphere of influence

3:29:39

that because each of us has a unique

3:29:42

sphere of influence that when we are

3:29:45

willing to add something like bars to it

3:29:49

man what a gift

3:29:56

it Oops I thought you were frozen it it

3:30:00

is a gift and we also know Dane you're

3:30:02

going to to facilitate every year you do

3:30:05

a an access bath class where people can

3:30:08

actually find a partner and do it

3:30:09

online. This year it will occur on June

3:30:12

2nd. If you can't wait to learn or

3:30:16

experience it, just go on the Access

3:30:18

Conscious website or Basing Business

3:30:19

website and find a Bas practitioner or a

3:30:22

Bas class. Um, as you've all probably

3:30:24

heard today, um, try it out is probably

3:30:28

the best way to find out whether it

3:30:31

works for you or not. Um, if there is

3:30:33

anything you both could wish for before

3:30:36

we ramp it up here, um, what would you

3:30:39

like the world to be in a year from now?

3:30:42

>> I would like the world to be a place

3:30:44

where there's more consciousness, less

3:30:46

war, more possibilities, and more

3:30:49

choices and less need for stupidity.

3:30:54

>> I'll have what he's having.

3:30:55

>> Me, too. I'll have what you guys are

3:30:57

having.

3:30:59

>> Yeah, me too.

3:31:02

Thank you. Thank you so much for joining

3:31:04

us here today. Um,

3:31:06

>> it's a pleasure and it's like you guys

3:31:08

are so wonderful and I'm so grateful for

3:31:10

all of you who are involved in this

3:31:12

because I know it will create a

3:31:14

different world and that's what we are

3:31:16

interested in a different world.

3:31:18

>> Yeah. Thank you.

3:31:20

>> What he said.

3:31:21

>> Thank you.

3:31:22

>> Right back at you.

3:31:23

>> Really? Thank you guys. Are you trying

3:31:24

to do the heart sweet?

3:31:25

>> I'm trying to do the heart. I don't do a

3:31:27

heart very well.

3:31:28

>> There you go.

3:31:29

>> Okay. Good. Beautiful. Wonderful. Thank

3:31:32

you so much both for joining us. Thank

3:31:34

you for being here today. Um and we will

3:31:37

keep going because what what I saw today

3:31:40

even being involved in this I am just

3:31:42

blown away of what people can create and

3:31:47

are creating out there. And if anyone

3:31:49

out there got it got inspired um if

3:31:52

there is one thing you hopefully learned

3:31:54

is go and run with it. But don't forget

3:31:58

to share with us so we can probably add

3:32:00

you in our next year's bar celebration

3:32:04

where we'll where we will of course keep

3:32:07

going sharing and inspiring each other

3:32:10

um on what is going on around the world

3:32:12

with excess bars. And I like to thank

3:32:16

everyone. Everyone who's been involved

3:32:18

today, creating today, everyone who is

3:32:20

running bars all over the world, every

3:32:22

single bars facilitator, everyone who's

3:32:24

like getting these projects into the

3:32:27

most unusual

3:32:29

places that we didn't even think bars

3:32:31

could be run. Like all of you, this is

3:32:34

really what creates this is everybody

3:32:37

taking bars and bringing it to the

3:32:39

world. So so amazing. like every time we

3:32:43

start gathering stories, I get so

3:32:46

inspired and just perceiving what it's

3:32:50

creating in the world through those

3:32:51

stories. So yes, tell us the stories and

3:32:53

and go out there and play with bars. Ask

3:32:56

somebody, I could run your bars. Would

3:32:58

you like that? Like Gary says, and then

3:33:01

>> yes or no, that's always the question.

3:33:05

Well, thank you so much also, Katarina,

3:33:07

um, for moderating this beautiful,

3:33:10

amazing celebration today. Thank you to

3:33:12

the amazing tech team and all our

3:33:15

translators. Can I just say how

3:33:17

beautiful, amazing, and brilliant you

3:33:19

are. Um, four hours or three and a half

3:33:22

hours um, of amazing uh, stories,

3:33:27

interviews, stories of change and

3:33:29

infinite possibilities. I am looking

3:33:31

forward to next year's celebration

3:33:34

whatever that will that will be but I

3:33:36

know with all these powerful people that

3:33:39

are available and uh getting to work um

3:33:42

being unstoppable with creating ease on

3:33:47

on our world for other people. Um I

3:33:51

can't wait to find out what is going to

3:33:54

be created. So, please don't forget to

3:33:56

share with us whatever magic miracle

3:33:59

you're out there. Thank you so much

3:34:02

everyone.

3:34:03

>> And if you if you've never had your bars

3:34:06

run, if you just ended up here or if

3:34:08

you're watching this video after, go to

3:34:10

accessconsciousness.com/bars.

3:34:13

I'm saying that correct? Right? And you

3:34:14

can find out more or you can go to

3:34:16

barsinbusiness.com

3:34:18

and you'll find out more about the bars

3:34:20

and and try it yourself. So, we hope to

3:34:23

see you somewhere at some point in the

3:34:27

future.

3:34:28

>> Thank you everyone. Goodbye.

3:34:31

>> Bye.
