因為我是沒有去看那種house townhouse 因為如果我自己住的話 那個有點太大了 但是那種可能就更貴 所以最大的開銷就是租金 對 就除非有其他大的消費

跟買東西什麼的 但是那些不算的話租金應該是最大的 但這個這應該算是比較不錯的樓吧 就是當然你也可以租便宜一點的 也有更便宜的 對但是就是你租的地方應該算是還ok的 還不錯

因為地點來講也不錯,然後我都比較喜歡住那種比較集團管理式的公寓。 就是不是那種個人房東來出租,因為那種有時候比較容易出問題。 所以集團就是它的那些租約什麼也不會有什麼坑給你跳,就是就那樣,所以就很安全。 所以我後來通常都是挑集團的。

除了租金之外,我覺得下一個最大應該就是汽車開銷。 你是買的車還是list? 買的車。 買的車。 對。 所以你每個月的話就是停車費、保險、油錢。 對。

或者是要抽各種東西 一個月可能會要將近一千 就五千 對 五百到一千這個range 有時候就是你做一些保養什麼 就會將近一千 然後沒做什麼就會貼近五百的 平均大概750吧 差不多一個月 對 這也是蠻大的比開銷的 對 蠻大的 而且油錢
