Yes, I'm very happy to be here. We used to think about this matter. Because you are working now, right? I won't ask your salary unless you want to share it with everyone. 180,000 yuan annual salary, and then less than 200,000 yuan annual salary. How to say about money? When I jumped to Facebook on Amazon, there was a pay cut. I was promoted to a level, but there was a pay cut. When I joined Amazon, the stock price was 700 US dollars. Amazon, you get 80% in the third year and the fourth year. I left for two years.

When I came back from Tongxun, if I stayed until November, I could get the second year's stock. But I came back in July. I didn't get the second year's stock. So you didn't really time the stock. I think the environment is really important. I was really happy when I first went back. Because the whole company is very active. After each supervision, I feel that everyone is very unhappy. And then I am trying to help everyone here. But you will be more and more emotional. I am getting more and more depressed. I like the people here. I can learn a lot from them. Do you need a doctor's degree to do data? If you enter the industry, there will be a lot of benefits. It's good to say that you don't need a doctor. The cost is definitely not high.

You don't know what you should do. In the case of what will happen in the future, I think the first job is still very important. It can help you learn a lot of things. So, do whatever to get the best job.

Even if you don't start a business, at least do something real. For example, selling milk tea. Design a product. It's important to be able to feel the real world as soon as possible. Some people will ask me, Terry, I want to make my resume look better. I'm going to do a side project. What project do you want to do? It's mainly to make my resume look better. I think this is really meaningful.

You really want to solve problems to make a product. That's the real thing. I want to ask you a practical question. It's a question on the market. You work on your team and you interview. What do you value the most? Basically, what everyone wants is to pass the statistics. You have to pass the SQL. Maybe there are some Python requirements now. They think that machine learning models are data scientists. Analytics is not a scientist. At the beginning of the industry, machine learning scientists usually have more equipment. So too many smart people are in this industry. But later they found that there are very few places where they can really apply and play a value.

It's hard to attract smart people with data analytics because people think the title is not sexy enough and your pay is not high enough. But there is actually very little analytics that really understands business. This is a pretty valuable one. You can advertise it to me.
